Rich is one of the best mechanics in town and he's always busy. He is the mechanic I recommend, if you need your car or truck repaired. Price are fair as well.

Rich did a great job. I needed a new alternator in my 2010 Odyssey. His email is on his website, so I emailed in the evening and he called the next day. I was able to drop it off after hours. Had a quality experience! He started the work when he said he would. Then called me to explain the problem and estimated cost. Picked it up a few hours later and the bill was same as his quote. Was referred to Rich by another shop in town. My truck kept getting reduced engine power and I had spent a lot of money trying to get it fixed. Rich got it fixed in two days and went out of his way to get some replacement parts replaced under warranty that another mechanic hadn't considered. Rich even called me a few days later to see how the truck was running. I am very impressed by his level of service considering this was the first time I had met him. My sons CV axle broke on his truck on a Monday and Rich so graciously squeezed us in that same week Thursday and completed all of the repairs by the end of day. He called with any new issues he found and quoted us fairly. I will continue to use this shop as it is hard to find good honest hard working people who go out of their way for their customers. Rich has been my mechanic for over a decade. I have taken all of my vehicles to him for repairs over the years and he has proven to be a skillful mechanic who treats his customers with respect and professionalism. He has always provided me with an exact estimate of the cost of various repairs before beginning work on a vehicle, has never charged me for anything other than the work he has done and has always done an excellent job with respect to the repair and maintenance of my vehicles. Just two weeks ago, he took time out of his schedule (I didn't schedule an appointment) to repair damage to my windshield wipers as it was snowing and raining in town and it would have been dangerous for me to be driving.

I've only used them (well, him) once so far but I'm happy with the service. Took in my classic car to get some much-needed service done. It was a pricey job but the estimate squared with the prices I had researched on the Internet. It was done on-time, at-estimate, and most importantly it's fixed!

Rich has helped us for years with our vehicles and we often travel to Billings to get work done. One year, as I was leaving town, I stopped in with a nail in my tire and Rich dropped what he was doing to help me immediately so I could get on my way home. I'd definitely recommend him to all my friends in the Billings area!

My long time mechanic friend retired and I didn't know where to turn. Meridian is located near my home. I took a chance on Rich and I am glad that I did. My experiences have all been positive - as positive, that is, as having to get a car repaired can be.
