Thank you for a great in & out car wash yesterday (December 2023). It was so nice to get my car all shined up. Crew was very professional and I really appreciate this team. Had to wait a couple days as they were busy but crew recommended coming early 7:30 success. Thank you

I have always been happy there however this time I asked to have my tires put at 35 pounds and the guy put them all at 40 insisting that I needed that for the winter. He is wrong! It s very dangerous to have overinflated tires. It s raining today and I nearly spun out of control.

This place is amazing! You gotta go here! I had an oil change and a detail done, and I m so glad I did it here. The people are genuinely friendly, and the place is clean and well organized and has a positive vibe all over the place. They really live up to their very positive, service and growth oriented mission statement. I used this location for the inside/outside cleaning service and I was super impressed with what these folks got done in an hour! Between toddlers and dogs our cars are a mess and they did a really great job getting them cleaned up. The price is very reasonable and the staff are very friendly, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them for this type of service!Service: Auto detailing

They are very nice there. They communicate with me and they do not pressure you to purchase more than you need. They came in and asked me if I had something done yet and I asked the price and they went ahead and replaced fuel filter. I will take my vehicles there for service from now on.

They got my oil changed and filters replaced quickly. They also have free ice cream in the waiting area, so that's a plus on a hot summer day. I only wish this location was open on Sundays.

I just had my car washed - less than 20 bucks "hand washed" SUV looks great. They are busy so you may have a bit of a wait. Friendly and courteous.

I felt overwhelmed when I pulled up and I was approached by 2 very kind men and they walked me through the process. I had purchased a old but new private party vehicle and needed a inside and out auto detail. The crew did a fabulous job and the manager touched base to see how the service was. I let him know that it was great but they missed a few areas vacuuming. The next day they should up at my office and took the vehicle back and thoroughly cleaned it again and the areas that were missed. Above and beyond great customer service. Thank you!

We stopped by MasterLube's downtown Billings location for an overdue oil change on our way back from Glacier National Park to home in northern Colorado. It was the fastest, best oil change experience my husband or I have ever had! Everyone was very friendly, there was free ice cream and coffee (much aprpeciated after a long day of driving!), they didn't try to upsell us on filters or anything, and it seemed like the team was a well-oiled machine (haha!). We're so jealous there aren't MasterLubes in our area! Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

They are always friendly and super helpful. They top off all your fluids at no charge when changing your oil. They're really fast too. I always leave a tip since they do such great work. If you're really happy with your service here (or anywhere) then leave a tip! It'll make someone's day!

5 Star experience at MasterLube today. Pulled up to enquire about service. The team was welcoming and happy to price out my favorite oil (didn't rake me over the coals). They completed the service promptly and competently -- I was very impressed with their redundant double checks to make sure everything was full and buttoned up properly before finishing. Phenomenal service experience. The team went out of their way to thoroughly and efficiently service my large dually truck. All of the fluids were topped off, they cleaned all my windows and mirrors as well. Best service experience ever.

I can t say enough good things about Master Lube downtown! I had a service concern and they made the situation right. Talk about great customer service, they turned the situation around and made a lifetime customer doing it. Keep up the great work!

Fast team of workers that get the job done right with a quickness. When I arrived there they had me pull right in and they got to work and they were very fast. The prices are reasonable. I like it and I think you will too.

A week later, I m still perplexed at how quick this place was and how friendly the staff was.Would have expected a place so fast to act more like a Chinese labor camp or something. But no. Not this place. This place is fast and caring.
