If there are 0 stars, I will go with it.I called to ask how much the towing cost told me is 1350$ for 16 miles, I said ok is too much, but I will pay nothing more than that. Because is too easy to get those money, but it's ok it was empty truck towed to their shop to give me a estimate about clutch being bad, guess waht in the end I paid 1750$ because of taxes and shop supplies and credit card and many others what didn't expect.And of course, I didn't fix the truck at their shop because, again, they gave an estimate without any taxes and fees and shopping supplies. What they said we can't wave thatAnd yes, to replace my clutch, they want 14 hours by 200 $per hour. I fixed it for just 8 hours, 150$ per hour, and 0$ fees. Total was 4,608$ in place of $ 12,000 plus fees, and many others

Had a issue with my tractor and my check engine light and wrench came on call our road service they came to me with their mobile truck said a sensor went bad. Said come by their shop in the morning. Got to the shop at 730 and repaired and everyone was super nice the techs were great along with the ladies up front

We stopped in last week for a diagnostic test because we had our check trans light come on. We are in a Blue Bird School bus with an Allison transmission and it was very difficult to find anyone that could do the diagnostic. I was very hesitant to go to MCM after reading reviews but we were in a pinch so we decided to see if they could help us out. We got a diagnosis reading and the tech told us 4 codes came up and briefly went over them with us. When we asked him to give us the full report, somehow the codes completely disappeared and we were unable to receive any information about the issue we were having with our transmission. So we came in with no information and we left with zero information but we were charged $517. Now, being a business owner myself I understand that your time is valuable. However, when I am unable to deliver what a client hired me for, I have no problem meeting them halfway and not charging my full rate. This is where I feel MCM is failing as a business and the reviews speak for themselves. They show no empathy for their clients and it seems that all they care about is making their money, not about actually solving their clients issues. These are not the type of companies I like doing business with because their values are not customer focused, they are purely about making their own money. I spoke with many members of their staff about all of this and they still refused to meet us halfway. Next time I see these types of reviews, I will steer clear because these are not the type of people I like to work with.

Good show, both Ashley's at service counter were very pleasant to deal with and Mechanic Scott, did a awesome job, explaining, helping and trying to fix my Volvo truck.If i ever need any help again in "the valley", i sure will go back.Fair people to deal with.Thanks. Oomtom

Great place! Very professional and extremely friendly. Worked on a normal day off to help out stranded drivers in temperatures below -35�. Greatly appreciate their help when I needed them. Thank you to all your staff especially Scott the tow driver!!!

Avoid this place at all costs! Had to take my Peterbuilt in because it was throwing codes for my DEF system, shop did not tell me they had no experience with DEF systems, the mechanic was professional just too bad he didn t have experience $2800 later we had to have our Semi towed because the problem hadn t been fixed. $175 Gate fee, $225 2hour minimum hourly rate. Also had to pay $100 for a parts run for the WRONG part, ended up using a part on their shelf, but still charged me for their parts run. They do tow as well but of course those rates were outrageous as well.

Came in with no notice with a substantial leak on my steer tire. Had it patched and ready in about an hour. The two ladies, their names escape me, working the service desk went above and beyond to help with all unexpected issues including Comdata's "efficient" customer service. All of my staff interactions were pleasant and quite friendly, especially the four legged ones. Even the coffee was fresh and what I needed. Thank you again, and if I have any issues , I can only hope it's not too far from these folks.

They got me in and out for a fuel filter replacement in less than an hour. A little on the pricy side for hourly rate, but that's everywhere these days. Overall I'd recommend them.

BEWARE!! Took my truck in with a leak on a hose, which we showed them. Said they would order it and would be 3 days. After 2 weeks my husband took the part to them. I asked them when they ordered the part how much was the part and they said 184.00, which I believe they ordered the wrong part. They said it would be max 2 hrs labor. Within these 2 weeks I was paying 200 a night for my drivers hotel. If I didn't call they would not give me an update. Then when I would call Ashley was absolutely rude and acted like no big deal. I started dealing with Stuart part manager, which he was the only professional and polite. Then when my husband dropped part. I called to get status at that point start speaking to Jay, which again very rude and trying to be intimidating. I get the bill guess what1417.83 they said 61/2 hrs diagnostic, well how? If we told them where it was at so there was no diagnostic. What happen to the max 2 hrs total lie. Then if you use credit card 80 charge for that. If you check all the other diesel mechanic shops they have the least rating so I wonder why. Total liars and thieves!! Now I know why they were the only shop that was booked for weeks like the other shops.

Just wanted to give you guys a quick thank you was out there about 2 weeks ago when it was very cold outside this was the only shop working on a Sunday helping people in need.had parts I needed for trailer was running again next morning no issues were out here often will stop again sometime

Thank you Cassey for getting me in and out in a very timely manner, less than 4hrs for a complete water pump replacement.Thank you to Stewart for the shuttling over to the hotel for the night and the friendly conversation.Thank you Sean for the quality repair and excellent service.5 stars on my end but would like to see the 5% charge for using a credit card removed on a substantial bill, most don't carry tons of cash. My thinking is any bill over $1,000 should be given credit card rights without a penalty.

Called ahead on a Friday afternoon and they were busy. But when we arrived they took us right in and solved our problem. This business knows how to treat distressed travelers. If you're ever in or near central Montana and have the misfortune of breaking down needing a tow/repair, MCM Trucking Repair and Towing did right by us. We have an RV that broke down and we needed both repair and towing. They picked it up one day and it was repaired the next. Excellent customer service from Cassey and Mitch and we were happy to have gotten a knowledgeable mechanic, Andrew, who did a great job and gave good advice. Parts dept needs to expand their area when searching for parts needed to complete the job but that's the only flaw as far as we experienced. It means everything to trust who you're dealing with when you're far from home and MCM truck repair didn't disappoint.Service: Special vehicle towing

They placed 3 mechanics on changing fuel filter and placing 2 tires. They don t warn you Each on of them charged 125$ an hour. That s how they make money.. every single truck repair shop has estimated time and charge on replacing tire. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place!!!!!!

They do good work I had a discrepancy with the bill and to there credit they put it down to where it was bid at. Also can't speak highly enough about the fabrication work Shawn does

Iv tried to right this review 3 time but Google sucks. We loved our experience with McM. We called In the morning and they got us right in even with a full shop. The staff were friendly and kept us up to date with the progress. Had a decent place for us to spend our time while they worked on the truck.

Do not recommend!Very high prices and quotes mean nothing for them!Here it is my short story!Quoted me 1850$ for towing for only 7miles because it was snowing outside with truck on the road on shoulder not like they described after I have proofs and pictures!After they charged me 2450$ for towing saying that truck was in a ditch which it is not true like I mentioned above I have proof!After charged me 600$ for diagnosing after saying that everything around transmission it is damaged clutch etc,which was not true after we found problem only a sensor!Was trying to reach out the boss to figure this out he did not answer also the ladies from the shop said he will not be available till 7pm but after some time he became available only for them and said to charge me this amount of money!Will never recommend to anyone this truck shop,they will smile to you and this will cost you a lot of money!

DRIVER S BEWARE!! These people will rob you with a pen. Many of other shops to choose from. Save some grief, they re downright dishonest.

They were quick to respond but can't say I recommend this place. Came out and fixed a wire on my truck and indeed that seemed to fix my low voltage issue (it didn't, had to stop in Billings due to the same issue). However for the total of 1.5 hours they spent responding to my issue (this includes travel time) they charged me almost $1400 to spend 10 minutes working on my truck. That is an unreasonable amount of money for the work performed! Definitely padded the charges!

We had an accident and this is the tow company that responded. Best service and customer service from the driver to the office to the driver who took us to get our rental car. We are very grateful for this team. And I have to mention the police officer was the best. Very patient and respectful to us through this accident. Out if town visitors who had the worst day ever and they made it better and made us feel like we were locals nit outsiders. Thank you so much Big Sky towing and the Belgrade PD that helped us.

Very unprofessional. Take this as your warning - find another company and don't allow them to get even close to your truck. Not only did they charge a RIDICULOUS amount for towing, but also held the truck, trailer, load, and PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM THE TRUCK HOSTAGE. It was only when my driver threatened to call the police that they admitted to taking belongings from the truck and gave it back.

MCM sent an emergency repair tech to work on my truck within an hour of my call. The tech was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. Got my truck running and did his best to help me continue my journey. You are in good hands with MCM.
