Love, love, love the new owners of the car wash!!! This is first time in over 5 years that I didn't come home dirty Parts. I didn't even have to clean my windows. They have longer cycles in the drive thru and it works GREAT! Thank you so much!

Spent $12 in the auto wash, I feel like I got ripped off. My truck wasn't even that dirty, it's as dirty now as it was when I pulled in. The biggest issue here is that there is no competition. Competition would solve this problem.

Total rip off, do not wash your car here! Go to Sem s! As a Bigfork local, I am very disappointed with the car wash. It s so poorly managed that it s actually a disservice to the community. All of the five times I ve tried washing/vacuuming my car there, something goes wrong. One vacuum doesn t work, the other one barely sucks at all. One bay has no water pressure. And the automatic car wash dryer doesn t work. The garbage is always full. One time the car wash ate my money and I left a voicemail to the owner, but no one ever called me back that s actually happened twice now. Whoever owns this business should just sell out because they obviously don t care about service or quality.

The car wash was horrible! The hose on one of the manual car washing stations was broken spraying water everywhere, I tried to plug the hole with my finger and the pressure literally broke skin. The foaming brush barely worked it sprayed foam all over me and the ground and missed my car completely. Lastly when I was using the high pressure RINSE it was letting soap out all over my car. This is the first review I have ever done of a place because I was genuinely very dissatisfied.

This is a great small town car wash that delivers! Whether you have a car, truck, RV, or boat that needs washing, this is the place!

This place is the worst. Always broke down and poorly maintained. The machine for the vacuum regularly steals my money. Seriously this place owes me like 20$ easy. Garbage is always overflowing and the car wash is hardly ever operational. Better off just driving into kalispell. Shameful.

Bigfork quick lube does a great job. I had a scheduled appointment and they were able to get me in a few minutes early. The service was prompt and efficient. They also have a variety of mechanical services and repair available...Their new car wash is also excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The car wash is poorly maintained. The garbage barrel is over-flowing; One bay has a lake of water because the drain is clogged; The other bay sprays only soap, no rinse. Coin slots in other bays taped over - out of order. Tried to call the ph # posted (saying money cheerfully refunded) but nobody answers and mailbox is full. When driving out the rear exit, tire dropped off ledge of driveway causing damage to car undercarriage. Told owner who expressed no concern or regret, just said it was the State s responsibility and he d tell them the next time he saw them. Didn t offer to call them or take any remedial action. Obviously doesn t care about customers.

Very quick oil change. Pretty sure they had us in and out within 15 minutes. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Checked on more things than just our oil which was an awesome surprise.

The new auto car wash is fabulous! However everytime I come here the garbage cans are overloaded and theres garbage blowing into the parking lot and into the neighboring properties. Please empty your garbage cans regularly, or get rid of them entirely. I am a Bigfork resident and want to keep our beautiful community clean.

Went on Thursday 8-20-20 @ 10:30 asked what the wait time was and I was told over an hour. I live close so I asked if I could come back and I was told rather rudely " I don't hold spots" so me and the customer behind me left.I tried again Friday went up there 3 times place was closed, so tried again Saturday. I showed up at 9:55 and stayed until 10:30 no one showed up and no signage or message on their recording. I did run by later and it was never open. I guess the owner or manager feels they have enough business they don't need anymore.That's fine if you and Bigfork would rather lose tax dollars to Kalispell.

I went here to use the car wash. It works well and does a pretty good job of getting the snow road grime off your truck.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEy. This place does not have a working phone number. The vacuums and cash wash do not work and will STEAL your money!!! No one will be there to assist you.

I got my oil changed at Bigfork quick lube a couple months ago it was the very end of the day and it wasn't even sure whether or not he could fit me in to the schedule but I pulled up and he had the oil changed in my Highlander and a very fast time probably the fastest time I've ever had my oil changed she was very friendly reasonable and didn't pressure me to buy extra services that I didn't need

Better off driveing to kalispell to get your car washed. Doesn't clean your car at all.

Spot free rinse pooled up and stripped off my clear coat. Now I have about 90 permanent spots on the hood of my car.

The self serve sprays water so I gave it a one star. A complete waste of time and $11.00.
