$85 a night for an RV spot. Additional $5 to take a shower. They lock the restrooms when the office is not open (9am-9pm). I guess it is ok if you have facilities in your RV.Great view.

4 stars only because of some housekeeping issues (half eaten piece of hard candy on the floor and dirt in corners upon check in) that we did NOT report to management. Now, on with how great this place is. The cabins facing the lake were perfect and comfortable! I'm going to abstain from posting pictures of them because they're already on the website. These were very well appointed including quality fluffy towels and great toiletries for those of you that may have forgot them. The bed is super comfortable and quit on the soft side. The staff were amazing, from the housekeeper to the check in staff. We stayed here on Friday night which happened to be prime rim night in the restaurant, it was fantastic! (Yeah, I'm going to be one of those guys... see attached pictures) All and all, this was a great stay at a great location! Would do it over and over again, even if there was pre sucked candy on the floor with every visit which is highly unlikely. Thanks for an amazing stay, and beautiful views!

I went there for their prime rib on Friday it was excellent. The summer squash served with it was also exquisite. The service was as good as the food. I highly recommend this to everyone. And did I mention the views of the lake are excellent. I give their their chef my compliments.

The staff here is excellent. Excellent! Friendly, professional, helpful. I needed a few business documents scanned and they happily assisted me quickly. It is quiet and peaceful here. Rooms are quaint, new, cabin-feel and comfortable! With the restaurant on site, laundry facility and right on Flathead Lake, we will definitely stay here again. A pleasant surprise just north of Polson, MT on Flathead Lake!

Unfortunately, this place is going downhill really fast. They couldn't keep the best and most dedicated manager around now they are operating under an odd business model. Hardly anyone seems to be going anymore. We recently stopped by and they were not serving food and required that you gamble to be eligible to buy a beer. Sad, we all loved this place.

Very nice place. The facilities still seem very new as of Aug 2021. We stayed 2 nights, the room we had was small, but very clean and the AC worked well. I was a little bummed that there was no ice maker on premises, no TV in the room and no table in the room. There was 1 chair and a bench at the foot of the bed. The lake out front is beautiful. Overall, good place to stay.

The location & property are great. Just not managed very well. We arrived & our room was dirty. Had dead bugs on the floor & even on the bed. To change the room you got to drive 15-20 mins to exchange the keys. Second room given to us had no bugs but, still was not cleaned. They told us they only had 1 person doing the housekeeping. Seemed that 1 person was bring over worked may be.They gave us a family room since they didn't have another studio & my card was charged for family room. When I called I was informed cause I was upgraded to a family room from a studio. When I informed it was cause my studio was dirty & nothing else was available then I was refunded the difference.

We had lunch at the restaurant. Very good. We always eat up there when we are visiting. It is worth the trip on the boat. It's a fun adventure. We went from Polson, it is a nice ride and would tell everyone to check them out. Will go again for sure. Friendly staff. Please check them out, prices are great.

I've ate here a couple times while visiting family. It's a new owner and has been updated very nicely. My father lives in Proctor about 15 minutes from here. Dayton Bar is a 2 minute drive. We go to Big Arm for a reason. Locals know but for travelers that don't, the food here there's no comparison. The bar is plentiful and the dinning is beautiful looking out over the Big Arm of Flat Head Lake. Our family go to.

First experience: We had reservations for 7/7. We went to check in at 3pm, as stated in the email we received, and were told we couldn t check in until 4pm. The gal at the front desk said she would call as soon as our room was ready. We hung out in Big Arm as long as we could. Unfortunately, we could not wait around because we had engagement photos scheduled in West Glacier at 5pm. We did not receive a call from front desk until 8:45pm, and they forfeited our reservation as the office closed at 9pm. We were so disappointed as we had tried checking in earlier and were unable to accommodate us or communicate key details.Second experience: The location was perfect for our wedding in Big Arm. On 7/7, we tried to book all of the cabins in person at the front office for our wedding the following summer. The lady told us we needed to call sales at the Kwataqnuk. After doing so, she told us we could not book until she met with her manager regarding the prices for the following season. Once we received the info, we decided to book all 16 cabins for our guests. They confirmed our booking. About 2 weeks later, they called to tell me they double booked our reservation and decided to give it to the other guests even though we had booked first! To say, Big Arm resort is ran unprofessionally is a complete understatement. Mignon Harris and Alyssa Moran are the most corrupt and inept employees. They are incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs and responsible for creating chaos on one of the most important weekends of our lives. They are not willing to communicate with one another nor offer any sort of resolution or solution for their mistakes.

Gas station at the resort was inattentive. They had a sign of high winds 7/18 on for 7/19 so they just didn t want to come out on the 19th when boats were out - side note there was no high wind advisory on the 19th.They also say hours are until 7pm but we re never open in their last 30 minutes (ie 6:30-7:00 pm).DO NOT GET YOUR GAS HERE! It s cheaper (they mark it up +50%) and better service to have a few 5 gal gas tanks with you.

My girlfriend and I had dinner here and the staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The resturant overlooks Flathead Lake so the view is beautiful. My girlfriend had steak and it was quite good. I had pizza and it tasted like a frozen pizza. Stick with steak and burgers.

Nice location for a stay, the park is very new and needs some adjusting to make it 5 star. The staff was kind and helpful! They need better signage to enter the park on the correct driveway for long rigs and to find the office. The hookups are not really in the correct position at the sites (liquid does not flow up hill)

The whole family went out to eat, the results of this endevor were unfortunate. The view was great and the menu was reasonable. The orders were placed and everything was fine, until the food arrived. It is questionable as to the freshness of the fish, it was a crispy crust that was nearly inpenitrable with a fork and knife; once it was cracked open, there was a goo similar to mashed potatoes surrounding a highly chewy fish fillet. The bison burger was .... most likely rancid .... it was not like any bison ever eaten safely by this bison meat lover. The kids seemed okay with their food, and the nachos were good, for bar nachos. The staff was friendly. We didn't formally complain, we just paid and left; with hopes that they would notice the untouched fish and bison.

I love this place Farrah and Sheryl are fabulous. They work really hard to make sure you have great, friendly service. As for the food i can only vouch for the chicken dinner. The broasted chicken is the best I've ever had...along with jojos and coleslaw. Yum yum! However i was there for my bday with 11 other women. Everyone said their food was fabulous. From ribeye steaks, to bison burgers to salads. And the prices are extremely reasonable. Give it a try. You'll be happy you did.

We like going to the Resteraunt : food is good especially the broasted chicken, the kitchen sink pizza, the chicken fried steak ( huge portion) and the senior steak good flavor and great price. You can reserve a table also during the summer we would suggest that if you have a larger group we usually order the nachos ( huge portion again) and wait for the broasted chicken cause it's worth it !! Good bar also! staff is very friendly! And the cooks are great! We recommend this place

Good location if you have any kind of boat. Not much food around.Place is scenic and cabins very reasonable.But....Day before check-in I got call from manager. He told me:- I try to call you and send messages for last 2 weeks;- Expedia Overbooked hotel and you reservation canceled;- Another party cancel reservation and we can restore your reservation;Ok..... But....I booked hotel just 4 days ago, so not sure why he call me for 2 weeks.I worked in Expedia Lodging team for 12 years... Expedia don't overbook, hotels yes - practice overbooking.I am on PagerDuty for a week - so I 24x7 on my Phone.

Very nice cabin next to the lake. There was no one to check us in when we arrived so they gave us room password so we checked ourselves in (call kwaqanknuq casino resort in polson for that). When arrived, we really appreciated an air condittionnaire that had been turned on for us. No fridge or microwave in the singles cabin. Very clean and neat design, beautiful view to the flathead lake.
