Sorry this is long. Beware if taking golf cart here for repairs. We took ours here and they had it for 3 weeks. We were told it was done and we could pick it up anytime. I told them it would be Friday but got a chance to go on Wednesday. After waiting an hour for them to find the keys, the lady drove it to our trailer where it immediately died. This was the reason we took it there. She got mad and told us we picked it up 2 days early. On Monday I had told her it would be Friday but if it was ready on Monday what difference did it matter when we picked it up? After 2 more weeks we were told it was ready. We get there and were told they put a voltage regulator on it. We had already had one of those put on it and had told them that. All we had asked them to do was check the wiring. We borrowed a truck and trailer for the 3rd time and went to get it. When I was through paying and walking out the door, the lady said "Hey, I don't appreciate you leaving last time and not helping push the cart back. And also," This is when I slammed the door and walked to the truck. Sorry lady, not my job to help you do yours. We got home and the gas tank was empty and the cart had two flat tires.

I drive by there 3 days out of the week, Finally stopped cause I want a golf cart so bad, The 2 young ladies and the gentleman helped me out so much. Explain everything to me. About golf carts, They're honest, And I will do business with you I'm glad I stop thank you very much.

Owner and mechanic were very helpful. Repairs were completed sooner than expected. Repair prices quite reasonable. Fast, courteous, affordable repairs and advice. This is our new goto for side-by-side repairs.Thanks Janis and Steve!

Worker had a poor attitude, wasn't very nice. Seemed almost bothered I was there. Tried selling me a old very inflated part. This is my second unpleasant experience with this business. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did.

When I was looking to purchase our first golf cart, I checked out the HQCC website to see what they had. I went to check out a couple of them and found exactly what I was looking for. Janis and Abe took good care of me. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new, used or custom cart.
