Never have I taken the time to write a review, but these guys are terrible. Unreliable, constant run around, overpriced. Never will use again, better off calling Associated Glass

Just drove 4 hours from my home to pick up a door window for my truck. I received a defective window after calling to confirm the window was in good order/correct for the truck before leaving home to pick it up. I even asked the guy to check it was good to go in the office before heading back home with the glass. After the long drive home we discovered the mounting brackets were installed backwards and the window is useless. Now we have to spend another $80 on a tank of gas to return it to Critelli with the response of "that's unfortunate." If your job was to sell one thing, and you can't tell if that one thing is absolutely wrong.... how good can you be?Service: Auto glass repair

Very good job on Windows installation and price. AJ bad his team were great.The only thing I would recommend is that you make sure you understand everything clearly and ask questions still you are completely satisfied before contacting.I think you can not go wrong hiring them to do the job.

My husband had a windshield replaced here a couple of months ago. Recently, there was a problem. We called, and they got us in right away. They stood by their work and fixed it free of charge. The staff is friendly and professional. There's a comfortable place to wait while they work on your vehicle's windshield. We highly recommend Critelli Glass.

They did a really great job on my window and the price to fix the chips is very affordable $35 for the first then $10 each for the rest I had 3 chips repaired for only $55. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they where ready to answer any questions I had about the process I will be going here for all my widow and glass needs.

Critelli s got me in first thing the next morning after I found my car window broken. They gave me a quote which was $50-$80 cheaper than all the other places I called in town. They had my car ready in a little over an hour and cleaned the glass out of my entire car. I definitely recommend them for your glass needs. I would not recommend using Critelli Glass in downtown Billings unless you can drop your vehicle off and get it whenever they are finished. My reasons for not recommending them are: I made an appointment to get a chip in my windshield fixed. I was told I could just walk in and it might take up to an hour, but I had a busy day and was leaving town after I got the chip fixed, I wanted to make sure I had a spot, and so I made the appointment. I showed up at 10:45 am for an 11 am appointment. When I checked in I said I have an appointment for a chip repair and that I would wait in their waiting area. I took my work laptop to keep busy. At 12:10 pm, I asked how much longer it would be until my vehicle was ready. I was informed by the front desk guy that the installers had taken a different vehicle (that had an afternoon appointment) instead of mine. Mine had not even been touched. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could give me a ride somewhere and my car could be worked on after lunch or he could call the installers off their lunch and have them do it right then. I said that if it was going to take another hour, I was just going to leave. I needed to be on the road anyway. I'm pretty sure the front desk guy was at fault for not relaying the information to the installers that my vehicle had the 11 am appointment, and I'm also relatively sure he completely forgot that I was in the waiting area. All the reviews for Critelli are great. I can only imagine if I didn't have plans, I would have been able to get my chip repaired at some point that day, and been happy with the outcome. But, that is definitely not what happened. I went somewhere else and my chip was fixed in 15 minutes.

Just had my second vehicle windshield done by Critelli and I would highly recommend them. Super friendly and they have the best prices in town....believe me I checked. No need to anymore. I will always go to Critelli in the future and I recommend that you do too.

When my car was returned to me I had been robbed. No explanation was given as to how this happened while my vehicle was in their care. Even after filing a police report and calling them the next day, I never heard from the owners and have received zero follow up. Incredibly disappointing that the owners of the business seem not to care. Even if it was left unlocked by an employee and someone else stole the items, the vehicle was in their care.

I only give them 2 stars because they did finally get me the right window. 1st window took about three weeks longer that the 10 to 14 days predicated when I went in. I had to tell them it was the wrong grid pattern and was not tinted properly as the original. Then when the second one arrived in about a week and a half, they wanted to or three days to put it in the frame. I took it home and had to do it myself so we were not without a window again as we were the 1st time. Not happy with their attitude at the shop either, seemed to be more joking around rather than working every time I went in. Do not recommend them, pick another in town.

Unfortunately I got a couple chips in my windshield on my new car. So I thought I'd better get them fixed before my trip the next day. I called up my usual local glass repair company that I've used before, never for chips. And they quoted me 50.00 for the first chip and 35.00 for each additional but they couldn't get me in right away. So I took a chance and called Critelli glass and to my amazement, they quoted me 30.00 for the first chip and 20.00 for each additional. And they got me handled right away. Thank you Critelli Glass, awesome job I will recommend you to everyone. And I will see you again

Our windshield shifted in our motorhome. We called to see if they could put it back. We drove in from Columbus, so they could look at it. AJ said he thought he could fix it, and we scheduled an appointment. We drove the motorhome back in on the day of the appointment. AJ had been out for a couple of days for something medical. No one had called to tell us he wasn t there. Then, we were told that they probably couldn t fix the windshield, and we would need it replaced for $2,500. We told them that AJ thought he could fix it, so we scheduled another appointment for him to look at it when he got back to work. Called the morning of the appointment to make sure AJ was there, and we were told they had decided they couldn t fix it and it would have to be replaced. Very unorganized, and we wasted a lot of gas making trips to Billings. Would not recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Friendly service. When a mistake was made, Critelli stood by their product and honored their price quote. There was no mess (it was completely cleaned up!) and was very quick. I am really glad we called Critelli! Thank you for a great job.

Critelli replaced old windows at our business and did a great job! Jill went over the options and benefits and AJ did a quality job of installing. When he noted that one window installed earlier had been ordered wrong, he took initiative to replace it with the correct one at no cost to us.Highly recommend this team of professionals!Service: Window installation

I was very disappointed in the service we received. Everything started well - AJ was very friendly when he came out to look at the work we needed to have done. We were selling our house and had a 2 1/2 week deadline to have the work completed. Although he assured me they could get it done in that time when I called to schedule the work Jill said it would be a month or more. Long story short it was very difficult to work with them. From not returning phone calls when they said they would to sending the invoice to the wrong address even though they were given our new address.

It's been over 6 weeks since the estimator came out to the house and I still haven't received an estimate. I called after 1 week and was told they were working on it and would give me a call. No return call and no estimate. I will never do business with them again!

Competitive rates. not a "drawn out-rack it up-per hour",BS.. It was only 2 hours for the replacement process, Staff seems to really care about the customers concerns, willing to make sure the end result is the best result.

Guys, I want to share with you an excellent service for installing windshields, Washington State was driving along the road in Montana, a stone flew into the glass and broke the windshield, I stopped at the guys and they installed a new glass for me in half an hour, it was super fast and high quality super service which I have ever received.! Worthy of five stars even more.!

This place did the window replacement for the Babcock theater. There was some initial confusion between the landlord and the glass company and apparently they did not have access to our units so a large mass was left in my apartment. To my surprise and happiness, the owner wrote a fantastic response below and even told my landlord to have me give them a call and they offered to pick up the apartment. I had already cleaned but it's always great to see a place with such fantastic customer service.

I called for a quote it was $330 I booked the appointment the same day and when the work was done and then they turned around and told me it was $396. I repeated the quote to him over the phone I also had it on speaker so I m not the only one that heard it. I understand if there were some other issues but they could ve called if there was going to be extra charges or something.Service: Auto glass repair

We needed a window replaced in a car door and couldn t wait 2 weeks. Critelli Glass not only happen to have that window when no one else did, but got it installed the very next day. Very friendly and excellent service.

I bought a windshield there and the car was very noisy. Went back and the installer assured me it wasn't from the windshield. After it cracked from the edge, I had them replace it because their location was two blocks from my home. Two weeks later it cracked again from the exact same spot. They said it was a rock chip, so nothing they could do. Just got it replaced elsewhere, and the car is quiet, there's a one year warranty, and I couldn't be happier. Never again.

These people were not even nice during the install of the windshield. And the work is shoddy at best. First rain storm couldnt tell if it was raining harder inside or out. Leaked from the beginning. I give them one star for having the correct Glass and one star for finding the time to put in. But i wouldnt go back there if there was any other choice at all. My advice is take your money else where.Service: Glass installation

Excellent followup work by AJ! After Critelli replaced the glass and seal in my aged sliding door, I had major problems with opening and closing, to the point that I wrenched a shoulder. AJ came late on a Friday and discovered several problems. His determination and ingenuity got it solved! Works better than ever. And he fell in love with my dog :)

I like Critellis crew they all have good attitudes and were polite. They helped out crash tape on my window to protect my inside of my car when they didn't need to lol thanks guys!

The staff member who answered the phone was patient and informative. She exhibited a concern for my plight, offered solutions, and provided me with a baseline quote for a window. Very professional, I would recommend Critelli for your glass needs!
