I had started to change the oil on my car and could not get the new filter on. I called them and they sent a mechanic to my house. He even brought a new filter with him and installed it. They would not even let me pay them for this. What absolute great customer service!!!!! They have all my future business, and I will recommend them to everyone I possibly can.

Everyone I ve dealt with here at the Lube alley has been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They re always willing to go above and beyond! Super quick and professional and have never had an issue in the 4 years I ve been going here! I would highly recommend!

I have been taking cars here for years for service and it was always good but this last time my car and my sons car were in for oil changes and they both came back leaking oil which was from spills that happened under the cars while the oil changes were done and not cleaned up. Not very happy this time

Took my truck here to get the oil changed. I provided a new premium Napa oil filter and oil. Picked up the truck and drove home about 7 miles. Smelled oil. Popped the hood when I got home....oil had sprayed all over around filter and motor...it was dripping. I just spent nearly 300 on parts/oil/labor. I called Lube alley right away and brought it back in....found out that behind the scenes, my original filter had a bad seal (so they say) and they went ahead and got another....from Napa (manager quotes) (without telling me) and that the second one must've leaked too. Hmmm....two bad seals...what's the chances. I called Napa to let them know about the two bad filters, Napa clerk says they did not get the filter there. The manager then tells me whoops, I guess it was carquest. And whoops, the second filter isn't leaking. So that means they test drove it, oil leaked then they replaced the first filter and cleaned up right? Wrong. They didn't touch the oil that sprayed all over. She said it was clean when I got it. It's all small stuff, but caught them lying multiple times and they failed at changing my oil basically. First off, I should have been notified that my filter was defective IMMEDIATELY. I wanted a specific filter because the motor is only a year old. Second, if the second filter didn't leak, THEN WHY WAS THERE OIL ALL OVER EVERYTHING? They test drove it, saw the leak and replaced the filter but failed at cleaning up the oil all over the place. They lied multiple times. And, for what? I know stuff happens, but, you have to be honest and handle things better. That motor cost me $22,000. It could have been destroyed. I will take my business elsewhere.

I normally don t go to places like this. I brought my company BMW here and they where so quick it was mind blowing. Josh and his staff have fantastic customer service and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I noticed that I was dropping oil the next day and I brought it back. It sounds like they need to tethered and punch the housing so the plug with work. HOWEVER, regardless of the mistake I WILL be back. That s what great customer service does, it keeps your customers coming back.

They let me know ahead of time it would be a little bit of a wait. No problem, walked to grab some lunch and came back. Quick service. Friendly guys.
