Not much to say. I told myself, just get the antifreeze and go directly to cashier. Well, I got it and looked down an isle really quick and "I swear I thought I seen something that I needed" so went to look and ya....it was something I would never use but ended up right by nick-nacks that I really didn't need but they were new and had better or features that I didn't have. So quickly --> told myself to not go walking around before and when i got there. Jusr get a bottle of antifreeze and get to cashier for a $17 purchase --> walked out with a $50 purchase. Haha

Auto parts Typically can get the thing you need brought over from the warehouse in the same day if it's not in stock. Less expensive than majority of the others in town but not as cheap as online. If you need it today this is the first place I look

I like this store very much because they seem to always have what I need for my car and will order what you need with quick delivery times. The employees are very knowledgeable and the customer service is great. Scott is the one I usually go see for help. This young man has some serious mechanical skills.

I used to be pretty satisfied with o'reilly auto parts battle lot in the last century But I bought 8 batteries from them in the last 2 years and they wouldn't back 2 of them because I couldn't find a disappointing when I had to spend a $175 per battery and then I bought some high dollar batteries a $200 plus $20 for a core and wouldn't reimburse me for one battery They had a 5 year warranty was only one year old Now Been going to Napa or car quest

The clerk with dark hair acted like it was a big inconvenience to charge my battery. He acted very impolite when I brought it into the store. The other clerk was VERY helpful in getting my battery back and explaining what was wrong with it.

Great customer service experience. Pulled into the parking lot with a dead battery in my vehicle. In less than about 20 minutes one of their helpful staff was able to replace the battery and take my old one. They're knowledgeable about what they do and understanding if you are not knowledgeable about cars. This is going to be where I get all of my auto parts for my vehicle.

I am paralyzed. The man came out and put a windshield wiper on my car that broke off. I have no one else to do these things so it is a great place to visit. If you cannot work on vehicles yourself but you buy the parts from there they will install them !

I love their on-line site and I must spend too much time.here because the staff all knows me. I've never had the smallest problem with warranty claims. I do wish they had a slightly higher quality line. Their top line stuff is OK, but it's not AC Delco by any stretch.

Went to get a battery. Two people working. Had the battery. Thought it would be a technical issue to install. Went to auto zone. One female behind shelves talking on phone. After a couple minutes said hello. Couple more minutes left. Went to car quest. Had the battery. Four employees working. Bought the battery installed After five minutes was on my way. Thanks. Good to stay with old Stan byes. Bob

I called this store after I searched it on Google. They told me they had the fuel pressure gauge I needed for rent at the price of 40.00. When I arrived the only one they showed on the computer was 150.00 and it was not even at this store it was in the heights and showing rented out. Not only did they waste my time but both of they clerks denied ever talking to me and were rude when I showed them their stores phone number as the last one I had dialed. This is the first review I have ever left for a business. I don't recommend this store and I will never go here again.

Staff was pilote,curtitious & helpful..We had to rent a couple of tools to replace a water pump the gentleman that helped us w/that was very nice..Now the Lady that waited on me when I went back into Return the Rented (Loaned) Tool's to get my Deposit back was in my Opinion (as well as my friends that I had with me) Very Rude & Disrespectful to both my friend & I..The only thing that I can say about this person (evidently the manager) is that you really shouldn't judge a book by its cover..

The staff was very nice and very helpful. They ran free diagnostics! Great selection of parts and they can order those not on hand. Willing to check other O'Reilly stores in town! Very helpful! Very patient!

Needed a part for window controls. Paid $225 only to find the same part in Amazon for $54! I will be returning the part. If I could do no stars I would!

Had to swap my oil pressure sending unit. Loved the old man behind the counter who made sure to tell me to "get a man to install it" or "pay a shop". Luckily I thought real hard with my lady brain and fixed it myself.

Worst store I've ever been in. All I needed was to read a code. Kris the manager just stood right next to me at the counter for 10 min or better and didn't say a word. One employee walked past 3 times. Then after I was done I went through the same thing just to get my ID back. Manager was still standing there. Worthless...

Bouhht a fuel pump from them and it didn't work had to take it out and reinstall it twice. It was assembled wrong at their factory.not going there again if I di I will have them test it in fron of me

The asst. Manager Rachel was of the utmost help. I was stranded and could not dind my part anywhere and she would not give up until she found it. Very energenitic and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent service.

I just got the parts I needed for my vehicle they had them in stock although I had to go across town to a different store but I was able to get them I thank the guys for all the help they did for me.

When you know the part that you need can you pretty sure about the cost and you walk in or the parts and it comes back 50% less than what I was thinking yeah I'll keep on shopping where I'm shopping!!
