Came to store new that the Orielly store was closing at 10 however I need a part so that my van would stop running so very horrible, the RPM, Trasmission, lights, and windshield wipers when the arnt even switched on. All these things... and all needed was a small vacuum hose.I arrived 6 min to 10 walked up to the door and the guy there came and locked the door as I was reaching for the door handle. Very cold cruel thing to do to someone in need of a car part.

Only went in for a spare lug wrench, but they were well stocked and had plenty of help. Found what I needed and made my purchase quickly. Would shop here again.

RALPH is the man! Super helpful found the correct headlight I needed and installed it (have in mind it was 30 degrees!) AND made sure it worked before I left! I appreciated it so much. I will for sure be coming to the king avenue o Reillys for all my car needs! 10 star!!

Very friendly staff. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. They set me up with some tools a towels to work on my vehicle. I will always try to find an O'Reilly for my car needs before their competition.

Very helpful (but that being said; just because spark plugs say they are gapped) does t mean it it correct So please cashier's stopped telling people oh don't worry they are gapped... You should sell the gap tool and show the person HOW to use it other than that...no problem whatso ever!

I drove to this location to get help with my check engine light. I had my infant son with me in the car and called them to ask if they could assist me the gentleman said they couldn't and I would have to come In grab the equipment and do it myself because of covid. I had just been to another location the day prior off of grand avenue and they were kind enough to help me and didn't say anything about how they had been told they couldn't assist people because of covid. They had just neglected to write doen the code number so I am having to fo this all over again. That being said I will not be returning to this location. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received.

Great O'Riley's store for usually always having the item your in search of. Their customer service is always supportive and helpful with direct go to information about what you're needing. It has always been a worthwhile positive experience for me....!

Ordered a part to get shipped here. There is only 1 guy working the counter and he has been on the phone non stop before helping me. I've seen 6 other people here and none of them have greeted me nor acknowledged my existence. I've always been looked down upon here...

Came in, specified my vehicle, got some excellent choices from Evan on what to get for my battery. Pop the battery out of my truck after verifying it was in stock and bought a new one to pop back in. Also came out with a cabin filter. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was pretty slow.

My wife's alternator gave out in the parking lot right after I purchased a new one so I ended up having to do the repairs in the parking lot. The young men working that Tue evening were very accommodating and helpful with all my needs to get the job done, kudos to them! I've experienced a couple abrasive employees in the past but overall they have a great staff. I will continue to use this store for all my parts and tools.

Very happy with the fella over at the paint shop, he matched the paint I needed to spray a new bumper I got for my daughters Jeep. Very knowledgeable and gave me tips and hints that made the job go flawlessly. I will send everyone I know that needs auto paint to him from now on! Not to impressed with a couple of the employees over on the auto parts store though. A bit rude and condescending . Paint shop more than made up for it though keep up the good work!

O Reilly has a great selection on hand, and can special order if it s not. Knowledgeable staff helps whenever I find myself over my pay grade on a project.

Don Miller gave me wonderful and selfless customer service at O'Reilly Auto Parts on the evening of February 11th, 2021. My car wouldn't start when I was leaving work, and I had to have it jumped. It was extremely cold out and the forecast was for even colder weather. I was desperate to get a new battery as soon as possible. I went to O'Reilly's and asked if I could buy a battery and if someone could put it in for me. One of the employees immediately volunteered to do the job. It was 7� below zero outside and Don Miller was out there with no gloves and metal tools, working hard to take out the old battery and put in the new one. It took about 45 minutes to get the job done in the freezing cold. I offered him a tip but he refused to accept it. He told me to have a good evening. He is truly an exemplary example of great customer service and I would readily go back to O'Reilly's again.

It's a pretty large O'Reilly Auto Parts, so with that you get a pretty busy place. I needed to borrow some tools to fix my vehicle outside thier facility and they didn't have those tools available. So they let me use a tool off the shelf and bring it right back. Good service and good people who know what they are talking about.

First off this review is for the warehouse store. I pre called about a part and was lied to that they even had it. The person I spoke with obviously looked up the wrong one. So when I got all the way down there they acted like it was my fault. I'm a chemical dependence counselor and I know when people are on drugs and these people this night 12/23/20 were. Shame on you O'Reilly auto parts. Clean it up!!!!

Evan helped me out with a power steering pump, even took on and off my pulley wheel due to my tools breaking, made my day! Awesome service and help. I am not kidding, I had a S*it weekend and Evan made my weekend by getting it done, king ave. O,Reiley was awesome, thank you.

I own a gmc so you would think that parts should be pretty readily available. Had to special order a part and it has turned into a month waiting for the part to come in. Thank goodness i have a second vehicle.

Jared was awesome! He checked my car to find the problem. Sold me a battery and installed it for me. All in 6 degree weather! What great customer service. I will definitely go back!

Not bad people by any means and they seem to have decent knowledge but the King Ave location does not seem to move things with a sense of urgency on anything and your always waiting in the store forever for simple items. Yet if you go to Grand ave or any other location in Billings with similar consumer traffic your in and out of the store much more quickly. Even paying for parts is slow and a headache. If I goto Autozone I m in and out fast.

I call all part stores in the area before I settle on a price and what is available. This 'O'Reilly Auto Parts' location always seems to come through with the price and the availability of the parts needed. The prices on oil, fluids & stuff like that is kind of steep compared to 'Walmart.' But, overall the service and availability of internal/external parts is unmatched by anyone else.
