I was in need of a headlight on a Tuesday evening. 8:45 p.m. tried calling multiple times but was hung up on several times and nobody would answer the phone because they knew it was getting close to closing I'm sure. I pulled up two O'Reilly's front door at 9:00 on the dot and they already had the lights off and we're locking the door talk about customer service! I like how they go above and beyond. So now I get to drive home blinding everybody with my brights, or get pulled over. Sweet! Trust me if I could have been off before 9:00 I would have

Friendly with good service. Easy to call in and check for parts. Parking is always easy. They usually have what I need, and the staff is knowledgeable. Plus, it's always clean and well organized, so it's easy to find stuff when I don't ask for help, but they always ask me if I need help as I walk in.

Hard working, knowledgeable, honest, and caring workers. We hit a deer and needed a new radiator. All of the auto shops in town and around town were booked out for 2-3 weeks. We needed to get home (Seattle, WA.) and O'Reilly had the radiator we needed. They supported us in changing out our radiator in their parking lot; from borrowing their tools, to making sure we got all the additional equipment needed. They always had a smile and helped us every step, minus putting the radiator actually into our car. I would definitely recommend going here if you are needing any assistance with your car, I will if I'm ever in Belgrade again. I would give them a 100/10 if I was able to.

I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman who helped me with my headlight was awesome! Rather than trying to hurry and get me out the door, he took the time to show me where to find info in my owner's manual and how to install the bulb properly. He also tried his best to see if the old bulb was under warranty which I really appreciated even though we couldn't find my previous purchase. Amazing customer service!

I bought a car battery 2 years ago and the warranty on it was for 3 years. I took in my receipt and they checked my battery, it was bad so they replaced it with no charge. They are doing good and I will take my business there. I recommend to everyone.

I am really disappointed in this store. I have lived in this valley my entire life and this store used to be very helpful. The last 5 times I've walked in or called to ask about a part they get confused, even when I look the part up on their website and give them the part number. The lack of experience behind the counter is disappointing but thats not the worst quality of this store. I ordered two parts from them last week. One was to show up yesterday and the other today. I received a call yesterday from them to inform me that the first part had arrived. I told them that's great and I would be in the following day to pick up both parts at the same time. Today, I walked it to retrieve both parts only to be told that the parts have not come in. I explained that I received a call yesterday that the first part had arrived to which he scoffed and went back to look. He returned after a few minutes with the first part and then proceeded to tell me that the second part would not arrive until tomorrow. I then asked him why it wasn't delivered today and was met with an extremely condescending explanation of "Why the truck didn't show up" as if I would be privy to that information in the first place. After I retrieve my second part I will not be returning to this store.

best store i been to in a while, my girl and i hit a deer on our travels they were able to get us the parts we needed and even when we couldn't find a mechanic to fix our car, they were able to give help with tool so i could fix it. if i could i give a 100 out of 10 for great customer service and how knowable they were as well

We are headed back to CA and about 10 miles east of Bozeman our check engine light came on. After consulting with a mechanic we figured out that it may be an issue with the coils. All the mechanics in Bozeman are booked out multiple weeks so we stopped by O Reilly and picked up the parts and tool we ll need to fix it if it happens again. The staff (especially Baron) was super helpful. Thank you all so much!!

My visit was at 7:20 p.m., the day this review is written.Really disappointed right now, because I love this store and have spent a fair amount of money here on our vehicles over the years. Just went in, and for the first time since this whole COVID things started, not a single employee was wearing a mask and the majority of the customers were not either. I'll be shopping at the Bozeman locations from now on, as I have a compromised immune system. I would give one star over this, Not just for myself but because I've had friends and family in the hospital with the virus and to even died in other states... but the help with my vehicle up until this point has been stellar.Such an easy thing to do, and it's the law, and it actually works. And once again, it's the local law. Even if I were fine, there are many who I'm sure need auto parts but also want to do so safely.When I asked the kid behind the counter, politely, why they were not wearing masks (everyone yesterday was), he replied that he did not know and shrugged his shoulders looking at the guy in his 30s working at the register next to him with a sheepish look. That gentleman was helping another customer and as I have been a happy customer thus far I did not want to make a stink while in the store. Y'all have security cameras and you can see for yourself.Again, such a small thing and even if it keeps community only a tiny bit safer, it's such an easy way to show respect to your customers.Really bummed to drive twice as far to get to the next one, until this is enforced at this store, that's what I'll do and I'll even start going to AutoZone if I have to. I'm sure your management team can figure it out though.

We were driving from Washington to Colorado when our F150 starting having issues. We stopped by here and ran the codes and realized it was the spark plug. Baron went above and beyond to help and let my husband borrow some tools to replace it there in the parking lot. They saved us from an extremely stressful day and we appreciate their thoughtfulness beyond words!

Lots of staff there, there are like 6 employees at the desk when I went in. A very mom N pop feel to the store. The lady who helped me was very helpful especially when picking out bolts for a transmission oil pan. I also ordered a gasket for it as well but it was much more expensive than their competitor down the street so I eventually returned it.

Showed up on the 24th of July an hour before close, to find out that the store does not keep posted hours.Update for the 25th, associate was polite, and provided gloves for bulb replacement.

I was helped by a friendly, knowledgeable young man named David. He helped me find everything I needed and ran a test on my car to find out why the 'check engine' light came on. He explained what is wrong to me very well. He did a great job in assisting me! Kudos to David for his friendly customer service that went above and beyond the call of duty!

Been shopping at this store for many years. Spent tons and tons of money here. However lately I am getting really sick and tired of being given the wrong parts. Yes, it happens in this industry. And yes the staff apologizes and works with me. But I've been given items for a total different year of vehicle and total different part than I ordered. Twice I have ordered stuff over the phone and driven 60 miles from my house to pick it up and low and behold THE PARTS NEVER EVEN GOT ORDERED!

Good as usual. Sometimes other stores are better for obscure projects but they have all the normal stuff at decent prices and their open later than any other parts store in town.

Slow service, unknowledgeable staff and terrible selection of parts. They never seem to have anything in stock and their hours are short ( for a DIY/parts store ) which is frustrating. Overall I would go anywhere else but the next decent part store is 40 minutes away round trip.

The Belgrade store values customer service and it shows. Don t bother going to the Bozeman stores they are the complete opposite and will leave you out to dry.

my experience with O'Reilly's has been very unpleasant as there is nobody there that is a parts professional as advertised unknowledgeable have no idea what you're talk about order wrong parts always waiting on hold and nobody knows what they're talking about when it comes to working on a vehicle at least at the Belgrade location I would just recommend carquest Napa or AutoZone over O'Reilly's in Belgrade

Where to start, since aug 2016 I have spent a ton of money at the Belgrade store I have not received any of my rewards I was not allowed to return a new battery that was damaged handfuls of wrong parts or used parts (blown dodge ball joints I drive a Chevy 1500). Yesterday I went in to pick up several items I had called in ahead to provide time to get all parts and right parts and come to find out I'm missing a few things... went in today to find out they don't have parts in stock anymore so all in all I like a few of the guys behind the counter some are knowledgeable however my problem sits with the company itself after everything is said and done I'm out around 250-300$ on parts either never received or parts that are damaged. Best of luck and have a secondary part running vehicle if you choose oriely..

Went to buy a battery, got the best price and the professional installed it at no extra cost and of course it worked great. Friendly, attentive service with awesome people
