These guys are consistently hard-working, friendly, and honest. The last time I was in, there was an online scheduling snafu. They didn't have to make it right but stayed late to do so. I will be a customer for life!

Third time I've dealt with Mischke service and each time I've experienced stellar service !Don and his family have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me, going as far as coming to my house to pick up tires for a summer/ winter swap and dropping me off because I only have one car. Recently, my car had to be towed to a garage in Bigfork in the middle of the night and without hesitation I thought of Mischke service. Don is exceptional in friendliness and customer service and I've always thought he charges a very fair rate. I'm glad I found a great auto shop in my area.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Shockingly Bad Service. Did not winterize or store my boat indoors - cost me nearly $900 and destroyed my boat cover.I prefer to support small, local businesses whenever possible. In dealing with Mischke, I was willing to overlook the messy shop, slow responses to calls, slight miscommunications, and small mistakes in order to support this small business owner. The experiences I had with Mischke Service made me regret my choice and I will definitely not be servicing anything there ever again.I contacted Mischke Service some years ago as I needed boat winterization and indoor storage. The first years, they did the winterization and I assume they stored my boat indoors. When I would pick it up in the spring, they charged me for summerization which I never requested but paid for anyways as I just assumed it was a miscommunication.One year I picked up my boat and it was covered in leaves- as it clearly had been stored outside. They did clean it up a bit after I noticed how dirty it was. When I got my boat home, I noticed it had a different battery, which I assumed was just a simple mistake. I took it back to them as I assumed if I had noticed, the owner of this battery might notice also. I immediately spotted my original battery and we swapped it. It was a simple oversight and was corrected quickly with no issues, or so I thought.When I dropped my boat off in the fall of 2022, I assumed they understood I wanted indoor storage and winterization. (After all, why would I pay someone to store my boat outside as I can leave it outside myself?) I mentioned Don could call me if he wasn t clear on what I wanted, even though I had emailed them and left voicemails with the details my specific request. Don did not contact me and was not on the premises when I dropped my boat off.When I picked my boat up in May 2023, it had NOT been winterized OR stored indoors, even though I had paid $883 assuming it would be. As a result, my boat cover was destroyed with the weight of the snow and the boat was a mess. I asked Don why, and he said that I had previously accused him of stealing my battery. It appears he gave me bad service intentionally out of spite for an insult he perceived during a previous interaction! To be clear: I never accused him of stealing my battery. I simply noticed my battery was swapped and just thought the original owner might want it back. I didn t suspect anything untoward, and I thought I was friendly when I brought the battery back.When you deal with Mischke, you can expect any or all of the following:- incomplete work on the jobs you asked for- extra work you did NOT request- your battery will likely be garbage as I m not sure if they charge them in the winter or store them correctly- outdoor boat storage even if you ve requested indoor storage- damage to your boatI do not recommend Mischke Service
