Very thorough. I was rear ended and going through the subrogation process with my insurance.The shop did a great job of communicating throughout the whole process. Car was done on time and back to new! Great job. Hopefully no more accidents but this will be my go-to shop, thank you Collision center of Belgrade!

Collision center of Belgrade is the only body shop I will ever use. Their pricing is competitive, but nobody can beat their care, concern, and customer service. You will not be disappointed with this company! They will treat your vehicle like it is their own.

Someone took out my car and left some pretty nasty damage. These folks took care of me and my car and returned in the estimated time frame, were so awesome to work with, and did a fantastic job. Cannot recommend them enough.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They lied to my parents about having parts to fix a car. Then said it could take up to 9 months to get parts, if they could even get them. Why do an estimate and make an appointment to fix car if you don't have all the parts? Then ripped up the insurance co check when asked why they lied. Very unprofessional!

Collision Center of Belgrade was easy to work with and communicative. I remodeled my truck's rear window and cab with a snowmobile and the repairs they did make it impossible to tell I did that. They fixed my cab damage and rear window, painted it, and got it back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for any auto body work. I brought my vehicle in after being rear-ended by a motorcycle and the work done was spot on. I was originally told the body work would have to wait until April. A week later I was told a previous client had cancelled and my vehicle was completely repaired that same week. After an accident, my husband took our car to get an estimate for repairs. Pictures were taken and he was told they would get back to him.3 weeks later and we still have not heard anything. Phone calls have been answered by machines only. Messages have been left with phone numbers and email addresses. Absolutely no response. I understand being short staffed, it is everywhere, however 3 weeks with no response is extremely unprofessional.

We have used C.C. of Belgrade twice, and been very happy with their services both times. They are friendly, professional, QUICK, and affordable. So had a scheduled time for 9 am for a spoiler attachment. The spoiler was already on but only 4 out of 8 bolts attached. Wanted to get it professionally done. I watched my car sit for 2 hours untouched before someone came out to work on it (dont get me wrong I know things pop up or take longer. But when they say they worked it is when its sketchy). It was done 40 minutes later. When I went in to pay the mechanic tried charging me 2 hours of labor. The front desk lady, I apologize for forgetting her name, was pretty much in the dark had no idea what exactly was done to charge that much but was very understanding and charged me for the correct hour. All in all I left happy and regardless of the random hour the tech did an excellent job putting the spoiler on. Unfortunately for trying to add an extra hour of labor when there was no labor done for it made me give you guys a 2 star. 68 bucks to a couple that has 3 kids, another in a month, is a lot.
