I have been using Town & County Garage for my 2 vehicles for the last few years and highly recommend them to anyone! Extremely honest, trustworthy shop. Jennifer in the office is always kind, helpful, and willing to accommodate! Brad in the shop is honest, efficient and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need! All diagnoses, quotes and repairs are done quickly and always at a reasonable price. 10/10!

Terrible business, I wouldn t take anything to them. They are way over priced, and when you call them out on it, owner wants to be rude and disrespectful in front of my children. If I could give them a negative review I would. Save time check out the other local garage in wright city.

A few weeks ago I made an appointment to have my oil changed at this location. I asked the mechanic who worked on my vehicle to also check out my heating system (which had been going in and out for a few weeks prior). The mechanic who worked on my vehicle changed my oil and swapped my wipers (which I okayed) told me that the problem with my heat was a leak in my water pump. I asked him not to fix my heat so that I could get a second opinion, and he charged me $135 for the oil change, wipers, and whatever time he used to fix it all and check it out. He quoted me $600 to replace my water pump.Thankfully, the mechanic who gave me the second opinion was able to find the REAL problem with my heat; the blower. It s been fixed and runs excellently now.I m pretty bummed that I feel that I was not only overcharged for my oil change and wiper replacement (which, according to the documentation they provided me after, only took 30 minutes), but also, had I taken the first mechanic for his word, I d be out $600 with the same problem I started with. How re you going to charge me for looking into my heating issue and then be incorrect about it?I will never go back, and I will warn everyone I know against going here.Edit: I have changed my review from a 2 star to a 1 star review upon reading the owner s poor response. I did not have a leak, which was proven when the shop I got a second opinion from correctly diagnosed and fixed my real issue, which was a broken blower. I am very aware of how reviews affect business, and would not have posted it if I had not thought it prudent for others who may choose to go to this shop. DO NOT DO IT!!! They ll overcharge you, incorrectly diagnose your issue, and then gaslight you when you call them out.

They were able to look at and take care of my car after a mishap with some ice and a dying battery. Their services were priced reasonably and I was satisfied with the work performed. Before this incident, I had not used their services, but they will definitely be on my shortlist of recommended shops.

Been to this garage 2 times in the last year to have work done on 2 different vehicles. 1st time I was quoted $100 to $110 dollars to replace a piece of my muffler. I agreed for them to do the work. when I showed up to pick up the truck they wanted to charge me $180. we had a little disagreement I ended up paying $150. 2nd time my girlfriend needed front breaks and rotors done. never did he give her a price when she dropped it off. that was her fault. he did the job and called and said the total was $425. My girlfriend was in shock, they quickly came back to a lower price of $375. possible taking advantage of women not knowing anything about auto mechanic work or pricing, Still feel its pretty high in cost. We feel this garage is not very honest when doing auto mechanic work and not very friendly when we questioned the price. we were told to never come back. in my opinion there is plenty of other garage's that will treat you better and more fair in price. As a consumer make sure you dot your I's and cross your T's when dealing with Town & Country Garage.Service: Brakes

Town & County has been our go-to garage for over 25 years, first with Ted and now with Brad. I fully trust them with our vehicles, and know the work is going to be done right, promptly and at a very competitive price. On my 9 hour drive to Kansas I got a flat and got towed over to Town and Country. They tried to patch my leak, but it wasn t working so they called over to Warrenton Tire to make sure they had a tire in stock. They didn t charge me and were super friendly and quick. If I lived around Wright City, I would definitely take my car to them for repairs.

I called to find out about an inspection and when the man answered the phone without any getting other than gruffly voice saying the name of the business "Town& County" and no other words, I knew right away I wasn't doing business there. Even if you don't care at least pretend you do. Next time try this "Hello town and county this is_______ how can I help you today". Sounding like an asshat doesn't work for me and because of that I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone.

As we pass thru Wright City heading out west to the Badlands ,Yellowstone etc, I am reminded of last year's trip to Colorado when we had brake issues on a Friday evening very close to closing time when these fine men spent their evening helping us to get back to our vacation. They are awesome!!

Very fast and accommodates to your needsTech's name : bryan inspection just expired by one day while we were trying to get the truck legal. So we didnt get another late fee he did us a favor by stopping his other work to help us out and gave me info to get cheap parts for diy repair to save money. Small shop honest prices

Replaced the coupler/bushing in the power steering motor of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata after previously replacing it in my Dad's 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Now my brother owns our Dad's Sonata. Thanks for the great job done and completing it same day. Greatly Appreciate your service!

Honest, dependable quality service. Did not try to sell me items or services that I didn't need. Everything was done and picked up in less than a weeks time. If you're anywhere near Wright City, this is the place to have your vehicle fixed. Brad and Jennifer are good, honest people, and the guys there really do great and fast work.
