Honestly zero complaints. Bought a BMW X3 on a VERY COLD day! Car was exactly as advertised. Knowing its a BMW, I knew it needed more since I work on them as a hobby. Those issues have long been resolved. Great car!Thanks for being a legit dealer and I apologize for my debit card company acting stupid with me.NOTE: Ashford was the cheapest I could find this X3 with the mileage it had in the entire nation!From the dude from Hillsboro,MO! This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Ashford Motors and my first camper. Let me start by saying I love my new GMC truck and camper and we appreciate the work and time your company has done to all of our families vehicles purchased through the company or not. My husband & I had a breakdown in our motorhome in the evening. We were able to get into a Shell station parking lot and spent the night there. In the morning we called several mobile mechanics with no-one able to work on a motorhome. We happened to be right next to Ashford Motors and so my husband walked over to them to see if they would offer some advice or assistance. (They are a used car lot, and do not offer repair services but have a shop for their own use.)Not only were they willing to help, they went ABOVE & BEYOND to diagnose, order & retrieve the part and then repair the challenge! And this was in addition to their already over-booked workload.Once they ordered the part, it took several hours for the part to come in. While we waited in our motorhome, we visually scanned the vehicles in the parking lot and were amazed at how clean and tidy everything was. And my husband looked up several of the vehicles and researched pricing and found them very competitive.We truly felt they were a blessing from God and are so grateful for their compassion and generosity to rescue us. They re-arranged their day just for us. They put people before profit. This is a rare occurrence! The car I bought runs good but overall the service was flaky... The guy didn't know how to do his job, they weren't very friendly and it seemed kinda sketchy how they did it... They didn't even inspect it but it came pre-inspected??? What if it falls apart and kills me? I'm finding lots of little flaws and problems with the car and it seems to have something going on with the suspension... Kinda loosely goosey feeling and with the stupid high price I payed for the 08 focus I bought it shouldn't have these problems! Also haven't received the title and it's been over a WEEK!

Very friendly folks working at Ashford :) we were traveling through and stopped to gas up nearby when we noticed our windshield wipers weren t working, and would be driving into some storm clouds.Fortunately it was a quick fix, as we only needed our windshield wiper bolts tightened from previous work done elsewhere. Also, any office with a big sweet dog is a win for me. Check them out! We didn t need to buy a car fortunately, but they seemed like a great place to start if you re in the area!

Although we didn't end up buying a vehicle from here, I'd still consider it a good car shopping experience. The car was priced fair and it was definitely a no pressure sales situation. The staff had no problems with us taking the car to our mechanic even though our shop couldn't get it in very quickly. We decided it wasn't the right car for our family, but even so a week later I got a hand written thank you note from Ashford. I will definitely check them out again next time we're car shopping.

My dad got his 2008 impala ltz here and its been a absolutely great car going on 3 years of ownership and only problem the car has ever had was motor mounts witch ashford installed and cars been great till this day!! Ive also had ashford do a full a/c job on my 03 blazer did a phenomenal job with it, just picked up my girlfriends 06 jetta was having a transmission issue, i talked to their mechanic brandon went over some of what it was doing with him and had them run a diagnostics test on it and they found it was just a broken wire to the transmission fixed cheap and easy, now the car runs and drives like new again! 10/10 highly recommended shop for work or to purchase a vehicle!!

Bought a car, shop there said they replaced the clutch, before temp tags were out had problems with it. Called and was told they weren't the ones that actually replaced it ( Carmart did) they just replaced the petal. Which isn't the right one they put in a cheap foreign part and we have had continued problems out of. It snapped off the car, broke the master cylinder too. Over $200 just for the right petal, thats not even replacing it. Total $1k in just parts. Not counting labor. The car was inspected by Ashford Motors for the temp tags.. Was also told 1 owner, well not completely true either. One owner then sold to Carmart then bought by Ashford. I tried to address this with them to no avail. Said they would give me discounted repairs...not taking it to them ever. Got a lemon.

Great experience. The team was excellent. They were straight shooters and there prices are very fair. They are very easy to work with and offer a great selection of used trucks. I highly recommend this dealerships.

Guys at Ashford are nice, but the 2010 Traverse I bought from them has several issues. In less than a year I have had to replace:1. an upper control arm on the rear passenger side2. The AC pump3. power assist rack and pinion steering kit4. Power steering pump4 very major (and expensive) replacements that should have been caught before selling. Makes one question the inspection process before they get their cars ready to sell

First, they have a excellent selection of "used" trucks which I was interested in. The vehicles are clean and run good. I was given time to look at the vehicles, then - Don came out to see if he could assist me in answering any questions that I may have. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I came all the way from Creve Coeur to purchase a truck from Ashford motors. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! Gary Garcia, Creve Couer, MO.

Super nice guys I have sent many friends there because they're willing to go the extra mile. If they don't have it they'll find it for you at super low cost compared to other places, and not just in cars but tires and stuff too. Best place around.

Can't leave a purely negative comment unfortunately, Put money down on a truck to hold it so I could go to the bank got money pulled out for the purchase and they sold it to someone else after I filled out a purchase order and put money down. Completely unprofessional and the true epitomy of a screwball used car dealer. Customers beware don't waste your time with this slimeball....
