I was visiting our son who lives in Belgrade. We live in eastern Washington. During our visit my check engine light came on and advised the emissions system be serviced or limp mode in 175 miles on my 2014 Duramax. I called 4 shops before finding Dennis at Fairbanks. Everyone was busy and scheduled out for weeks. Dennis took the time and in questioning me found out I was from out of town and in a bind. He was able to squeeze me in ahead of others to get my repair done. Very grateful for this guy.

There is no one like Dennis. He has been there to go above and beyond with my LLY Duramax. He is the only person I will ever allow to work on my truck, When I purchased this truck almost two years ago, it was in a "going to the scrapyard" kind of state where I would not trust the truck to drive to and from work. Now this truck safely takes me anywhere all while having complete confidence in its ability to do it's duties because of his knowledge and absolute precision. Good Diesel Mechanic's are hard to find in todays world so knowing I have someone with this amount of knowledge working on my truck makes me feel extremely lucky to have him at my side. Would recommend Fairbanks Diesel to anyone who wants their Diesel truck to operate like it did the day it drove off the lot!

Dennis is very professional and takes the time to make sure it s done right. He doesn t skip corners and lets you know everything that s wrong with the vehicle. Amazing customer service!

This shop is what you are looking for, the way it should be: honest, skilled, reasonably priced, and always quality work. Dennis shot me straight from the get go, warned me of what I was potentially getting into, and took the time to get to know not only me and my wants but what the truck actually needed. He fixes things right the first time, and will text/call you as more information is available. He could have easily replaced expensive parts that were not required (but were quoted by another shop) but chose to help me out and only replace the gaskets that failed. He even worked overtime to get the truck back to me when I wanted. Highly recommended, I just hope he has the time for me in the future once others find this secret gem of a shop!

Dennis went above and beyond to help me understand the issues going on in my truck (2010duramax 3500) and even gave me advice on a couple little things I could work on myself. Honest guy who s work we trust, I would definitely take my Chevy back to him for any issue. Glad we found Fairbanks diesel and auto.

Fairbanks is hands down the best auto shop I have found in this valley! I'm glad that I have a duramax diesel which is something Dennis specializes in working on. Highly recommend.

We found that the professional repair and service was outstanding. All of our old parts were saved and we were shown the extent of the wear and damage with a great explanation of what caused the issues. Was a true pleasure working with Dennis and the truck is running beautifully.

Tons of experience and knowledge. I had minor repairs done and aftermarket lights put on. Dennis is a masterful mechanic and gave useful info and advice to keep my ride running smoothly. I would happily go back or recommend.

Great job, did oil change and checked ALL hear boxes, found rear differential was very low and had been leaking a while. Other service place had not noticed me of this.Highly recommend Fairbanks Diesel.
