After the past 3 years of working with these guys, they are deserving of nothing less than 5 stars. From day one, they've been super helpful, knowledgeable, and straight forward, which I appreciate above all else; No broken things and no wasted time or money. They go out of their way to help you get your money's worth at a minimum and truly love and enjoy what they do and support their customers doing what we love. After building my car myself for the past 5 years, no one has touched it but myself, but immediately had no questions or consideration if I would trust these guys to take care of it. We were up and at 'em within 24 hours bringing her down to FL from Virginia, without hesitation. I know no one else can get the job done to my highly unrealistic expectations, and they blew it out of the water and did more than take care of it. 10/10 will never let anyone else touch it. AMR is the way to go and leads from the front. Look forward to many more years and projects to come! A lasting relationship for sure. Fully toeing the limits and rode a 1000 mile road trip home with AC and music blasting.

I ve been working with the guys at Auto Mafia Racing for about 2 years now and I have nothing bad to say about them. The sales team is highly knowledgeable & so is the owner. They have played a huge role in where my car is at today, and I have personally walked around their shop and looked at everything. Very clean, and professional work they do to customer cars. They treat everybody like family & that is hard to find nowadays. If you re looking for a great company to work with, look no further than Auto Mafia Racing.

8 minutes agoNEWThe guys at Auto Mafia Racing are fantastic to deal with. Wes and Cody are happy to spend time giving advice and their performance products are second to none. I have found their service to be exemplary and have adjusted my tune within hours in no-start emergency after I made modifications. With my turbo kit on the way, it'll only get better! I'd give them 100 bloody stars if I could!

What an incredible experience! The guys at the shop are not only passionate about what they do, but they do it quite well.I came in today to have my car dyno tuned, and the experience was surreal. Wes and Cody took exceptional care of me, and the results they produced were equally matched. The standard email tune they previously provided was already spot on, and the time on the dyno helped situate the final necessary tweaks. In addition, they also hooked us up with plenty of swag to support them back in our hometown.Though the service at their location was professional, the most noteworthy point of their customer service is found in the numerous phone calls we exchanged prior. Cody gave me exceptional advice over the phone and helped me rationalize which path I wanted to pursue with my car. They also respond incredibly quick to emails, and respond even faster when you don t blow up their email over the weekend They always responded to my emails within (2) business days, and I find that to be exceptional service!All in all, I couldn t be more pleased. These guys are amazing, and I wouldn t trust my car with anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if possible.FYI, their Tommy Gun tune is no joke. Only opt for this tune if you want to be the most noticeable car in town O.o

As they do with everyone else I'm sure AMR will vet a long paragraph full of justification and excuses for their bad customer support and business practices. I saw a video of theirs on YouTube about coyote swapping a fox chassis and reached out with some questions. One of them was what headers would fit my project. They said they had a set and after me asking questions about fitment they said they'd work. I paid $799 for them and they arrived about a week later. They sat for a couple weeks because I had an issue with the motor and trans, but when I put them on they didn't fit. I contacted them and they said I had to contact the manufacturer. I did and was told I had to contact AMR because they sold them. A lot of details aside they originally refused to to accept the return, but after getting the manufacturer involved AMR offered to accept them back at my shipping expense and restocking fees. All and all I would lose hundreds of dollars to return them so I chose not to. When AMR replies with their excuses and justifications for selling me parts that won't work, I have all of the emails and conversations saved. Just bad business, not only that they sold me the wrong parts, but then treat me poorly when trying to get them to do the right thing. And I did offer to pay the return shipping. EDITING per their excuses below. They sent me a picture on FB messenger of the headers (after telling me they'd fit) and then when I asked how to buy them they gave me a link to go to to purchase them. I clicked on the link and bought them. YOU TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIT, WHY WOULD I LOOK ANY FURTHER? I would be more understanding about the 30 day policy other than despite the time, AMR sold me parts that dont fit and won't do anything to fix it. And your last email to me said "don't tell me how to run my business" when I was pleading for you to do the right thing. I consider that to be rude.Then blocked me on other social media.

Great shop with plenty of knowledge. Helped get my wife's procharged mustang running at optimal level and also installed an AirLift suspension kit. Great shop, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Hands down best company to go through for all your performance needs! Very competitive prices, and amazing customer service! I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now and I have ZERO regrets. I have saved and gained SO MUCH! If you're not going through AMR, that's where you messed up! Support a veteran owned business!

I ve been working with Wes for the past couple weeks getting this thing tuned and he has been nothing but amazing. He s been extremely fast responding to my datalogs and sending out new tunes. Also is extremely thorough when explaining things that I have questions about.

These guys at Auto Mafia Racing are great! The customer service is second to none. From e-mails to phone calls they are always responsive! Shipped my new parts for my coyote super fast and also received my new tunes with blazing speed! All my parts received were packaged very well! Can't wait to install my new stuff and new tunes. This is a well run company with great employees that cares about you and what you want! AMR is the real deal!

Purchased a 2018 EcoBoost mustang that I wanted to modify. I called Auto Mafia racing and spoke to Zack on the phone. He was very personable and had a lot of knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. I purchased over $2,000 worth of parts and they arrived at my house with no problems. The problem comes with their limiting tuning options. If you don't want to use Ryan at pd tuning they have no more options or solutions. At this point they pretty much shut you out and are finished with you. I guess they should rename their business Ryan Mafia racing, it would seem better suited.

Spent 7,000$ with these guys was told in the phone by the CEO they where in the middle of changing locations and will be back up in less than a month 5 months later still no car part, not only that they still took 1.8 k of mine for return policy because I was tired of waiting. Horrible communication skills would not send money to this company unless you plan to wait a year for you re part. Also before you guys call my account fake I gave money to my mechanic to order it Robert Compton look up the order and you will see a turbo kit for a mustang

I bought several car parts (catch cans, intercooler charge pipes, NX2 turbo kit, etc) from this business in the past and they always did the best they can to get those parts to me in a timely manner (pretty good on communication also). I even went to their place to get dyno results for my Ecoboost Mustang and had a great time chatting about cars with the good folks from the shop.

I got the single turbo kit for S197 V6 and quality is great, kit installation was smooth and once I came to the tuning I had to reach out for help and AMR Customer service is awesome, helpful and fast replies.

They have been nothing but absolutely helpful, had a few questions messaged them on fb.. they got back to me within 24 hours, had a few additional questions and they were super patient and informative about letting me know they didn t have a certain color I wanted and offered a alternative. I will definitely be doing business with Auto Mafia Racing again

Hello All! So this is my 3rd visit to AMR and my 2nd 5-Star review of them. Good business and customer service I m sure is important to many. These guys exemplify that. Not just when everything is good, everything is working out well and a customer is happy but also when there is customer dissatisfaction. I expressed some concerns regarding the service I received not too long ago and AMR immediately reached out to me to discuss the couple of issues I had. My guy, Wes provided clarification towards my issues and not only apologized for the situation but also provided every avenue available to me that he could offer to resolve it. I am very well pleased of how AMR handled everything!

Why advertise a part that is not available?? Then state that it is not available to ship until 3-6 weeks but not before or during your purchase, but after purchasing?? No where on listing does it say product cannot ship until it is available?? Leave you hanging w no response but claim through their app item is shipped?? Then when asking for a refund you get deducted a 5% re shelving fee?? What are you going to re shelf an item that you never had?? I understand car parts are kind of limited now, but this is a ugly way to business idk what they are thinking?? Should note which items are not available to ship for the time frame. Wasted my time and my money! Thanks!

I bought a new tune on Black Friday and got a sweet deal on the tommy gun one. Sent AMR the information for my car and literally within 30 mins had the tunes. Great customer service and quick replies. My car feels so much faster and the tommy gun pops literally sounds like gunshots. Would highly recommend AMR!

Just awesome awesome awesome!!! I call multiple big names companies to help with a 3.7 swap and they all said nothing matched. I remembered I followed auto mafia racing on YouTube and they're just amazing. I just wanted to match mounts up to 2001 mustang and was told all I needed was a k member. Information giving to me was free and I just paid for the part. Thanks again!!!

Phenomenal Company! There are barely any businesses that I know of that are JUST as interested in helping you as they were before you actually paid them. Most companies will just do whatever to help you so they can get a payment and after the transaction is made your on your own. But I haven t gotten that from AMR by any means.

Problem with deliver never received order but UPS is the blame other then that Auto Mafia Racing gets 3 stars Second part of review NO IT WASNT STOLEN THEY TOOK IT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS SO YES IT WAS UPS FAULT an they blamed it on your company but you replied defending them Damn Shame. But I got dressed an went to the address an recovered my package no help from AMR

Very unprofessional and customer service is terrible! I Bought a roof rack on sale from their website only to receive an email a day later saying my order has been canceled because they listed it at the wrong price. Called to try to see if there was anything we could work out since it was THEIR mistake and some guy named Weston said to stop wasting his time and there's nothing he can do. Needless to say I will never buy from them.
