MARS of Billings is the crown jewel of Montana. I love this place and the people in it. I got a tour of the facility after they had a corporate event the night before, so the shop space was empty for the festivities. Usually, though, this place is booming, and the parking lot is always packed. MARS is your go-to for all automotive accessories, window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, and more. Devon and his team do incredible work and treat you like family. I want to give a special shoutout to Spencer for helping me pick the right package for my truck and giving me a thorough tour of their fantastic business. These are the best guys in town; give em a call!

I recently had this excellent team install some accessories on my new truck. The took box, bed cover, bed liner and step boards are awesome and match the truck perfectly. The process from the estimate to the install to the pick up was totally smooth and communication was top notch. I highly recommend them for all you automotive accessory and detailing needs!!

Outstanding customer service. With Spencer and Kaden answering all my questions and the folks busting their butts in the back doing superb work...you would be dumb to trust your aftermarket needs with anyone else. I took my car here after someone tried to break in an got glass everywhere. I heard good things about mars but when I got my car back the outside wash was not very good still dirty, but I paid for the interior detail. While looking everything over I noticed some dirt on the seats still also some glass shards around the interior. They didn t clean a couple things in the interior and they did not put the glove box stopper back into place as well as the center console trim which caused it not to close.

I brought in a vehicle we intended to sell for a full detail. Having kids, using this as a daily driver, two dogs, and being the middle of winter, this rig was pretty dirty. Getting the time to clean it up during the freezing months was not going to happen any time soon too. The job Mars did was worth EVERY. PENNY. When I received my Explorer back, it was pristine like it had come off the dealership showroom floor. The care they took into making sure ALL of my concerns were address was outstanding. Great Customer Service. I worked with Kaden on the sales/installation of bed cover, bed mat & fender flares. They were great to work & even offered shuttle service so I didn't have to sit around. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for car/truck accessories.

Derek was so helpful where another company had failed to help. He fixed their messy install for my remote start and made sure I knew what all was done with it. I will definitely be going back to Mars for anymore aftermarket upgrades!

Absolutely the best in Billings. We had them detail our vehicle and also tint the windows in our house. Now we had them do a bedliner in our truck. Absolutely perfect installation. As always, Devon Davidson and his crew are true professionals who insist on quality, timely and superior service. Wow! What a great job! Mars of Billings not only met expectations, they far exceeded it! Definitely a 5 star review! The Mars staff was incredibly accommodating to my needs as an out of towner visiting for a short time. They took me back to my motel. And picked me up when ready. The task for some poor worker was to not only do the platinum product. It included a backseat of dog hair disaster. It was much better than I ever expected. I would recommend any and all of there services. Definitely a 5 star review!Another 5 star performance! I recently had a paint correction treatment from the crew at Mars. I want to give a big shout out to a technician name of Christa! What she did absolutely blew me away. The finished job was 5 stars for sure !Thank you Christa! And thank you for everyone s help on this job!I can t thank you enough for how it turned out. Way above my expectations!

We had MARS install another bumper on a truck. The work was impeccable. Our service advisor Jim Harmon was very communicative and explained all of our options clearly at an understandable price and time expectation. We will continue to use there services for our vehicles!

THE BEST detail and aftermarket provider in Billings, Mt. We have our cars detailed 2 a year & have had two cars window tint, they are quick and premium quality! I highly recommend call way ahead of when you need it they are popular

This is not the first time to Mars, but it is my first review. I have taken three vehicles there for various products and services. This time I took my Acura in for a windshield repair and film repair on a side mirror that had been doored. I checked in with the courteous and professional staff at the front desk. Two hours later, I found out the window chip wasn t deep enough for a true repair, but they took the time to fill in the scratch and buff out. They also replaced the film on the mirror. All of this with no charge to me. Just another reason why I call them first.

As you can tell from the 2 stars, I'm not entirely happy with my experience on MARS. I have a truck that I bought from a construction company, it was dirty. I cleaned it best as I could, vacuumed, wiped down with soap and water, but just couldn't get it as clean as a detail shop can. Having worked at a couple of dealerships that used MARS for one thing or another, seeing the results of the vehicles that my boss had them do for him, and I admire Devon's work ethic that he built his business from working out of his van to being pretty successful. I decided to take my truck there. I made a 8am appointment to get the interior detailed. I showed up at 7:45, showed the gentleman that checked me in that I was mainly concerned about the little dirt and crud in the texture of the dash, all of the crevices, and the dirt in the carpet. That was when I started having my first misgivings, he told me that they will do what they could, but it may take longer and be more expensive than the quoted price... so... they are trying to upsell me to get my vehicle clean? mind you I already cleaned this outfit. its cleanish. Its just dirt. No dog hair or lolly pops. with the right equipment its a 2 hour detail and it will glitter (as much as 10 year old plastic and cloth will glitter). I told him that I wasn't interested in paying above the $180 quoted price, he said they would see what they can do. I told him that if the interior of the truck is still wet, I wouldn't mind at all, I had some minor mechanical work to do on it, and it could dry just fine while I was doing my thing. He told me that was fine, and to give him a call at noon as it should be done then.At noon I gave him a call on his direct line, I didn't get through so I called MARS number, asked the chap on the line if my truck was ready, he told me that it wasn't going to be ready until 4:30 to 5:00! I told hi what the other guy told me about noon, and that I wasn't interested in waiting for it to dry. he said that they normally tell people 4:30-5:00. after I was off the phone and was stewing on it for a minute, I decided that if they hadn't started on my 8:00 am detail, I would pick up my truck. I called back and asked if they had started cleaning it yet (I am a courteous even toned person, so I am polite), he said that the guy had been working on it all morning "Trying to get all of that dirt out". After that call, the chap that originally checked me in called me, he told me that my vehicle would be done at 2:30-3:00. I wasn't terribly thrilled, but whatever. at 3:15 I got a call that said my vehicle would be done in half a hour. When I picked up my vehicle, they gushed over how filthy it was, and how much elbow grease their poor little chap had to put into it (my words lol), I figured if their detail guy did make it satisfactorily clean, I would tip him a $20. He probably didn't have anything to do with the garbage at the front desk that I'm completely unimpressed with. I am sorry to say, I did not tip him, in my opinion, tips are earned, not given. 90% of the texture in the dash was clean, the A pillars were cleaned halfways, the carpet was... cleaner than it had been... can actually see dirt streaks in it. say what? yeah, that's what I said! the tops of the seats were cleaned... how about the front of the cloth where your legs sit (or dangle depending on stature)? nope! Either it was a lazy guy doing a 2 hour detail, or it was a really good guy doing a 10 minute detail! He didn't get around the radio screen (not a big nav screen), or around the instrument cluster edges. going to have to go around it with q tips and glass cleaner.My bill was $184, so $4 more than quoted... no, 4 bucks aint diddly squat, but its not what I was quoted.In my opinion, there is good customer service and bad, I wasn't impressed. there is clean and dirty, I was not impressed

i went to mars to get my car tinted and i wanted 15% on the back 3 windows n 20% on the front 2, when i got home i noticed that they all looked very similar so i called them an asked to look at it and put a meter on it. it read 15-17 on both front in back (didn t wipe the dust off) i then took it to another tint shop to get there expertise and they had whipped the window off where they were testing and to your surprise they both tested 18-19 it goes to show they don t wanna fix there mistakes or go the extra mile to make sure there customers are satisfied with there purchase.(called 3 times complaining and they claimed they were right the whole time because they have a 300-400 dollar tint reader)EDITED: 1 to a 4: this was a process to get the correct tint on my windows in the end i am now satisfied and happy with my car would be a five star if they knew all the questions i had asked in the beginning and knew everything they had to offer, again is correct and finally satisfied. thank you Kevin you handled this very well!

MARS did a paint protection film and ceramic coating for me that turned out great! Spencer was helpful, thorough, and helped me find the right services to match my budget. Service was fast, and everybody was friendly.

I had a leather seat and heat kit installed. The staff was extremely helpful and made the experience smooth and easy. I even threw them a curve ball and asked them if they could have my headrests embroidered with something specific as well. It wasn't something that they normally do but they came up with a solution and it came back exactly how I wanted. The finished product looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the quality of the product and install! I highly recommend MARS for any of your vehicle needs!

I recently had my new car tinted. MARS was able to schedule an appointment within two days and the window tint was installed within a few hours. The staff at MARS were very friendly, professional, and made sure I knew about the care instructions post installation and made themselves available if there were any issues. They did such a phenomenal job detailing and restoring the headlights on my vehicle-it looked brand new! They got me an appointment asap and even drove me home! All the staff was lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

I took my Honda CR-V to MARS to have the headlights polished, remote start installed, and windows tinted. I'm from AZ so I have some knowledge of tint!!! MARS did an outstanding job on my car!!! I'll go back for more upgrades later and would recommend them to anyone that was window tint or anything else!!! The gentlemen gave me a quote over the phone and we set an appointment. The end bill was $8 more than the quote. That was awesome!!!! I loved that there was no surprises!!! The staff is very courteous as well!!! I wasn't able to pick my car up the same day due to work commitments so they kept it there for 4 days without any issues!!!! I am far beyond pleased with this experience!!!!Service: Headlight polishing

I got my new to me Tundra sprayed with MilSpec Bedliner and am really happy. Spencer got me scheduled right away and they gave me a ride home. Good guys, knowledgeable, and do great work. Highly recommend

Had remote starter put into kia, took longer than expected so received a free detail. The detailing process messed up the led lights on the radio , Mars replaced the radio for free also. Top notch service and i would definitely recommend Mars !Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Mars did a fabulous job touching up some scrapes on my car and buffing out some paint transfer from a door ding. Don gave me a very fair quote and provided exceptional customer service. Mark was very meticulous when it came to touching up all of the tiny paint chips that others may have glossed over. Would recommend to anyone who needs a minor paint touch up.
