I had my oil changed today on my Chevy equinox and had a great experience. Very professional and best service in Billings!!!Employees were awesome. Great job!!!

They don't add plastic clips back. I guess I'll add another photo to show how they fixed it without adding all the clips back on for the second time you'd think they would add them all the first time but they didn't even add all of them for the second time I had it back and I'll have to take it to lincoln for the other 3 I guess

Spoke down to me like I didn t know what I was doing or talking about. Trying to tell me stuff needed to be replaced or stuff that was wrong when it wasn t - trying to nickel and dime me. Charged me $140 for an oil change (2018 ford escape) and air filter replacement.Went to ford the next day and they were mind blown about what they said was wrong . All I needed was a transmission flush (told me I needed a transmission flush then on the summary sheet, it said not checked so I don t know how they could tell me something needed to be done when they didn t even check) - they tried to get me to get new wind shield wipers (even though on the final paper it said wipers okay ), tell me I have a oil leak but didn t tell me where (ford said I didn t have one). I could go on - I won t be returning to this one or any jiffylube in the future

Fast prompt service. They gave solid recomendations on what can wait but also what I should get worked on soon. Not pushy, just honest. Highly recommend.

Just left there. Terrible experience. Gentleman taking care of payment counter was rude. Spoke to me like I knew nothing. When asked how my filters were he responds well I personally didn t check them . Gives me my service summary sheet to find multiple check services were declined though I was never asked. Will not go back.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation... sat down in waiting room and within 5 min they let us know that they didn't have a filter specific to our vehicle in stock, but had previously to talking to us found another Jiffy Lube in the area who does and sent us over.We really appreciated the extra-mile effort All staff were quite polite and professional.Facility is immaculate.Ease of access exceptional.I can highly recommend

I would highly recommend this place, my first time there and was fast and they did a awsome job on my tire alignment and drives like a champ and Mr stricker put silicone in my keyhole so it slides in just right,.. I'll be back for more services in the future and food is walking distance, great team, great people

They always do great work on my car and the employees are nice, but the place is filthy. The floors in the waiting room have months, if not years, worth of dirt, spiderwebs and debris all over. The channel on the TV is playing some kind of YouTube funny video compilation that is incredibly annoying and loud. The bathroom is disgusting- toilet is gross, sink is covered in grease and gunk, floors are horrible. I literally walked in to use it and turned right back around. The windows in the entire place are covered in smudges. The manager needs to take 30 minutes and clean or hire a crew once in a while.

The gentleman that helped me was incredibly professional and very kind. He displayed excellent customer service!! I felt informed but not pressured into making any decisions of extras. Highly recommend.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Everyone was very friendly and they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I needed the radiator hose replaced and a coolant flush. The cost came in under quote. That alone deserves 5 stars. I couldn t be happier with the work, effort, and kindness of the guys in this shop. I ll be going here for everything I need that they provide services for. 10 stars for all of the guys over there. Thank you!

They said it would be an hour and 45 mins till they could help me. Turns out I must have miss heard them because it was being worked on and got done in that amount of time! It was very quick and Jiffy Lube staff is always super nice and cool. Thanks guys! I had like 2 cars Infront of me too

Great place to do business if you like getting jerked around and having your time wasted. called Thursday for oil change and headlight replacement. "we're too short staffed to replace a headlight today. call tomorrow." call Friday - same excuse call back tomorrow - call Saturday, "still too short staffed. but come Monday afternoon. we can do it." so OVER 20 MINUTES after showing up today they inform me they are still short staffed to do the headlight. AND yet two staff members were so BUSY they were sitting on a chair in the garage the entire 30 minutes of my time I wasted inside this sad excuse for a business

Pretty awesome. Jiffy Lube is my go to place for oil to begin with. They checked all my fluids no leaks YAY. Got my ally from their system and I was out of there in less then 30 minutes

As an auto mechanic myself. I don t trust many people to work on any of my cars, but I highly recommend this place. Mr Stricker did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. Awesome crew of guys and great customer service all-around!I dropped my truck off here for service and told them I was going to walk over to Verizon to activate a new phone. Given they were closing at 6, the Jiffy Crew asked me to be back in time for them to close up. I returned at 5:50 to learn I d taken my keys with me and they were unable to move my truck into the service bay. I apologized and told them I d be back for service tomorrow. However, they insisted it was not a problem and they d be happy to service my truck despite it being time to close.The crew stayed a good half hour after closing to get me taken care of and were as professional and friendly as it gets. I m also not a car guy, and they could ve sold me everything I didn t need, but I found them justifying why I didn t need to pay for certain services, rather than scaring me into buying anything extra.Get your cars serviced here- they re great.Thank you Jiffy Lube!

5 star + service today on an emergency visit travelling through Billings to Florida and a coolant pipe burst on my truck with my travel camper on the back.Darian, I think was his name, sorry if I m wrong, was amazing and went above and beyond to put my truck back together and on our way, we need more service people in the world like him!

After having my oil changed at this site, I noticed that I had oil dripping on my driveway. Went back to dealership to find that they did not do a good job cleaning up any spilled oil in engine compartment. Very irritating that I had to take the time a drive back to have them clean up what should have been done at the time I had the oil changed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I did a good job they re really thorough guys very helpful and come back. However, the initial meet and greet with the staff the gentleman talked way too fast knowledgeable but talked way too fast as if he was nervous or just wanted to get through. Kind of left me hanging a little bit as to what he was talking about and what I wanted to have done. When I got back to pick up my truck though he was little calmer and more relaxed a little more professional.
