The nice lady performed a free Charging System & Battey test & my battery had a bad cell & excessive ripple effect from the Alternator. She helped me choose a premium battery and I installed it. What a great experience. I have a 8am appointment with Tripple B to further analyze and perhaps installing a new alternator.

What can I say, if you are a car guy, you know NAPA has good parts. These guys are linked in with all of the local napa stores in Kalispell so if they don't have your part in stock, they can usually get it in a couple hours. Their staff are very knowledgeable and you won't talk over their head when you tell them what you need.

Nice full line auto parts store in a relatively small (unincorporated) town. Would like to see the $8.99 dial tire pressure gauge with bleeder. Courteous, helpful, professional.

I stopped by this NAPA for an oil filter for my Cummins truck. The guy went back grabbed the filter and asked if I needed anything else, I said no. He then told me the NAPA GOLD filter was going to be $90.00. I looked at him and LOL d then drove to OReilly in Kalispell and purchased a WIX Oil Filter $15.99. NEVER again will I return to my local NAPA parts GRIFT!!

They won't even do so much as scan codes off your ECU. They also tax their parts because they're the only store in town, and they feel like that's okay

I don't know who's in charge over here but they've got the right idea for sure.When the wrong part came out of the box Chris and Derek got it squared away ASAP. And they did It right.Way to go and thanks for getting me back on the road

This is a great place to get auto parts advice or what you need to fix your car. It's Montana so you can expect to be treated right. How do you know? They have taxidermy on the wall, that's how!

After getting a check engine light on my 2011 Dodge Ram 3500, I asked for a scan and received the most detailed assistance ever. I purchased what I needed to make the repairs myself. I really appreciate the outstanding service!

Napa has always been an excellent parts store you can guarantee a good product with them. Sometimes I have paint needs and they can match and mix paint for me the same day. Courteous knowledgeable staff.

I would like like to set something straight, I don't know how it happened but somehow a post I made on a different business (which I was not happy with) got sent to napa's site, I have never had a bad experience with napa, they're great for helping out with anything. If they don't have they are on the search to find it. Will go back anytime.

Asked if they could help me with a minor head light change. Said they couldn't help me because of the bumper which had nothing to do with the light and that it was "too hard". It would take them 1 minute. I'd do it if I knew how! I know it's not their job technically but I would've even payed extra for them to do it. Guess I'll just get pulled over. Or ask any other Napa place.

This is a great auto parts store with a very complete inventory and a friendly knowledgeable staff. They carry a full line of auto paint and supplies. I've been doing business there for over 20 years and they are my go to auto parts and paint store.

I actually had the best experience I ever had at an auto parts store. I was kindly greeted, and was actually helped to install tail lights on my old GMC for a $4.00 purchase
