Great customer service. Right before closing time on a Friday we needed a valve stem repair and they fixed it right away. In and out in less than 10 minutes. highly recommend!

I got a flat tire 20 miles out of Big Timber. My spare was only rated for 50mph and I had 90 miles to get home. I called Sweet Grass Tire ahead of time and they reserved a tire in my size. They had me back on the road in 15min. THANK YOU!

When our tire flew off on I90 our car was towed here and everyone was so amazing and had our car fixed in a timely manner and very reasonable price. This would be my go to place for sure if I lived closer. Not only did they treat us well while they fixed the car I had left my debit card and they came out of there way last night to bring it to the sheriffs office for me to be able to pick up that night instead of having to wait! Absolutely amazing company ! Thank you for all you did to help us!

I was on day 2 of my 3 day travel back to Canada when I noticed I had a puncture in my tire. I called and these guys got me in right away. I would have been hooped without them! They were super kind, professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone with automotive needs. My family ran an automotive shop for 45 years in Canada and this reminded me of them. Can t say enough about this place. Great experience, kind/respectful people, and fair price on my synthetic oil change. I am from out-of-state and they didn t try to take advantage of me (as another competitor tried to do). I really appreciate their work and highly recommend.

Dropped in at 10am with a nail in a truck tire. Carl told me 30 min wait, but he was ready for me in only 20 min. Removed the tire, fixed the damage and remounted in about 30 min...and for only 20 bucks!Very busy business but they certainty had the time to take care of me. Good job guys and thanks!

We got a flat tire near Big Timber. After putting on the spare, Sweet grass was the first place we called and they were great. The gentlemen there got a great condition used tire and put it on for us. He charged us very little for being such a life saver.

Got brand new tires on at a different tire shop in Belgrade before setting out on a long road trip. Stopped in for a retorque at Sweet Grass and they helped me out right away for no charge even though I didn t get the tires from them. Thanks so much guys!

They do a good job but beware. They will not EVER have your car done when they say it will be. Even if you make an appointment time in advance, even if they reassure you several times, you can expect your car to be done hours late at best, often the next day. If you need the job done when you need it, don't go here.

About 3 days ago, I got a flat tire near Big Timber and found this shop on Google. People there are very nice and help me to check condition of my tire. After confirmed the tire is unrepairable and Honda Accord 2016 sports version tire is a uncommon type, they made so many phone calls to help me to find the only shop which has this kind of tire in Montana. At last, they switched spare tire for me and didn't charge me any money with spending 2 hours on my car. I was a little bit too nervous and forgot to ask their names. In this review, I just want to thank all of you in the shop and tell you I made it to Seattle after finding the tire in Butte. Thanks to you guys so much!Yujun

Stopped with a blown trailer tire. Was in office less than 5 minutes when Wyatt asked me what was it that I needed a nd was out the door less than 20 minutes later . Best service I have had in a LONG time . Thanks guys

One of the tires on our Motorhome had a slow leak which 3 other tire companies could not find but they did. Can't thank them enough for taking the time to find the problem.

I had an accident early on a Saturday morning that left me with a tire off the rim on 90. They had my tire repaired quickly and were kind enough to let my small kids, two dogs and I wait inside the shop while they made the repair.

They were closed but happened to still be there and they were sooo amazing and jacked my car up to pull the skid plate off that another place didn't put on correctly on my way to Billings from Helena... Thank you thank you thank you you were a life saver.. thank you---

We had a flat tire fishing on the boulder, came in Big tember on our spare tire, shop was closed but the owner opened it up and got us back on the road again,,, Thank you , I highly recommend them ,

Most annoying Tire store I've ever dealt with. Over a week to get a flat fixed. Plan on being there all day for new tires even with appointments.
