I just relocated to Billings from the Midwest for my job, and I had to have a couple of items tended to on my vehicle prior to starting the daily commutes to work. I picked out M&M from prior Google reviews, and I will definitely add another 5-star rating for their service and quality of work. It's always difficult finding a reputable mechanic when you roll into a new town, but thanks to the Google reviewers I lucked out on the first try. Excellent work at very fair prices, and things get fixed quickly. Lefty knows his stuff and pulls no punches. You cannot go wrong at Mufflers & More.Services: Exhaust, Electrical

This shop truly is top notch! They were honest and hardworking. I had a muffler replaced and was in and out in less than an hour. Ryan the technician who worked on my car provided amazing service. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days so I'm glad I found this place.

Ryan got our car in today when we had an appointment for Tuesday. I've heard good things from multiple people that have different lifestyles but nothing bad. Plus the quality, promise, & overall thought into how they did my exhaust is excellent to say the least.

Lefty has been amazing to us. He has worked on several of our vehicles and always provided quick service and very reasonable prices! I will definitely bring all my vehicles to him for needed maintenance.

Dale, is extremely knowledgeable regarding his automotive specialties, in my case brake vibration. He found the problem and repaired it in good time. Today, I went back to have it fixed again (the vehicle's problem). Dale is very considerate when dealing with customers and their money as well. I highly recommend Mufflers & More.

I've had my vehicle to this shop a couple times and was completely satisfied with the quality of service and their pricing. The mechanic that done my service was a true craftsman that put pride in his work. The shop is very affordable believe you me I shop around and their pricing was the lowest around for my specific service. My go to shop for future repairs no doubt.

Been going here for years! Absolutely wholeheartedly honest mechanics!! Rare find for sure..brought vehicles in thinking the worst and these guys call me and say...$40 and you're fixed..lol! Trust this place more than any other in Billings!! Excellent honest guys n gals here! And all repairs over the last 8 years here have been fixed once and stayed fixed!

Ryan was extremely helpful over the phone and provided great service. Their pricing was competitive and the work they did was awesome. I love how my pickup sounds now with the new exhaust setup.

This place was great, had a large selection of mufflers for me to chose from and I was able to get the one I wanted at a great price. My truck sounds great and it's thanks to their wonderful and speedy service. Great place to visit and to get a muffler. Definitely will bring my other pickup in for mufflers!

Very honest mechanics. I am an international student and money sometimes can be a struggle! When I took my car to this shop they did a great job, and the prices were fair, didn't over price stuff, didn't got convinced to buy parts I didn't need, excellent people overall

DO NOT USE!!! Dropped off car after it overheated in -30 degree weather. They're diagnosis was that I had cracked head gaskets and a cracked block because the antifreeze was leaking out onto the shop floor whenever they tried to poor it in. They told me that I would need a COMPLETELY NEW ENGINE!!! I picked up my car and decided to take it to the dealership to get a second opinion. Ended up being a $30 busted coolant hose!! So no wonder it was leaking all over these idiots floor! They didn't even check the hoses!!!!! So I payed an hr of labor ($80) for them to COMPLETELY MISDIAGNOSE the issue!! They are INEPT and INEXPERIENCED on anything other than mufflers, and I don't even know that they're any good at that!!! There is no "MORE" here. Only trash service and mechanics!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would because that's exactly what they gave me!!!

I got a muffler and installed, cheaper than I could but one online. They were fast, my truck sounds great!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Friendly, honest, great work

Ryan Mueller was knowledgable, courteous, and went above and beyond expectations. They took me as a walk-in @4:10 and had me out of there before I could even read a chapter of my book. I work at Honda and I took a stack of Ryan's cards for my toolbox to refer customers that need exhaust work his way.

If I could give negititve stars I would!!!!!! I made an appointment to have my car looked at and the person they schedule my car with called in. Instead of having someone look at it or even calling me before I got there to tell me they told me " I guess your not getting your car looked at today. ".I will not be going back if they can't have enough respect for customers.

The horrible customer service from the lady behind the counter led to me spending over $500 at their competitor. They are severely understaffed, and I would genuinely be suprised if the lady behind the counter was able to correctly spell "customer service". Don't waste your time.

No signage outside. Inside is a very small lobby. The guy I spoke with said this is no longer Mufflers & More but is a car dealership repair shop.

replaced a ton of parts $1500 worth and still didn't fix it. another mechanic replaced injectors and ran great plus found tools laying on motor they had left. they also put in refurbished parts at a new price. &did not refund or allow return of the parts that were not the cause of problem.
