By far the best independent automotive repair facility in the country!I came across this shop by chance, during an unplanned road trip spanning from Vancouver to Toronto with a newly purchased vehicle... I'll keep it short but it was definitely a blessing in disguise to have an issue with my car, as it led me to meet Quinn and Ian at European Performance. I was beyond impressed with how welcoming and knowledgeable they were, not to mention the cleanliness and professionalism of their shop blew me away! They treated my car like as if it was their own (to which I very much appreciate, as I'm very particular about my cars) and they gave me a few solutions and had me all ready to hit the road within no time... I wish I could have stayed longer, or heck, even live around here, as I would love to support these guys on a regular basis.Quinn and Ian, thank you guys so much! I hope to see you guys again in the near future. Keep up the great work!

Wow, I ve never seen a business rated All 5 . Well, there is a reason for this! I feel so lucky to be able to call European Performance my shop of excellence. That I GET to go there. Quinn is so very kind. Thank you. I look forward to maintaining my valued car with you, knowing that even though it s an older VW, my car and I are still treated and cared for with as much care and concern as an expensive foreign car. Absolutely the best mechanic I ve ever dealt with. These guys were great to work with, super professional and great communication. The shop is spotless and my car even came back cleaned. Highly recommend!

I m a bit late on my review but cannot say enough good things about these guys. A bit of waiting to get my TDI in was well worth it. We ran into some issues and they did what it took to figure out the underlying issues and get me back on the road. They are some of the most knowledgeable guys I ve met in imports and would recommend them to anyone. If you re wondering if they are the right guys for the job, they are. Thanks again guys!

I worked with Quinn, coordinating and scheduling the repairs for my 2008 BMW X5. I bought this SUV cheap and knew that it needed several repairs. Quinn worked with me to diagnose the problems and quote the repairs. I live out of the state and Quinn did an amazing job going above and beyond communicating with me both email and phone. With the current supply chain issues, the repairs took longer than I expected but at no fault to European Performance. Quinn took my X5 for a long drive to make sure all the repairs were operating properly. As expected, he said everything is running great ! Quinn s customer relations skills are top notched and I couldn t be happier with my repairs. I HIGHLY recommend European Performance if you ever need repairs on your foreign vehicle!Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I walked into this shop on a Friday afternoon to take a look at my Mercedes GL 450 after getting an outrageous quote from another shop. They take a look right away and the quote was significantly less! The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful! They even lent me a car to drive while they fixed mine. I will only bring my GL here now.

Don't even know where to start with these guys. I've had experiences with many mechanics on a variety of vehicles. Never have I had one as enjoyable as this. I'll be the first to admit that I can be a difficult person to please.Communication was fantastic, quality of service performed was above and beyond, and they went out of their way to get my car back to me outside of normal hours, as I towed the car from several hours away to have them work on it. Glad I made the trip.I had them perform a timing chain replacement and intake valve cleaning on a VW GTI 2.0 TSI. They took time to go over several other minor issues and give the car a good once over. After performing requested maintenance and giving it a clean bill of health, I had them install APR software that really brought the car to life.I hope these gents can keep up the enthusiasm for years to come. They seem to enjoy what they do, and it shows.Top Notch!!!Ian and Quinn,Thank you! I look forward to working with you again.-TrevorUPDATE:Had a strange noise/harmonic after getting the car back. Ian and Quinn were glad to narrow down the noise to an aftermarket motor mount insert that was reinstalled in a new mount. I would never have been able to isolate this issue myself. Did an amazing job, very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and physically show me the fixeds and where the problems and what could else be the problems. Provided color pictures of all services check up and found the problem that was fixed and what is going to be fix in the future.

European Performance is an example of a business that cares about your needs and concerns. Ian and Quinn are an amazing team that make you feel like your concern is the most important task they have going on. 100% would recommend having repair work or custom work done here.

I have made the mistake of taking my wife's beloved Audi to more "conveniently" located service shops (in relation to my work). E P is well-worth the short drive; they are honest, reliable, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable. They offer this while running an exceptionally clean and customer-friendly business. I couldn't ask for more; if you own a European luxury vehicle, this is the best place to ensure proper maintenance/repair.

I am very grateful that I found European Performance on my way back home to Montreal from Yellowstone. They were very kind and were able to squiz us in to scan our ML350 that had faulty injectors. I wish I would live in Billings so I could come here with my car all the time. Special thanks to Quinn who knew the answers to my million questions.

I have been to countless shops and I can confidently say that European Performance is easily the greatest shop I have ever been to. I found myself stuck in Billings after noticing how close my brake pad was to being completely gone. EP was able to get the parts from APR in an incredibly timely fashion. Not only were they quick to get the parts but they were quick to help me get back on the road. They were quick to share knowledge, tools, and time. They are fast, dependable, smart, hospitable, amazing, and any other synonyms you wanna throw in. I wouldn t hesitate for one second taking my vehicles here. I have nothing but the highest respect and praise for these guys. Going to any other place would be the single silliest thing you could possibly do.Service: Auto brake repair

I brought my girlfriend's 06 TDi Jetta in for a check engine light and I am sure glad I did. One of the glow plugs was failing, which isn't the end of the world, but their vehicle inspection turned out a long list of repairs that were necessary to keep the car road worthy and safe (Lower control arm, lower control arm bushings, rear wheel bearing, new glow plugs, new steering rack and wiring harness, oil change, fuel filters and transmission service). They also notified me on a couple other components that were reaching the end of their life but were not ready to be repaired (rear brake pads/rotors). Ian and Quinn were over the top with their professional attitude and I know all the work they did was honest and fair. They take the time to show you the failed or failing components they replaced so you know there is no doubt that the services they are doing are for a reason. European Performance is a clean and tightly kept environment. No fear to walk in the front doors because Ian and Quinn will make you feel welcome and invited. I could write on and on with this review about how pleased I am with my experience. I couldn't be happier with European Performance! Thank you, Ian and Quinn!

Quinn just completed a pre purchase inspection on a 2014 Ferrari. I am in California the car was in Billings, MT. I can not tell you how great he was. After providing me with video's and photos I knew the car as if I was there. Quinn was quick in getting back to me for all my questions either through the phone or texting. I highly recommend European Performance. I wish I could find a mechanic in my area as good as Quinn.

Ian and Quinn are the best out there. I've taken my cars to a lot of the local shops in town over the years and have never really had a single good experience. I just dropped a fair amount of money at European performance and I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys

I happened to find these guys and feel like I won the lottery. My Audi has over 250k on it and European Performance will make it run for another 250k. The guys at European Performance went above and beyond with my BMW. Everything that was discussed, was done to my car in a timely and professional manner. My car now runs even better than it did before, and faster. Will definitely give them more of my business in the future. 10/10 would recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about European Performance. I am on a road trip, and had a check engine light come on. Stopped at a BMW dealer, thought it was fixed, but lo and behold, the light came on again. When I finally got here, Quinn hooked my car into the computer, even though I was just a walk-in, diagnosed the issue, and I was on my way. Very professional, friendly, and all around excellent service!

The Best European car shop I ve ever been to hands down and I ve owned several European cars and taken them to various private mechanics and dealerships in 4 different states. Even if I lived 3-4 hours away I d still bring my car here to have these guys work on it.Ian and Quinn are honest, helpful, patient, and respectful. They ve gotten me out of a jam many times in the past. The new bigger shop built in 2021 is a masterpiece. Couldn t be happier for you guys.The one negative (if you could even call it a negative) is that word has now gotten out on how great these guys are; they are very busy so get your appointments on the books now!

Quinn and Ian are fantastic mechanics! They sail a tight ship in their harbor! It is a well oiled spotless environment all the time. Their professionalism, bright cheery smiles and enthusiastic attitudes are reflections of their appreciation for their customers. I loved how organized they worked out scheduling, explaining, following up and the clean delivery of my vehicle. It was perfect ! I would recommend those guys any time over any other shop in Billings. Thank you Quinn and Ian for work well done!

FINALLY, a shop I can trust in Billings with my car. Ian and Quinn just get it. They are intelligent, super friendly, and will work within your constraints/interests/needs. They will order the correct (and quality) parts, professionally install them, and never sell you something that is not relevant to you and your car - all in a timely, efficient manner. Their pricing is more than reasonable, considering the complexity of german cars and the breadth of knowledge required to work on them. I have never experienced a better shop in all my years of owning European cars. Thank you for being part of the Billings auto community; you are greatly appreciated.

I ve known these gentlemen for 5 years.They ve always been above and beyond. Costumer service, outstanding integrity, quality repair, timely service.These gentlemen don t clock out till the job is done and done to the highest standard.I do alot of traveling so a lot of miles but when I m in town these gentlemen do the bumper to bumper service.If you drive anything foreign keep your mind at ease and stop by their shop.They do what they love so I can do what I love.Thanks fellas!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Ian and Quinn were fantastic!Our family was in the middle of a seven week RV road trip and our Sprinter RV chassis check engine light came on. We were able to make it into Billings where we could find an auto supply store. We did so and needed help installing a couple glow plugs. We looked up and auto repair service in town and European performance popped up with good reviews, not to mention, a couple young strapping guys running the show!They gladly took us in immediately and began work on replacing the glow plugs. We felt really good about their knowledge and command of German technology but what was stood out further was their rapport, demeanor and customer centric focus.We decided to ask them to perform an oil change service as well. No problem at all!I highly recommend Ian and Quinn s European Performance shop!
