I have come here twice and I cannot boast enough on how amazing everyone in the shop is. Sadly my vehicle ended up being totaled. However the staff at Crash Champions were awesome. Sara was very helpful in explaining how the insurance company I was dealing with would handle my situation. And she was always so pleasant. George was super when we came to claim our belongings. He was very congenial and conversational. So if it could have been repaired they would have been the shop to do it. Their reviews and reputation are accurate!

Crash Champions did a really great job fixing my Honda Odyessey after it was rear ended. I was overwhelmed with trying to get my car fixed but they made it easy and quick. Jen was great to work with and I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and attention to detail! My bumper looks like nothing ever happened.

Years ago I had a POS old Saturn that I couldn't get the hood to open. I came here when they were Big Sky. Aaron cranked it open for me and I wasn't charged a penny, just told to remember them in the future.When I had to get estimates for hail damage on a newer vehicle, and I came to the same shop with a different name and Aaron was still there it really solidified this being the place to get it fixed. I really thought about taking the insurance check, but every time I got in to go to work and I saw my car and it bothered me so much, I knew I wanted it fixed.They did an excellent job with keeping me updated, and when insurance wouldn't respond to me they were able to reach someone who would respond to get me answers. My car looks amazing compared to before and I have no complaints. Soon after picking up my car I had my airbag light come on. I stopped by and they took it in immediately. Cable under the seat came loose, probably from me readjusting the seat after getting it back. But I really appreciate the seriousness and quickness they took to see it was fixed for safety.No issues several months out now. I would gladly use them again if I needed to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience of my life. My truck window got broken in there yard. Replaced. Got my truck back with glass all over the bed. The electrical in the back didnt get hooked back up. Tried to make a Friday appointment to get it fixed and they told me no one would be there to fix it. Told me how to fix it. Brake lines were leaking and no brakes after they took off the bed of my truck. Told me they were going to fix it but told me they think it leaked before. That is what I get for going with a national company with bad customer service.

I am beyond happy with the service I received! Everyone who I encountered along the way was helpful and prompt. I was kept in the loop with progress on repairs during the process, and they even helped with information about a rental car and made the call to have me picked up for the rental. When i dropped my car off, i was having trouble getting my child seat out, and Aaron graciously helped me. And I was pleasantly surprised that when I picked up my car, it was clean! Inside and out. They went above and beyond to make this process easier. Definitely recommend.

Crash Champions was great to work on for my hail repair. Dropping it off was quick and easy and they communicated very well with updates on my repair. The car looks great and they even detailed the inside. Truthfully, I hope I never have to use them again for hail for an accident but if I have either I ll only take it there.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. After reading other reviews, I felt confident that I had picked a good place for my GLE 350 to get the hail damage repaired from a hail storm this summer. My husband informed Tony, the estimator, that the hail caused part of my bottom front bumper where there is a chrome overlay, to have a small part peel off. Instead of being helpful, Tony put in the estimate write up to the insurance company that "the client feels" this was hail damage. Because of his wording and what he reporting as "spider cracking"-even though there was none, the insurance denied that part of my claim. So now I will not be getting all the hail damaged fixed. This is ALL because of TONY and the verbiage he used in the estimate. I called and talked to him about it Apparently, I lied about this particular hail damage, and that quite frankly really upset me. He has been rude and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I highly recommend going to another place, because if you get Tony- I'm positive he'll make sure that not everything is fixed. What a disappointing experience!!Service: Body & Trim
