Excellent service! I called to lock in a site that I booked online as I wanted to ensure I was next to a family member. The owner made it super easy. He even called me back to ensure my family member was in the site next to me and when we realized they weren t he moved them so we could be together. Super thoughtful and above and beyond!

So rude! I called looking for the hotel and instead of directing me to the hotel or providing the phone number, the person on the phone just hung up on me. This is in the middle of March, NOT prime RV reservation time. I guess I wasted a previous 20 seconds of that guys life.

We booked our sight several months in advance (this being part of our big summer vacation), unexpected situations arise and we had a medical emergency so I called to cancel our reservations several days before our arrival, but unfortunately the gentleman who I talked to was very adamant about their 2 WEEK cancellation policy and wasn t willing to bend from it (I m more than sure they would have been able to fill the site given the advance notice). So unfortunately we were forced to make the trip, upon arrival we weren t impressed and checking in we weren t impressed with the gentleman behind the counter either. He seemed stern about the rules and not putting mats on the grass (which there was none because it was dead), there were no picnic tables and the campground looks like it is lacking in TLC and could use some attention to detail. It s a place for people to stay and enjoy (which I think has been forgotten) and it is being treated like a place of revenue and nothing being put back into it for upkeep, beautification or amenities for those who stay there. I m willing to bet if it wasn t for the Hot Springs next door (Which are very nice), this place would be out of business.

Went camping there for Mothers day weekend. When I checked in the owner was giving every mom a rose or carnation and a handmade tallow candle (other options, just dont remember). I picked the wild orange and vanilla. It was very thoughtful of him! Very nice campgrounds and facilities! Dog friendly and an easy walk to the Hot springs! There is a nice little store to pick up somethings you forgot.

The Park s location and landscape is nice. But we really didn t like the Host s attitude, the camp host who looked like a mad lumberjack just had a bad attitude. My papps who is a legal Senior was humbly asking the host if we could vacate one of the spots, and because my papps has a very strong foreign accent and he didn t speak English too well, the host called my dad rude and turned the opposite of nice on him. We left the location going over to stay in the Anaconda s trailer park for a short time. So I definitely do not recommend this place for foreign tourists because the host is just not nice in general. Anything little will set the host off.

We just stopped for the night, but would like to come back. The owner is a bit gruff, but still very nice. Several reviewers complained about the rules, but I think they're reasonable. I don't like xamogrounds who post rules but don't enforce them. It's not fancy, but is very nice.

We have been here since march and the entire staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. We will be here until November for work. The park is comfy, clean and quiet and there are rules for a reason! I don't feel that any of the rules are unreasonable. I love that there is a laundry room on site, sure is nice when you are working to be able to do laundry right there! Bathrooms are clean and the showers are spacious. Our daughter and family recently came and stayed a couple nights with us and the kids loved the play area! The owner and all staff were very nice and addressed parking for our family members. I really enjoy the area and think they are doing a great job!!!

We did not enjoy our stay at this RV park. Perhaps our own fault for not reading the full reviews, this is more of a retirement park. This is camping in big open field. The rules and regulations dont show until after you book and pay which is very annoying and would prevent people from booking somewhere that is not their style. The owner isn't that friendly and has alot of rules that must be followed for a very high nightly price tag. The location is close to the hot springs (which were underwhelming) but further away from Anaconda (15 mins) or Butte (22 mins). They did nothing to celebrate the 4th of July, and even though everywhere around had fireworks loudly going off you are not allowed music or loud talking 1 minute after quiet time. There are also NO fires allowed and it is a very windy open area. Unfortunately nothing made this experience memorable and out of 4 campsites and 9 days in Montana this was our least favorite. We will not be back and even left a day early to savor our remaining days in Montana. This is the old folks home of campground. Don't drive more than 5 mph, but the owner will on his golf cart. The pro to this campground was the shower area it was very well set up but could use a deep clean

Editing my review as our first experience at this campground we experienced Beautiful views and great service... We pulled in after hours looking for a place for our travel trailer for the evening. The owner, Dan greeted us and got us sorted for the night with our two dogs. The campground is quiet and well maintained .. and Dans new puppy, Shaggy came out to play with our boys for a bit! We looked forward to returning the next time we were passing through! However; when we did return our experience was different on this stay. I did reserve in advance but the check in time was 6pm. We were super late due to travel delays and border crossing delays from Canada. Being late is totally on us, and we accept responsibility as the reservation policy does say you can be denied entry after check in hours. Thus; just FYI for those with long travel days, this may not be the right campground for you as the owner was not impressed with our late arrival and made this very clear. It is still a nice spot but we did not book this on our return home as we did not want to be on a time crunch while on vacation - delays happen during long travel day and there is no process for after hours check in.

We stayed at Fairmont RV Resort for about 6 months while my husband was working and loved it. We stayed in one of the bigger sites and loved our view of the mountains. The office has a store with many different items like steaks, fresh eggs, beer, ice cream and more.My kids loved going to the play groundThere is a walking trail to the hot springs resort where you can also play golf. The owner was so good to us during our stay. He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. He also gave us a kiddie pool for our kids to play with.Thank you Dan for a great stay!

Good location, good park. Spots are fairly level and relatively spacious, though some more than others. We spent four nights here and used the shower facilities since they were available, roomy, & clean. The shower heads were PERFECTLY situated for someone 4'8" tall, though we are 5'9" and 6'4" respectively. It is always difficult when you must lean down to rinse your armpits, not to mention your hair.

The check-in experience with the young lady was very pleasant. The panoramic views were beautiful. The hot springs makes it very clear they are not associated with the RV park so expect to pay a lot for a dip. The golf course was fun. The owner is a little abrupt so a little better customer interaction would be encouraged.

We stayed at the Fairmont RV Park as we were traveling through the area. We booked just one night but ended up staying for two because we enjoyed the area. The owner was friendly and helpful, the sites were spacious. Cool area to explore including the Anaconda highway, Georgetown Lake and Butte. The RV Park general store had some great food items, we tried some local salsas and tamales. It was nice to have access to the Hot Springs resort and soak on the pools on the evening. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the good times.

We stayed at this park for over a month and enjoyed the stay. The park is clean, has nice sites, has great laundry and grocery facilities, and is conveniently located, yet private. The rules are strictly enforced, but it benefits everyone. The owner isn't always tactful in his rule enforcement, which is probably the cause for complaints. As long as you can handle a little admonishment now and then, I'd highly recommend it.

Dan was great from the first time we met him at check in on the last night when he gave our group a bag of ice for free. Yes he accommodated our group of 11 people, 5 dogs and 2 campers and 3 atv's very well. I could not have asked for a better experience and my children loved the playground and restrooms when we needed it. We will be back at some point as it was a great experience for my family.

Just spent the weekend here. Arrived and had a couple issues with our camper. Dan was great in helping us get everything fixed. For those complaining about a 5mph rule, I think it's a great rule with 3 young boys and appreciate it plus not getting dusted out. Been to the resort for 40 plus years now, but not the campground. We'll definitely be coming back to camp! Thanks Dan and crew.

What a Great Place & Staff. I had the pleasure of staying here for the month of Sept. and found the Owner, staff and other campers to be Top Notch. The grounds are neat and tidy as well as bathrooms and laundry room. The camp ground is kept safe by attentive staff. It is also centrally located for all the major attraction this Tri state area has to offer. The fact that you can take advantage of Fairmont Springs offering ( for small fee) makes it an unbeatable deal. I think a politician once said " I'll be back"

Overall I d say the camp ground is okay. It s very rugged, but has full hook ups and certainly filled our needs as we were heading back to Idaho from Glacier NP. We wanted to stop and explore Butte on the way home. The view from the back row is amazing. There are very few trees or grass and it gets pretty hot during the day. The entire park is gravel and the spots are relatively level. There is a laundry facility, bathrooms and showers, which were all nice. The hot springs resort is close by and the pools were very nice, but that is a separate charge and they re not connected to the park. But you will get a discount ticket upon check-in.However, we got off to a rocky start with our group of four campers when we checked in. We had booked four beautiful spots in the back row in January and even paid the $10 lock fee. We had hoped to spend the last two nights as a group enjoying the beauty. This was the last stop of our crews 12 day camping trip. As we checked in, we were told by the young lady at the counter that we had been separated. Since I had made the reservations, I stepped up to question the girl as to why we were moved. At this time, Dan (owner) stepped up and got a little snotty with us and said that he moved us and we don t need to harass his employee. He explained that we were all moved due to a pipeline crew staying longer bc their job wasn t complete. His attitude didn t get any better and he gave us back our $10 lock fees. I understand his reasoning for moving us, but we should have been advised prior to arriving so we could have decided to go somewhere else if we chose to do so. But what good is a lock fee if it doesn t really work. Dan did come by later and made peace with us which was appreciated. His attitude seemed to change for the better.Overall we had a good time but only wished we could have been together as booked. Having group dinners was a little more of a challenge, but we made it work.

Amazing RV Park. One of the cleanest and well maintain parks iv been in around the country. Can't get any better of a owner then Dan. Plenty to do there for all. Kids loved the play ground, teens loved the open space to get away from parents and to do there phone things they do. Well in walking distance of Hot Springs. Really nice 4wheeling trails close by to. Already planning another trip before school starts up.

Decent campground but horrible customer service and respect. The owner is rude and disrespectful. We haven spent thousands of dollars there over the years at this campground and called to try and change our reservation to one night earlier, rather than helping find an option he cancelled our who reservation. I will never book there again and I hope no one else does either. This dude deserves to go out of buisness.

Stayed for 1 night on May first. Very accommodating staff. Original site was in the old campground and very tight and the neighbors four dogs surrounded the truck. The staff moved us much further away to the new campground ( which was a MUCH better site) & the confronted the dogs owner about leashing animals. Excellent FHU site was a bit pricey but we were given entry to the hot springs and that was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You are welcomed with smiles and they show you around the park to be sure you're informed of everything. They have a general store thats cute and homey and the park itself is very spacious. Clean restroom and shower areas. Just be sure to NEVER drive over 5mph as its the the number one rule that is the quickest way to get booted out of there. It's for the children's safety and they take it very seriously as all guests who stay there should. Quiet time is at 10 pm so as long as the rules are followed your stay will be fantastic. We will definitely visit here again.

Great place to camp. They have an agreement with the resort next door so you get discounts to use their facilities which includes a 2+ story water slide into the pool. Great hookups were a bit odd, the water was at the front of the camp site, so I had to buy a water hose from them, could just be a good sales model?? But the showers were clean, the place was well kept and it was an enjoyable night.
