From the first call while still on the road, and in the shop, these guys were professional, honest and fast. I wish I don't have to repair anything for a very long time, but when I do, I hope it happens near these guys.

Got our VOLVO Truck Right away in The Shop, Done all recals , instructed driver, Very Kind and Suporting Staff, Best experience ever inspired by NASCAR. Hope Their Boss would arange a BBQ for good service.

This review is long overdue. The guys at this location are fantastic! I have had bad luck on top of bad luck, but these guys keep my downtime to a MINIMUM, which is critical to keep the $$ rolling in (to pay for more repairs). Craig, Nate, Zeke..can't say enough good things about these guys! Highly recommend for your truck service needs..no matter the make or model. A++

I never wanted to go to a dealership in the past for fear of having a bad experience however I had a transmission failure which I was forced to go anyway. I got in contact with the wright city branch Nate, Craig and Zeek contributed to helping me understand the process offering their knowledge and expertise along the way. I was presented options and recommendations so that I would end up with the best results at the least amount of costs. My faith in dealerships have since been restored and would highly recommend Gateway Truck in Wright City Mo if you need professional service. I m an independent operator but I was treated like I am just as important as any other customer. this is a good dealership -truck on a 5mph derate, got us in within 15min after towing ,same day diagnostics and repair . If you need stuff done fast call Craig from service

Most gawd awful place to wait for hours. They got rid of the recliners and put in plastic chairs and tables. The soda machine literally sounds like there's someone weed-eating in here. Miserable.Whoever decided these chairs were a good idea need to sit in them for about 8 hours. I dare them. It's extremely uncomfortable-enough to get me to go to another Volvo dealership that is set up for an hours-long wait.With that said, the staff here is the GREATEST! Wish the amenities were anywhere near as good.

I had a truck there for just a derate problem , and they gave me an estimate for 18k , Injector, turbo, core, idk why all this plus ridiculous labor, at the end i decide to take my truck they charge me $850.50 for nothing the only thing they did is force regen and clear all code, what a rip off!! If you have a choice, stay away from this place

By far the best Volvo dealership/mechanic shop I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and the mechanics are awesome. If you're in the area and need your truck worked on this is definitely the place to go.

Great place for Volvo parts and service. Much better than their Collinsville location so I always come here. Only got 3 stars because special order part came in and nobody called me to let me know, so it sat on shelf 5 weeks until I had to follow up on it.

It's one of the best Volvo service I got. Zeke from the service desk helped me out. Had a Doser problem, they got me in and out probably in less than 3hrs. Thank you very much

Excellent dealership for repairs. Staff is extremely helpful, competent, friendly, and fast. I've had multiple repairs done here; each repair done right the first time. I've even driven from California to get serviced here because I can trust them to do the job right the first time.They always check my truck for other issues so I could get everything done at once. I've been to a lot of bad dealerships over the years, and Gateway in Wright City is absolutely top notch. Service Managers Nate and Craig will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of. Definitely worth driving out of your way for.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Nate and his mechanic Ryan were phenomenal. We had a truck in the area that went in to 5Mph Derate on a Sunday when they're closed. We contacted their after hour service and within an hour of the call they showed up to their location opened up and took our driver in like royalty. Within a few hours and a few parts being replaced they had our driver back on the road in no time. Thank you Nate and Ryan! No wonder this Volvo dealership has the highest ratings I've ever seen!Thank you,North Way Transport Team

I just want to give a huge shout out mechanics Anthony and Cooper the shooter for the great job they did fixing my Mack which they usually don't work on... top notch mechanics . If your ever in need of service.do not drive past. Look no further This is "the" place.

After moving from Indiana and the Volvo dealer I had built a great relationship with over the years (Vomac Terre Haute) I was worried about finding a trust worthy local dealer near Foristell MO. I found Gateway Truck and met a VERY energetic and knowledgeable gentleman named Nate hahaha.... we built a positive relationship and he had my trust very quickly. Any time I have ever needed advice or services he was always a phone call away and helpful. He has a great team of techs that have always done good quality work for me. I have sold my Volvo and let the TK APU go with it and purchased a Carrier APU for my new tractor strictly due to the service I have received from Gateway Truck and Refrigeration. Great bunch of guys and gals in there and they have my business as long as I live here.

I just want to say thank you to Nate Jimmy Mike g and the other Mike and all the people there in gateway in wright city mo.I am a small owner operator with 1 truck. After being broke down for 4 days in st Louis trying to fix it myself I decided to take a gamble and call a shop to get my truck looked at. I could of got it towed 13 miles down the road (cheaper) but after talking to Nate I decided to change my mind and have it towed the other way 50 miles away. Glad I did. They Absolutely did everything they said and nothing more. Even though they were busy as they found a way to get my truck in their shop immediately. And then quickly diagnosed the issue. Something I should have found, had I known what to look for. They easily could have b.s 'd me and taken advantage of me in my situation. But didn't. They even gave me a discount knowing all I had been through in the last week. I want to say I greatly appreciate them and their experienced staff to accurately and quickly diagnose the problem. Ty. If I'm EVER in St.Louis and in need of work they will have my business. I can't thank you guys enough.

Just wanted to leave an extremely happy feedback for anyone interested.My wife and I have done about $20k worth of work with your shop this year, and if we had it our way, we will never go to any other shop in the nation but yours. Nate and Craig in service are absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable service managers that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Anything that I have wrong with the truck, they troubleshoot quickly and fix promptly. The techs are by far the best techs we have ever had touch our truck. The quality in their work shows through every job they have completed thus far. And the list of completed tasks is lengthy. Our truck rolls 25-30k miles a month. In the last year alone, we have had a minimum of 12 shops work on anything from injectors to water pump. We constantly had issues. From every shop we visited we had incorrect parts, bad parts, incorrect installs, and shody workmanship.With the unrelenting abuse our truck goes through, all the issues stopped after we found your shop. The quality of job that everyone puts forth shows in the ability for my wife and I to complete our job, without worrying if the work that was done to our truck was done incorrectly. If I hand my keys to Nate or Craig, I KNOW the job will be done correctly and to perfection. That is not something I have found at any other shop anywhere else in the nation.It's extremely nice to see people who actually care about doing a job well and to see them take pride in the work they do.Please keep up the great work you do! Fantastic service. Went in for 1 problem and they found another issue. Even though my EGR system passed the test, it barely passed. They replaced all my parts, covered under warranty and did extra steps that other shops wouldn't have done. As they said, their curb appeal isn't great, but they absolutely make up for it with their service.

Nate was my service manger & I m very thankful to have met him. He was very knowledgeable about the problem with my truck & made me feel comfortable & at ease with getting me back up & going. I highly recommend. Great service & nice people

Hands down, best Volvo mechanics in MO! These guys know what they're doing. As a small local trucking business owner for over 15 years I've had my share of "Mechanics" and trust me when i tell you , These Guys are Very Knowledgeable. A bit pricey, but they'll work with you. If you have to choose between the Collinsville IL location and the Wright City location, go to Wright City MO!

Becoming an Owner Operator can be overwhelming. The transition to owning my equipment was easier having this shop nearby. Nate, Nathan and their team of experts have kept downtime to a minimum. And we all know how detrimental that can be to running a profitable business. I am always given reasonable estimates for triage and repairs. What I appreciate most about Gateway is the fact that I only have one truck yet they treat me as if I have an entire fleet. Thank you for keeping my wheels rolling and appreciating me as a valued customer!

I have had the privilege of working with Gateway Tuck and Refrigeration in Wright City for many years. I have bought my last nine trucks from them mostly based on the quality of the service team. Nathan, Nate and the rest of the service team have bent over backwards to repair and maintain my fleet of Volvos. They are easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

Looking for a DOT inspection and an oil change, I was turned away by 3 Volvo places between Miami and St Louis. These guys got me right in, bada bing bada boom. Thanx, folks (I failed the inspection but that is not relevant at this review, hahahahah)

We stopped there to have our Prevost Motorhome looked at and all I can say is that it was like a breath of fresh air. The young man, Nate, is one of the most nicest, respectful and very knowledgeable people we ever met. He looked at our Prevost and gave us our options. He called a location that is closer to where we are going and was able to get us in the same day.It is very nice to know that in today s day and age that good old fashion customer service still exists.We definitely give it a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them.Mike and Maria Reisetter

JMN Transportation & Logistics has started using Gateway Volvo in Wright City for the last several months and we just wanted to share with everyone. Their reliable, knowledgeable (beyond words) and have a fast turn around. We will actually bring a truck in from another state because we know Nate and the entire team there is like a well oiled machine, all the way down to the young lady that answers the phone. If we ever have questions we know we can always call and ask them and they will shoot us straight.
