Best auto body shop! They kept me updated on every step of the repair process, and answered all my questions about the process. My truck looks like knew, there s no difference between now and before the accident! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good auto body shop!

Highly recommended! Friendly staff, great work and communication. They took care of everything, including contacting the local insurance agent to get the process moving. I hope I don't ever have to see them again, but they're great when you need your vehicle fixed.

I was able to get my truck in the same week! And then my truck was finished a week before the estimated completion date. AND, when I picked up mt truck both the inside and the outside were just like a new vehicle. Thank you, Crash Champions

After hitting a doe in my new 2022 Ram, Marcus did all he could do to help me get my truck repaired, there were shipping delays, damaged parts shipped not once but 4 times, he kept me updated every step of the process. My truck looks new again. Thank you for all your hard work Marcus and your team of experts. Super nice & friendly receptionist as well.

Unfortunately, although this is my third time bringing this vehicle for body repairs, and my 5th or 6th time using this repair shop (formerly American Autobody) in total, including other vehicles, I cannot recommend this repair shop and will not use them for future repairs.First the positive: I received several text messages letting me know the progress of the repair. I appreciated those messages. Additionally, the outside of the vehicle looks as good as new.The repair wasn't done right the first time.....or the second time. After driving the vehicle from the shop, I immediately heard a vibration in the headliner. Later, I found that the sun visor falls out of the headliner just by pulling it down. I brought the vehicle back and the manager and I took a drive and he heard the vibration and I showed him the problem with the visor. At no time did he apologize for not having the repairs complete the first time. He just said he would need it back for a day to find the vibration and repair the visor. I don't live close to the shop, so to drop off and pick up the vehicle is an inconvenience. When I picked the vehicle up for the second time, the visor was fixed, but the vibration soon came back. So, another inconvenient trip and another day without my vehicle. And, once again, no taking responsibility for their mistake. No apology.There were other smaller but still frustrating issues. When my vehicle was returned, the contents of the both my glove box and my center console were dumped into a cardboard box and left in the back seat. Had they mentioned that they would need to be emptied for an exterior repair, I would have done so prior to bringing the vehicle to them. The dash cam was left dangling from its wires instead of reattached to the windshield. I had a delivery permit that was attached to the windshield that they didn't remove from the old windshield, so I had to spend a few hours getting a replacement. (I had my windshield replaced a few weeks prior and the window company removed it and left it in the vehicle) Again, these are small things, but together add up to be frustrating.I own a small business, so I understand that we all make mistakes. I have made plenty. However, when I do, I own them, I apologize and I try and find a way to make it right ("Can we come and pick that vehicle up for you and drop it off when we're done?" or "Can I compensate you with a gas card for the inconvenience of having to drop it off and pick it up a second time or a third time?" or simply "How do I make this right?").Overall, although the repair in now complete, I would not bring another vehicle to Crash Champions and I would not recommend them to friends or family for repairs.

I was involved in an accident and ended up getting a couple of quotes prior to involving insurance, and Tony was very thorough and patient when explaining the needed repairs for my vehicle. They were also the most competitively priced of the quotes I got.We did end up going through insurance which Crash Champions made very easy. They keep you updated on the status of your repair via text and they were flexible on date/time of pickup to meet my scheduling needs.Front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to use these folks again when my vehicle needs attention!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I was thrilled about my repair on day one. However, there is still a small dent in the door and one of the techs left my interior light on so now I have to drop $250 on a new battery.Update: they took a look and replaced my battery for me!

Edit. These people talk down on you when you call them out on their BS. They will make you feel as if their poor quality in work is somehow your fault. The really like to lie to your face and then act like they are doing you a favor fixing their mistakes. Pictures speak for themselves. These are just a few examples of their fine craftsmanship.

They performed some body repair on my vehicle. They were professional, kind and considerate. They didn't treat me like a woman they could take advantage of. They communicated well and were timely in getting my vehicle back to me. Very respectful. The product they turn out was great as well. Crash champions did a phenomenal job of fixing my car! I worked with Marcus, he was very attentive to what I needed and wanted, 2 weeks later my car is back and shiny! They did do a simple detail inside and washed the exterior, which made this mom thrilled! The front desk ladies were so helpful and fun to talk to! I can't reccomend crash champions enough! Highly recommend! Each time I stopped in (estimate, dropping off and picking up) was exactly the same experience. Proficient and knowledgeable with everything truck related. Got my car door fixed here (minor damage) and just went through a car wash and the seal is broken and water broke through into the cabin. Terrible job done here. Will be disputing with insurance if this is not resolved ASAP

I was rear-ended in early December south-side Billings. I went to several shops for estimates.American Auto was incredibly thorough, took time to go over everything with me. I never felt rushed. I mostly worked with Kelsey (possibly the nicest gal you could ever deal with) and Tony who was really fantastic to work with!Everyone there was great and treated me like family. They kept me completely in the loop. Answered every question truthfully and in a timely fashion.They handled the insurance for me 100% and my truck looks just amazing!The work is guaranteed.You will not find a better business ANYWHERE!Hands down!Yours most sincerely,

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.I dropped my vehicle off at this location and got an estimate for damages resulting from my vehicle being rear ended. The estimate was given to the insurance company, and crash champions was given the green light to proceed with repairs. Was then told by crash champions that I would be given a call a week before parts came in, and to schedule the appointment to bring the car then. 2 months later, and still no word from crash champions, so I gave them a call, and I was told their parts guy would call me back after he got back from lunch. I unfortunately didn't hear back from him, so I called the next day, and again was told the parts guy would call me back. I explained to the receptionist that I was told the same thing the day before, and I hadn't received a call back, she then put me on hold, and a few minutes later came back on to tell me he had just walked in, a few seconds of silence followed, and I was hung up on. My advice to anyone looking for a good autobody repair shop is to either try a different location, or an entirely different company. Their communication skills are lacking at this location, and overall customer service has been poor.

My car was rear-ended at a stop light! The crew worked diligently, quickly and incredibly on my car! It was INCREDIBLE customer service! My car looks amazing! ANDDD they were able to finish it early! It was a wonderful experience. PLUS all of their work is guaranteed and warrantied! WONDERFUL COMPANY! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will never go anywhere else! We took our car in for a quote and they were able to do it within 20 minutes on the day I took the car to them. After the insurance was settled, they ordered the parts and set up an appointment for the repair after the parts had arrived. The work was done in the time promised and everything was very professional all the way through the process by giving us updates on the progress of the work. Our car was even detailed at the very end. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend American Auto Body.Service: Body & Trim

Incredibly professional and timely. What impressed me is the quality of work they did and how well it looked! I felt like I had a brand new vehicle. They even washed it better than I could have ever done... that says a lot as I take pride in my detailing. I also like the community involvement they have and how down to earth the family is. I dropped off my car a little messy(kids ) when I picked my car up it was vacuumed, and clean. They treated my car, and my things inside my car very respectfully as if it was their own.
