A big shout out to your great team who were working today 11/13/23. Had oil and oil filter changed in my Honda today. The teamwork I saw was amazing and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Windows, vacuumed and my car looks amazing. Love how they also told everyone thank you for coming in.

Wow. The cleanest, nicest, most efficient, thorough place we've ever been. Our short wait was made even nicer by complimentary coffee for adults and ice cream for our kids, which we enjoyed on the rocking chairs out front! And the people working are even better! What is more, they accommodated our travel trailer we were pulling behind us without us having to unhook. For travelers, this was a huge plus!

I was passing through on a 2k+ mi drive and my engine light was on. I went to these guys to see if it was just low fluids because it's happened before but it wasn't it (but we got em anyways!) And they figured it out for me and cleared the issue. Thanks to the guy who helped me (I'm sorry I never caught your name!) But you're the best :> you helped me lessen my stress on my last 11 hr push to my new home! Thank you so much to you and everyone there for being real mechanics and lovers of your craft. Have had.my ups and downs. Took my daughters car there for an oil change and they didnt tighten the filter. All the oil leaked out over time and it blew up. The manager was more than helpful getting her a rental car and having her vehicle looked at but they came back with "oh it had a oil leak so they didnt help with any of the repair.

On our way to Yellowstone, our car s engine light came on. Masterlube was the closest, quickest service station open and they were incredibly helpful! I took my own oil because they don't carry the brand I use and I usually change my own, but this time I decided to have someone else change it for me, they are a good choice, in and out in a short time and didn't cost that much either.

The team here is always very nice and pleasant. Great customer service every time. And super quick but thorough. Never push anything on me but are great about suggesting what needs to be address and how soon. Great, fast and friendly service! From out of town - Went there for a rock chip and were pleasantly surprised at how quick they got us in and out, and the rock chip repair looks great! They're our go to if we every need anything when we're town.

I used to go to MasterLube to get service done to my all vehicles. The last time i had service done to my vehicle I was 600 miles away and my was down a quart of oil and found out the plug was not tightened after being serviced.Bad quality control and lost my trust in the good service when they were on 24th Street.

I didn t want know they were going to wipe down my vehicle. My baby was pretty dirty because I am moving from Joliet to Billings and the dust and bugs. Splatters are crazy well they removed those to my surprised! Vacuumed the very gravelly floor mats. The actual oil change was less than expected in cost. I highly recommend this wonderful business. You will not be disappointed.Service: Oil change

Very fast, super friendly and not pushy on sales. I brought two of my vehicles in for oil changes today, I was in and out within 20 minutes and know they checked everything they're supposed to, they work and communicate as a team. Will definitely be back!
