The Billings Lithia Toyota dealership service experience for my lifetime service package oil change gets 5 star wrenches from me .My only suggestion would be to not charge $40 for a tire rotation.The undercarriage video inspection was a first for me and I appreciated that the service tech took the time to do that.The in/out time was excellent for a dealership oil change (<1 hour).

Best experience possible. Walk in. Courtesy ride available within 30 seconds. Not exaggerating. Matt sends me a video. Video shows me what is wrong. I call authorize repairs. Two hours later they have my water pump replaced. Spark plugs changed, transmission flushed. Coolant and system flushed. I go to pick it up. Ask Robert is I can have $50 off based on the internet promotion I received. He approves and has me out the door with no delay. Could not be more efficient, professional and competent. All the away around Excellent. I love Toyota s and will continue to buy them. More importantly - the dealer experience has been great.

I had an appointment for an oil change, wait was one hour. There is a tv to watch and couch like seating to wait, or a shuttle to take you somewhere. I was sent a video of the mechanic underneath my truck which was informative. The cost is the going rate for high performance oil change. I was more satisfied with this visit then my previous oil change here. I was given a sticker for next oil change and the video was more informative.

Lithia's records revealed that some of the service's I requested was to early, which helped me in saving money. Also when my pickup was serviced the oil pressure was not working, I asked them to fix this issue and the service department, in a reasonable amount of time and at a price which seemed reasonable filled my request. Service like this will keep me coming back, as well as recommending Lithia Toyota. Respectfully, Gary Klipstein.

Bought a truck and was skeptical about putting a service contract on it. Sure glad I did! Truck ended up needing new cams and lifters, what could have been a real expensive fix was handled with ease. Clinton and his staff went beyond my expectations! Thank you!

Most of my negative ratings come from corporate Toyota. When I picked up my vehicle in May I received one key. They said keys were backed ordered due to supply issues. They said I would get one in September, but I heard nothing. So I happened to be there one day and I asked about it, they said they would order one. About three weeks ago I received a letter that my key was ready and I just needed to make an appointment. So I needed to get my oil changed, so I stated in the notes that I needed oil change and pick up my key. When I picked up my vehicle the service gal said they ordered the key. I told her the key was ordered already and I received a letter to pick it up. She said the guy was not there and she would contact him tomorrow.

Our service manager went the extra mile when we brought our Toyota in fir maintenance repairs. He explained what was done with and estimate of cost. Can't say enough on the quality of service and professionalism.

Robert is the best at scheduling and recommending service needs. Everyone is friendly and helpful even when it is super busy. Great info from sales manager while waiting for repairs.
