I cannot say any enough about Brown's West. Lots of repairs this year on many of our vehicles. At anytime if something was not right after the work was done, they made things right. Also, they take the time to look into potential issue and provide honest feedback. Lastly, if you are a Costco member, you get a discount on parts and labor. Can't beat that with rising costs.

These people really came through for me in a pinch. 400 miles from home a day before holiday weekend and couldn't go anywhere without a replacement part. They got me in immediately, fixed it fast, and the bill was better than reasonable. Definitely did not charge extra for the rush job or out of towner surcharge. They appeared to be plenty busy so there's no doubt they went above and beyond to help me.Awesome service!!!

I took in my 2017 Tacoma to get an alignment after getting new Toyo 33" MT tires from Discount Tire. They gave me a discount since I was referred to them (~$100). Initially I had some rubbing. I did some research about my lift and setup and went back after 2 weeks to have them make some minor changes. The alignment guy listened to me about the ability to increase caster with my setup, and was surprised how far forward he could move the tire and still be within spec. I went to Moab the next week and this was possible all thanks to Brown's West End. 2000 mile road trip and over 200 miles of rough trails and no rubbing!Service: Wheel alignment

First class customer service! I dropped by to see about making a reservation to have my truck wheels checked for alignment. I was pleasantly surprised when Chuck asked if I wanted to hang around and wait for a little and they could fit me in their schedule. But of course, I said yes and was taken care of right away by Kory, a technician in their team. Thank you!Service: Wheel alignment

I'm moving my mom 2,400 miles across the country and her 2003 Town and County started making a creaking noise from the front end. The shop is booked for the next week but Chuck had his tech (Richard?) take a quick drive with me in the parking lot and reassured me that it was nothing urgent, so we can finish out the last 1,000 miles of our trip and have it looked at later. The shop appears to be professionally run, looked clean, and everyone was kind and helpful.

Stayed in Billings on a long road trip and ran into some issues. Chuck and his crew were able to assist, did so with a smile and had me up and running quickly. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable friendly staff. I would recommend these guys to any passers through that may need some car assistance when not near home!

What an absolutely fantastic place to get your automobile fixed. The most friendly service with top notch customer service . Chuck can fix it and I guarantee it. I was broke down at 4:30 on a Thursday and by 2pm Friday the next day, Chuck and the staff had my back on the road. Highly recommend for any auto issues.

Top notch service. Took my truck in on a Monday morning and needed it diagnosed and fixed. Although these guys were busy, they fit my truck in and completed it that day. I was working with an insurance adjuster so things were a little complicated that way, but no matter, they got it done. They explained to me what they did when I picked up the truck and I could tell by their attention to detail in what they did that they take pride in their work and craftsmanship. Also, great customer service with good people skills. Truck runs great and this is my new go to for mechanical work on all our family's cars. Thank you.

Professional and polite. Might want to get a second opinion if you need a lot of work done! They up charge on parts and said I needed way more fixed on my truck then was really was necessary. Just moved over 1500 miles when my transmission went out. These guys got me all fixed up and back on the road for an affordable price. Can't thank Steve and the team enough. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

I called to get a quote on a fix. The guy wasn t very friendly and never called me back like he said he would after checking with the supplier. I had it fixed elsewhere. I have had better experiences with the Broadwater location.

My son took his car in for an alignment and they looked at it for a total of 5 minutes and said it can't be aligned without $�100 repair job. Then charged him $45 dollars for !Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I needed to replace a cracked radiator and Steve gave me a very good price which saved me over $100 compared to other estimates I had. Plus he was able to do it in only a couple of hours.
