Eric and the team are amazing. Very friendly, quick, and efficient. After I had my suspension repaired and the alignment came out, they fixed it with no problem. It's hard to find shops that care about their customers like they do.

had a very good experience working with mark! was very respectful and knowledgeable. dud a full diagnostic inspection on a vehicle i was planning on buying and he was honest. letting me know that i might want to continue to look around. as someone who dosnt know much about cars this is something i appreciate. highly recommend coming here if you re planning on buying a vehicle and would like to be comfortable With your purchase.

I requested an oil change today. The guys at the downtown shop got me in on the spot. It did not take too long to get it done, either. During the oil change Ben, the mechanic for my vehicle, discovered there was an oil pressure sensor that needed to be replaced. Not a big deal but if left unattended, could have lead to some pretty costly motor repairs. I am thankful he was thorough on even just a simple as a job as an oil change because I am sure he saved me hundreds of dollars. The workers over at Midas are honest, down to earth, guys who aren't just trying to scam others. And one other thing, if Ben ends up working on your vehicle, just know it is in safe hands. He is very knowledgeable, by the book, and thorough on inspections.

These guys are Great, I came up to Billings. to get supplies for flooring company I work for The Bearing went out Is on my truck and they were able to get me in and have it done with it an hour and a 1/2. They are very courteous polite very professional I would recommend him and this Crew To anyone and location is downtown close to hotels restaurants and it's just been perfect. I definitely will come here again if I need to thank you very much guys. You're awesome

I help run a fleet of about 20-30 vehicles. This location is my go to shop for repairs when something goes wrong. The turn around time on their work is same day and the staff is very friendly and professional about diagnosing and fixing our vehicles. I highly recommend Mark and his excellent team of professionals.

Got a front end alignment on a saturday, was impressed that I even got an appointment that day! Cost a few bucks more than the average...because I got the above average service! Eric was nice and it was pretty painless as far as waiting, ill be hitting them up again Im sure

Amazing service been coming here for years with all of my trucks gas or diesel they are great to work with and always upfront on price. Had my tailpipes done on my 02 2500HD they did a fantastic job and asked questions throughout the process to get exactly what I wanted!! Thanks Midas

I've known Mark for a few years while he worked at the Great Falls location. We miss him terribly up there but I'm also glad I know where to go if I get stuck down here in Billings. Always eager to help and leaves me feeling confident to get back out on the road!

Excellent service here, so easy to get an appointment and they were so helpful. I needed a new battery and they changed it out so quickly! They even figured out what was causing my check engine light to be on and fixed that for me too! Thanks so much!

While I have had decent experiences here in the past, the last time I went for an synthetic oil change, I got charged an absurd amount of money for it, $102! For a sedan! I've never paid this much for an oil change in my life...

I have gone to Midas for 15 years for my car care. My son also goes to Midas. This week they changed and put my snow tires on. Just in time. They also replaced my battery. My son's vehicle also needed mechanical care this week. Thanks to the office staff that do a great job with balancing the business and the excellent mechanics. Enjoy the addition of the plants. I got my vehicle in on short notice, the oil change and inspection were done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price, and a quote was provided for work that may be needed in the near future. I originally made arrangements @ another Midas location to replace my oil-pan gasket. One day before my apt, I called the 2nd location (as they were closer to my work), to see if they might be able to squeeze me instead. They did. I dropped my truck off& was later informed that there were additional leaks. I authorized the repairs, as long as they could be done by the end of the day. I was called before I was even off work, to inform me that my truck was done. This particular location was very accommodating, informative & timely. Thank you!

One star is not even a possibility. Called ahead for early appt and to ensure posted price of $24.99 was correct, it was confirmed. Showed up and told by manager cant get blend and its $74.99 with $20. Off. I walked out and when returning for corporate address was rudely told its nationwide pricing and treated with disrespect, no customer service skills while he smoked his cigarette with an empty bay no customers. Told me contact midas corp. Qith no care what ao ever...

Mark has been absolutely amazing! The other Midas did damage to my car and he never stopped fighting to get my car fixed right. Him and his employees fixed my car and did a very good job. Mark went above and beyond, and was very respectful, even when I was not very happy.
