ABC Automotive exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs my car needed. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was running smoothly. The quality of their service coupled with their fair pricing makes ABC Automotive my go-to shop for all my automotive needs. Only person allowed to touch our vehicles! Recently had the fuel system redone in our tow vehicle. 100 miles later it was dumping fuel out. Turns out a fuel line chose that moment to fail. Emil got it in and had me back on the road again in just a few hours! Highly recommend!

It's such a great feeling to have a mechanic tell you what needs to be fixed regardless of the price. Most other shops try to get everything out of you. These guys are honest and to the point. They do what they say and are fast. I highly recommend this amazing place. Keep up the great work, guys, and thanks for your help. The heater works great!!!

I was passing through Billings when my vehicle broke down, and ABC Advanced Automotive was the only shop that would take my vehicle that day and within the hour. They treated me with the utmost respect and hospitality during my time there. After the diagnosis of the vehicle was given, they did not charge me for it. If I were a local, this would be my go-to shop for vehicle repairs. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle repair shop in Billings to contact ABC Advanced Automotive first.

I was super thankful this company was able to get my vehicle in quicker and cheaper than any of the other shops I checked with. They also offered financing which was beneficial for my situation at the time, not many places do!

Being from out of town and not knowing any reputable car repair shops in Billings I found this shop online.I can not thank you guys enough for getting my daughter's car in the same day and spending two hours running diagnostics on it. Even though you couldn't fix the issue (not due to anything you did but an obsolete replacement part) your service was nothing short of spectacular and I would highly recommend this outstanding shop to anyone for all your repair needs. This is the third time I've been back to ABC Automotive. These guys are great. They have done several Repairs on My vehicle and they've always been professional, courteous and abosolutely upfront about issues with my vehicle. And they have explained the issues and what had caused the problems with my vehicle these guys are definitely top notch. It's always nerve-wracking taking your car in, especially as a woman. The shop owner took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt my questions were stupid or that I was wasting his time. They got my car in quickly, and I trust they are not trying to upsell me or take advantage that I know nothing about cars. I tell everyone who needs any car work to go here.

These guys put new gears in my Jeep Gladiator. I am very happy with the service provided. They were able to get me in within a day and had the job quick. All staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

My van decided to stop working suddenly. They were able to get my van working the next day and I couldn t be happier! I am so impressed by how quickly my van was fixed and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! Easy to work with, honest and knowledgeable. Had a vibration issue with my car, made an appointment, showed up a little early and they got right to it. Emil took it for a long test drive and pulled it into the shop for a closer look when we got back. He was very open and knowledgeable about what the problems could be, and what they could not be (also helpful). They had the opportunity to sell me on all kinds of parts and labor that may or may not have fixed the problem, but instead advised otherwise. I would absolutely feel comfortable taking any repair work to them in the future.

They were great. Got my audi right in, fixed a fairly major problem by noon the next day at a fair price. Very nice people, Mark and his staff are great. I live on the far east side, out of town a bit so ABC is not conveniently located for me, and despite that, I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs!!

ABC Delivers!! They have done 100% of all the repairs on my Subaru over the past 7 years. I won't take my car anywhere else. Friendly staff, honest, trustworthy and fair. I hightly recommend this shop to my family, friends, co-workers and strangers. Best in the business. I was visiting from out of state and borrowing my brothers vehicle and noticed it needed an oil change. ABC was highly ranked in my Google search and for good reasons. Friendly staff, quick service and fair prices. They even diagnosed a vibration going on in the front end and printed off the documentation to take to the dealership to attempt to have it covered by the factory instead of trying to sale me their services to fix it.Thanks for the great experience!

On our roadtrip to the Northwest, our conversion van had brake issues. Took it to ABC for a checkup and they immediately checked it out and advised it needed a rear brake cylinder. They were busy, but got to it ASAP. Suggested a place to have lunch nearby and had the brakes fixed and an oil change in 2-1/2 hours. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff all around! Not to mention, they performed this service in 103 degree heat! I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Just recently upgraded vehicles and needed the hitch ball removed to flip and I was unable to do it with the wrench I had. Stopped in and they graciously took care of it. Much appreciated them taking time to do that. Friendly service.

I brought my Duramax into ABC because my breaks were squeaking and I needed an oil change. The team was professional, courteous and prompt. When under my vehicle the mechanic noticed that my shocks were shot as well (I dont think I have ever had them replaced in the 10 years I drove this truck). They put new rotors and break pads on where needed, replaced my shocks and changed my oil in no time at all. While I waited in their waiting room I enjoyed donuts and coffee! I would highly recommend the team at ABC Advanced Auto to anyone in the area or passing through!Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

This is the only shop we will bring our vehicles to. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate their commitment to keeping my vehicle safe for my family and I. We were just passing through Billings and had an issue with a vehicle that was very concerning to us. We called them when we were about an hour out at 5:00 pm on a Friday evening and they kept the store open to see us and handle our problem. Both Krystle and Mark took great care of us. I will make it a point to bring my vehicle here when I need work done. Very impressed.

I would highly recommend ABC Advanced Automotive!!! They came and picked up our truck, and then delivered it to the hospital where we were at for my father's heart procedure. They had it fixed very fast (within 24 hours). Mark and everyone there were very friendly. Plus they were $2000.00 cheaper than the dealership. Thank you everyone at ABC Mechanics!! We will be back.

Wonderful experience! I was driving through Billings on my way to Minnesota from Washington when the brakes of my Prius started making a funny noise. Called around to dealers, but no help was found. Called this garage and the receptionist told us to bring it right over. They took a look at it for us right away! Then mechanic and the receptionist and the little puppy dog were truly delightful. This auto shop saved our trip!!!

Got my oil pan gaskets done here and my alternator belt, the pulleys also, great service and great people , thank you for being so kind when it came to having my 5 year old son with me waiting, they even put cartoons on for him to watch! Very polite. Would highly recommend!
