The best experience I've ever had getting a new windshield! Requested and received a quote quickly. Called to make an appointment and had fantastic customer service on the phone. Got to the appointment and was impressed with the cleanliness of the building...inside and out. When I got in my car to go home I felt like I had left my car at a spa! The dash was clean, floorboards were clean, oil change sticker in its place, car insurance beacon placed in the same location, and a pristine view!! You better believe I'll be coming back for any glass needs I may have in the future! THANK YOU Auto Glass Specialist! Job very well done!

I had such a great first experience that you now have a dedicated return customer on your hands. I made a 9:00 a.m. phone call (Cathy, you were wonderful) to learn that you had my windshield in stock and could do a replacement right away. By the time I arrived, you had already contacted my insurance company. I was able to bring my computer and work from your beautiful, comfortable, clean lobby and enjoy the beverages you provided. By 12:45 p.m., not only did I have a perfectly installed new windshield, but a vacuumed car, a beautifully handwritten thank you note, clear instructions on what to do/not to do with the new install, a $20 coupon for future services, AND candy-filled Easter eggs hidden throughout the driver and front passenger areas (I mean, what a nice fun surprise). Thank you all!

I couldn't be happier with the service and care from Glass Specialists. They made the whole process of getting my truck windshield replaced so easy. The staff was friendly and inviting from the very beginning until we picked it up. We will definitely use them again.

We got a new car a few months ago, and took our first trip in it. We were hit by a hail of rocks by a passing truck, and were so upset to have 2 cracks in our windshield. Before we came back from our vacation our insurance papers were sent over to Glass Specialist. It was completely seemless from beginning to end. The staff was helpful, friendly and did a terrific job on our car.We will definitely recommend them highly!!!!

Excellent. Clean and professional. made everything quick and easy and had me in and back to work in less than an hour and a half. Very happy and satisfied. They even left a thank you card, vacuumed, and wiped everything down. I've used other shops in the past and they don't even hold a candle to Glass Specialist. Those shops took twice as long and acted like I was an inconvenience. I Will be back in the future and when the windshield glass doctor improperly installed in my wife's car needs replaced, we will take it to Glass Specialist too! I will be recommending to all my clients and friends glass specialist! Good job and thanks again!!

Great experience! Scheduled me for a new windshield on short notice. I dropped off my vehicle early for my own convenience and they had it finished BEFORE my scheduled start time! Great workmanship, friendly staff, nice facilities, and complimentary water left in my car along with a hand written thank you note. They also gave me a great reference for an auto paint and body shop!

I highly recommend Glass Specialists for windshield repair or replacement. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Their team of professionals went above and beyond from start to finish. They got my truck in for a new windshield same day and an hour earlier than scheduled. They even put my rearview mirror back on. It fell off nearly 2 years ago and they got it from under the seat and reinstalled it! Certainly a top not shop!

Great service, they were able to get me in same day to replace cracked windshield. Very pleasant to deal with. High on my list for any business is for them not feeling the need to make the customer feel stupid (oh yes, still very common in automotive businesses, but getting better). Auto Glass Specialist was perfect to deal with, highly recommend!

The "horse eye buttons" were exactly what I wanted. They're well made and gave my project perfect character! The shipping and delivery were quick.This was my 1st toddler's scarf. Next time I'll order bigger buttons. Thank you!

Fortunately for me, the business had the windshield I needed in stock and they had me scheduled for the day after I called. The removal and installation was quick and the pricing seemed reasonable when compared to others in the industry. The waiting area is maintained nicely and the wait was pleasant.I d recommend to anyone and hoping that I never have to replace a windshield again, I d go back in the event I had to.

I text in to get a quote on a replacement windshield. They quoted me by far the best price in town. They got me in at a time that worked perfect with my schedule. They got the windshield replaced in under an hour and sent me off in a vehicle that was in better shape than when it arrived. Their level of customer service is top notch and their quality of work is beautiful. It was a joy doing business with them. Glad to support a local business. Thanks!

Had a great experience with getting my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Specialists of Billings. My Jeep has lane detection so the windshield needed recalibration. They told me 1.5 to 3 hours but were done in under 2 hours! I highly recommend them if you need a windshield replaced! They work with your insurance too.

Cathy and crew were very flexible to my situation. I had to cancel my appointment for a later time twice. I had gotten hurt and was in the emergency room. When I got out they got my windshield removed and replaced for me in the same afternoon. They were great.

If you're looking to get a new windshield, this is the place. They replaced the windshield on my Jeep and it looks amazing! The price was great. the service was awesome! They are very fast and very professional. They even left me a bottle of water and a thank you card. What a nice touch :)

Fast and efficient. Did a claim this morning on my wranglers windshield these guys called me right away cause I chose them due to their darn radio ad. lol. Anyways pleasant experience. Proper expectations were set and it was seamless.

Called and next day appointment scheduled. Super check in service with friendly and upbeat staff! Installation was less than ninety minutes. Not only was windshield clean, but a complimentary bottle of water, Thank You card signed by entire crew, plus a few other goodies. Total 10 out of 10 service! The Glass Specialist is a rare experience in customer service excellence. From the first discovery call, to scheduling, to their beautiful, clean environment, to the team at the front desk, to the work performed, the speed, the professionalism, and even the return to your vehicle with a love note and water. All completely dialed and refreshing. The Glass Specialist should offer seminars on the customer experience. The thoughtfulness of a text with the address easily accessible the night before shows just how thorough their desire to think through the entire customer experience. Well done! Auto glass can be a painful pill to swallow. Auto Glass Specialist was the polar opposite experience from any other glass comps I ve dealt with. Their showroom/waiting area is comfortable and clean, their estimated time there was spot on. Great job!

Stopped into Glass Specialists to have a look at my windshield over lunch hour - they were able to provide a very reasonable quote in minutes that included all of the calibration necessary for my model's safety/cruise systems. The windshield was in-stock and they were able to schedule me in the next day. When I picked up my car, not only was everything calibrated and the paperwork ready to go; but the dash and front panels were cleaned. I will definitely return when the MT winter road driving inevitably strikes again....
