Best rate towing and repair provides a great service and I highly recommend them! I tried several companies to get them to come out and unlock my truck when the keys were inside, with no success. Best rate said yes right from the start. They were out there in just a few minutes and the communication was excellent. The tech was well trained and knew how to work around my trucks antitheft system. If you need a service like they provide, I recommend you start with them first.Service: Car lockouts

I had to call remotely at 7:20 pm to have my daughter's car towed to an automotive shop. They answered the phone quickly and were very polite and competitively priced. We got the tow scheduled for the next day (my choosing of the day and time) and the tow truck driver called me when he was picking it up and had it dropped off.

I had a really great experience with their towing services. After having car problems, I was in need of a tow from Big Sky up to Belgrade. I was able to set up an apt for the next day and the driver was timely, communicative, and very friendly. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The lady on the phone was very nice and the tow truck driver was really cool too. I tried to help load my car but he politely insisted that I take my ride into town and let him handle it alone. I was so shocked at the price for what was done, that I added what I thought is should be as a tip! Inexpensive, fast, competent, and friendly people.

Real impressed with the office staff and Tech s, real nice and personable, I had a short notice on a derate engine issue, got me in, did a force regeneration and changed out a exhaust sensor , real honest upfront with the cost, time delay for parts, while I listened to the front office guy talk to customers. If I lived in this area this would be the place to get things fixed. Thanks for your service

My 18-year-old son thought it would be a good idea to drive into the mountains on a warm evening in March. He drove up Little Bear Road to NF-980 and got quite a ways before getting stuck in the soft, deep snow. I was unable to pull the car out with my SUV the next day, so I sucked it up and started calling towing services. Two other towing companies wouldn't even go up Little Bear Road. One of them referred me to Best Rate Towing. Liz was efficient and courteous over the phone and via text message. The driver, Luke, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing, and wasn't even rattled when we encountered another stranded vehicle partially blocking the path to ours. Best Rate's "mountain recovery vehicle" (an old Toyota pickup) isn't much to look at, but it and Luke got the job done, and I escaped with the minimum two-hour service fee. Hopefully, my son has learned his lesson, but if he hasn't, I know who to call if this happens again.

Beware of this business! I brought my truck to Best Rate Towing & Repair to have a rebuilt engine and transmission installed. I received very little communication throughout the project and it took them 18 months to complete my truck, which is absurd. When I first got my truck back, I noticed that there was a minor tick coming from the engine compartment. I assumed that it was a minor exhaust leak, but unfortunately it was the beginning of a major issue. After visiting my family in northern Montana, the truck started knocking very loudly. I brought it to Best Rate Towing & Repair and the service manager said they would take care of it. A few days later, I received a call from the service manager. He informed me that the cylinder bore has major scuffing and they refuse to work on it. I spent 20k with this business and did not receive a properly functioning vehicle like I was promised. Also, an employee initially told me that I would I would get a warranty. When I picked up the truck, the service manager informed me that there is no warranty. They are trying to completely place the blame of the unfortunate situation on me. The business being conducted at this establishment is that of what I would expect from criminal organizations. If you use this business, be aware that: they may take way longer than expected, they may not back up their work, and they're severely lacking on quality control.

After a massive error with another service company in town, Best Rate went above and beyond to accomodate us on short notice. Even though they usually don't do on-site oil changes they came out to help us during our event as we could not leave our event site. Weslie did a fantastic job and I am pleased with the quality of work. A huge thanks to Best Rate for being our superheroes today! As a professional events driver I give them my highest recommendation if you need service in the bozeman area. On behalf of SDC, THANK YOU!

I m a long haul truck driver. I was just passing through town. They really saved me. They pulled me out from being stuck in the snow. They gave me literally the best rate as their name says. The tow truck guy was quick, efficient, and kind. Hope I never get stuck again but if I ever do, I ll call Best Rate Towing again.

Awesome service. PJ, the manager, went over and beyond to make sure we had great customer service. Even though it was an unfortunate situation, PJ made it less stressful. Will definitely recommend it if you need a tow in the area

A word of thanks to Best Rate and their staff who helped us with our vehicle emergency. A freak failure of a steering part in our family's truck left the vehicle in a precarious location needing a pretty delicate extraction. The young woman dispatcher provided a quick quote, was able to dispatch a driver/tower within an hour and he used his skills of understanding leverage and finesse to get our vehicle safely to a repair facility. It's never fun breaking down and having to wait for a tow truck but due to wacky emissions issues I've had to get towed twice while driving through on my route. Both times Best Rate towing has been prompt and professional. They have high quality well maintained equipment and great employees. The receptionist answered promptly and got my information and got a truck dispatched and even though I was about 40 miles out they were there within an hour and a half. Thanks tow truck driver Luke for your assistance!!

I called from Washington State to try to help my girlfriends daughter get her car towed and was very glad I contacted Best Rate Towing & Repair. The person that answered my call was very helpful and they were able to get somehow to the location within a very reasonable time table. The drive that responded to the scene was able to help get the car home safe without a tow which was a tremendous help. Had a great experience using this company and highly recommend them.

From the office staff to the tow truck operator, the experience surpassed expectations. Everyone was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and professional. Our diesel RV had an A/C compressor lockup and broken serpentine belt in West Yellowstone. The closest Freightliner service was in Belgrade, 80 miles away.Toma and Jason arrived with a lowboy, loaded and delivered our coach to Floyd's Truck Center. The professionalism was evident throughout the operation and surely appreciated. Kudos guys...Service: Long distance hauling

Absolutely amazing service. A friend and I both slid off a forest service road into some deep powder in the drainage. We were ripped off by a different company that wasn't even able to get to the trucks to attempt to get them out, but still charged us an outrageous amount.PJ and Joel from Best Rate came out the next day with the right tools for the job and had both trucks back on the main road within two hours. They were extremely helpful, had lots of useful advice, and on top of everything charged us a third of what the company the day before charged.

Brilliant. Quick, compassionate. I didn't get the girls name on the phone but she worked quickly and didn't mind that I was a bit upset about what had happened. Then Andrew came and saved me- so quickly and efficiently- only to find out he'd only been there 3 weeks! Such a nice, personable guy. Got me into my parking spot in my lot in my apartment- no small task-too. Just world class all the way around.

This is a great service company. Tim in particular was extremely helpful. He towed our truck really early in the morning after a crash and then he went out of his way to let us retrieve our items from the truck the next day. We will always use Best Rate towing in the future. These guys took care of us and were compassionate. The answering service was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Thank you so so much!!!

Would give more stars if I could. Had an issue with my camper van and everywhere we called was booked up. Finally was referred to this place and I explained my situation (on the road with wife and 1 year old) and they squeezed me in even though they too were booked weeks out. Fast service (Jake stayed late to get the work done for us), great customer service from Taylor. Would be my go to shop if I lived here.
