I recently had my winter tires put on at First Tracks Tire Services, and I'm incredibly impressed. Tanner and the team are not only fast and efficient but also genuinely caring.Their speed in getting the job done was remarkable, and they did it with a personal touch. They took the time to ensure I understood the process and even gave me valuable advice for safe winter driving.The care they showed in their service made me feel secure and well taken care of. I highly recommend First Tracks Tire for its exceptional and friendly tire-changing service. They've won me over as a loyal customer!

Life savers! We were on our multi state, commercial carpet cleaning route when a mystery object tore through our tire and left us in a tough situation. These guys took our call, close to closing time, and were able to track down the only tire in the area that would fit our heavy van. We were back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks, guys. You really went above and beyond. We'll stop and say hi next time we're going through.

Called First Tracks about a 'strange' noise under the hood and was able to get an appointment right away. Chris and Tanner had the problem diagnosed within minutes and topped up my very low oil level with their supplies. Upon further inspection with the car on their hoist, they detected a small leak but assured me I could travel 600+ miles home without any issues - just had to check the oil level (and top up if required) every couple of hours.I made it back home safely without incident. The guys at First Tracks Tire Services are amazing and are a team you can trust!

I showed up this morning without an appointment and with an electrical issue that froze my power seats in place. Chris was simply awesome. He immediately identified the issue and reset the car s electrical system. I was in and out in less than 15min. Chris and Tanner could not have been nicer or more helpful! Would absolutely recommend First Tracks!

Chris took care of a screw in my rental car's back tire that was causing a slow leak. He also helped secure the plastic engine cover, which had come loose. He was very friendly, professional and efficient, getting both done very quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and had coffee and snacks available. I highly recommend his shop for tire service in the Big Sky area.

Chris and Tanner were absolutely amazing. I am a pilot car driver and blew a tire while dropping my load in big sky. They went out of their way to help me and even went as far as calling another company to find the tire I needed to get me back on the road. I would have been so stuck without them. They were the kindest and most honest business I have ever dealt with.

Kinda put my self in a pickle needing a flat tire patched and engine diagnostic the day before driving back to Texas. Went to 2 other shops who couldn t get me in for at least a couple days but then found Tanner, got me in immediately and took care of me no problem! Great workers, even better people!

Man this place is great. Could tell the guys were pretty busy and they took the time to make sure I was all good right then and there. Had a flat tire unfortunately was a sidewall but they helped me with the spare and made sure I was up to the right psi and also torque as well. Was a quick fix and guy didn t even charge me. You d be a fool to not recognize that customer service. Weill be coming back to swap out the winter tires on the other rig.

Tanner, Chris and their team are incredible. Always go above and beyond to help a busy, working mom. Picked up and dropped off my car the last two times I've had work done on it. Filled up my tank with gas. Unloaded my summer tires in my driveway for me, without asking. Can't say enough wonderful things about these locals providing prompt, professional service in Big Sky. They will always have my business!

Tanner helped me with my flat tire with exceptional service if there s anyplace to go to get your tire fixed it should be this one. I would travel 100 miles with a flat tire to get it done here

I had a problem with a tire. Visiting Montana from NJ.. Found First Tracks on the web. I drove over and they took me right in. They were very professional and handled my problem quickly. I highly recommend this business. I don t remember their names but was very happy to meet them. Great job guys. Would go back there again if needed. Thank you.

I would like to give a shout out to Tanner at First Tracks , this young gentleman came to me in a great time of stress to change my tire out after bending a rim on my mini cooper . Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he was efficient and empathetic towards my situation. I would absolutely recommend this business, for their employees commitment to customers .

I was in a pinch, needing to take a trip within 48 hours and a screw in my tire. These guys got me in with no questions asked, and even fully pressurized the rest of my tires. 10/10 would recommend.Very friendly/professional/knowledgableI will absolutely go to these guys for any additional tire issues

Very impressed with this place. They got me in for an oil change the same day. They were already full but managed to sneak me in. The staff was friendly and nice. They have Picnic table outside, and a beautiful waiting room with beverages available. They showed me the price breakdown and even ran to auto part store so they could fix a broken light. The pricing was better than expected; they didn t overcharge. Very happy with my service! Thank you

My dad and I purchased an old 4runner in Livingston Mt we were headed to Idaho when the front end started making some nasty noises we stopped at first tracks with no notice and they took us under their wing with no questions asked took it for a drive and figured out the problem instantly then packed it in their busy schedule to be fixed. could not be more impressed talk about great customer service!

I had an exceptional experience with First Tracks! My front brakes locked and had to be replaced. Tanner and Chris found the parts, arranged to have them delivered by 7:30am the following day, and my truck was ready by 10:30 AM! Importantly, their fee was very reasonable and I was able to make a previously arranged meeting! I highly recommend First Tracks! You get exceptional service from very friendly and experienced mechanics!

Tanner and his team went out of their way to replace our flat. They referred us to an online vendor who provided a replacement tire within 2 days at a discount to retail prices in Bozeman. They then worked late to get it mounted. There's no longer any need to make the drive to Bozeman for car service.

I ve recently moved to Big Sky for the winter. One of my car tires developed a leak which became a concern. I happened to find First Tracks Tire by accident. I was incredibly impressed that the guys addressed, diagnosed and repaired my tire as a walk in customer. Just another example of how important locally owned small businesses are to a community!Thanks guys!!!!!

Got a flat Sunday evening so showed up at Fast Tracks first thing Monday morning. Tanner greeted me and told me he was pretty booked up but could get to the repair early that afternoon. He asked what my schedule was looking like, and I told him I had a 10+ hour drive home that day. He squeezed me in immediately and got me on my way. Tanner was very cordial and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Fast Tracks Tire Services. Top notch service for sure!

These guys are great! We picked up a screw in a tire. Tanner worked us in and took care of it right away! We've used them for several services already and the service is top notch! Plus they are extremely friendly and good to work with. If you need anything tire or minor service related, these guys are your Go To Folks in Big Sky!

I called early to see if anyone could help with my flat tire. i was nervous i d have to drive to bozeman for the fix, but First Tracks offered to take a look. Chris and Tanner were very welcoming and assured me they d be able to help. they patched my tire, and called me in a timely manner. i am so grateful for their help! i would definitely recommend this business if you need tire assistance in the Big Sky area.
