These guys are EXCELLENT. I was traveling through on a longhaul and had some unexpected car trouble. Not only that, but i was towing another vehicle and had all three of my pets with me, which complicated the situation. Luckily, i was in range to this shop and saw that their reviews were great, so i gave them a call. Not only did they get my truck in immediately, but they were helpful and polite, not to mention very fairly priced and honest. They turned a hectic day into a happy one. THANK YOU RATHOLLAND!

I broke down as I was coming into St Louis. These guys helped me out! They fixed my truck and got me back on the road! Great folks! They have a nice shop and good mechanics.

Dave, the owner, was great. Got us in and out immediately for a safety, and we were out in under 30 min! Very professional, thorough, and friendly. Great home town automotive business that I highly recommend! Definitely will use them from here on out and easy location right off service road in Warrenton.

I called in on Saturday told me drop car off on Monday I was even late he still fixed my son car and inspected for a very decent price work well done the very next day and he greeted me with a smile and ended with smile keys and handshake Mr Dave u have a client for life with me god bless u with more business to come in future

Dave and the fellas were able to get me in fast to help take care of the fuel pump. My truck was having problems starting and while driving on the highway started to die.Price speed customer service.Very happy my entire company use this place.

I use this shop religiously for my turbo diesel dually (HEAVY usage). Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with. Honest information and honest prices which is very hard to come by these days. I travel all the way from GA just to come here for their service. Solid guys!

Moved to the state and needed our vehicles inspected. Checked all over town and couldn't get it anywhere other than a week or 2 out. Called Ratholland Towing and Dave was able to get me taken care of within just a few days as well as fixed an issue they found.Thanks Dave!Wade Holcombe

This place is great, the shop is clean and there is always good conversation in the office. I got a DWI and was told to put a breathalyzer on my vehicle.Dave made this experience very easy and always answered the phone when I called.Ratholland is a great down to earth shop that I ve recommended to multiple people.

Called up with a last-minute inspection, Dave worked with me and was able to get my vehicle in quickly. Found a few issues and fixed them up. Great shop, with friendly service. Highly recommend

I would recommend Ratholland 10/10 and give 6 stars if I could! I ended up stranded on the side of the interstate alone except I had my two young kids, it was after sunset and the weather was questionable. We were coming all the way from Illinois and had never been in Missouri nor did I ever drive long distances on my own. They were about to close down shop and was nice enough to go out of their way to make sure I got off of the side of the road. Not to mention I was pregnant so emotions started running high when I called three companies and no one would help I was beginning to lose hope. Walking down the side of the road and interstate for miles to the nearest hotel in the dark WITH KIDS would ve been so dangerous! I had no idea where I was and my phone battery was starting to die. They were angels when I was in a scary situation and they went above and beyond to help me when no one else would. They got me and the kids to a nice hotel safely and got me back on the road by noon the next day! They were very friendly and did excellent work. God bless them.Service: Car towing

Broke down on I-70 with smoke coming out the tailpipe. Noticed on the "owner comments" that they specialized in diesel repair and VW. I called them for just a tow to a VW dealer 25 miles away. But I'm happy I asked Dave if they worked on VW Passat TDI diesels. He said "we do." I figured what the heck, give em a shot.Dave texted me when he had my vehicle towed. And called by 8a THE VERY NEXT DAY to advise they had troubleshot my Passat already and it needed a turbocharger. He kept me advised through the repair including when he advised we replace the intercooler as well. These guys completed a fairly involved replacement in several short days! I was pleasantly surprised. It drives great and we received a cash discount as well!! I highly recommend these guys and will probably drive a couple hours from Lake Ozark if I need future repairs. Thanks guys!

I bought a new-used car and needed tires. They priced tires for me and I compared prices to my normal goto station. They beat the price by a mile!!Also, as a woman I have been treated like I am stupid at other repair shops, not here!!! The guys answered my questions and I was treated with respect!! I drove an hour and 10 minutes to get here and I will definately be back!!!! I highly recommend!!

I wanted thank the owner for saving me and my wife from the interstate 70 east... I was on the phone with my insurance company with their roadside assistance and they did absolutely nothing for me. They had said that they couldn't find anyone to tow my vehicle. But when we calked Dave he got outta bed and was there with on 30 min .He also went out of his way the following day, and fixed my vehicle before noon. Thank you for your personal touch and coming out to save me pn the side of yhe road when i had thought that all was lost and id be leaving my vehicle there till morning and walking to find a hotel. Your the absolute best person as well as an amazing business. Big enough to listen yet small enough to care.PERFECT!!!!!!

We have used Ratholland Towing And Automotive for several years. From major repairs to minor things, We use them for Business as well as personnel. They are Knowledgeable as well as professional. They charged me $100 just to hook it then charged me $79 for 5 minutes to put a woodblock with a slider then to get me home 18 miles away the total was $228 totally screwed me I would not ever use them again - 1 star
