It was a truly great experience from start to finish. We are so happy with the quality, service, and the speed at which they got the job done. It was faster than we expected and also really kept us informed throughout the process. Thanks so much to Hector and the Caliber team for putting us back in 4 wheels. Appreciate the kindness and we would recommend anyone to Caliber!

We took our van in to have the windshield replaced after it was sprayed with flying gravel when we were on a trip. Leanne & John & crew were so friendly & helpful & the car was beautifully detailed after the job was done. The work was scheduled for 1 p.m., Leanne had all the paperwork ready, the car went in at that time & out right on schedule. We will definately pass the word that this is a great place to go for auto body repairs! Very professional, kind & caring!

This was the best service I have ever received while getting work done on my vehicle! The customer service was 10/10. They were very attentive and kept me updated the entire process! Got my car back and it was shiny clean! They even cleaned the inside for me. Leeann & John were both awesome as well.I will be recommending this place to everyone when I get the chance!

The Billings Caliber team delivered an experience I didn t even know existed in the collision business. From the explanation of the repair process, attention to detail and seamless paperwork, not to mention the GM telling me to bring my car back if I noticed or heard anything different exceeded my expectations. This was a smaller job for Caliber but the customer service and appreciation blew me away! Thanks again!

Great place to get work done, easy and simple to use, the staff at Caliber Collision kept us in the loop on everything, loved the updates on the progress of our hail damage repair!!! Would highly recommend!!!!

Caliber provided excellent customer service, had my vehicle ready sooner than expected, and returned it much cleaner than when I took it in which was a nice surprise. They helped me coordinate with my insurance and car rental making it a one stop experience. I would recommend to others.

This place was very quick and responsive to my needs. My car needed a new bumper and these guys got me in and scheduled and I was back in the road in no time at all. Hassle free and very friendly and personable. I recommend these guys for anyone who may be new to getting your car looked at and fixed. Stress free.

We are from Wisconsin and were vacationing in Montana. While in Montana, we hit a deer. :( The team at Caliber Collision were absolutely wonderful. John, Leanne and Nick really went above and beyond. We were kept up to date on the progress of the repair, and more! Midwest nice in Montana, Montana awesome! I highly recommend Caliber.

Recommend Caliber and the team working there. They did a great job and my Honda looks brand new again. Nick and Leanne kept me informed for with the estimate, completion schedule, and insurance process through texts and the website. They worked well with insurance and relieved the pain of repair after an accident. When I called for any further details, they were quite happy to talk with me and give me updates and honest information. I would use them again if ever needing repair work, but hopefully no more accidents in my future. Took my Lexus to this shop. Leanne at the front desk was very warm and professional. It s a brand new building and the office inside was clean and welcoming. I even got to meet the manager John who is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. He also showed me the shop which is the most impressive I had ever seen with all brand new equipment and very tidy. My car looked awesome and If I ever need work on one of my vehicles in the future I will definitely be back.

Extremely helpful. Were able to get me in very fast. Dealt with my insurance for me, and my vehicle looked brand new after the repairs. Needed a new bumper after a wreck and they did an amazing job. Car came out looking better than new in my opinion and even got me in same day to fix the headlight issues i had. Would highly recommend.
