After numerous issues with valvoline and other big name companies, I was tired of always having some problem with my car caused by the service staff. Since I switched to Stone Automotive, I have had 0 problems. The staff and owner are great, hardworking people who seem dedicated to having the up most customer service. I would highly recommend Stone Automotive to anyone, especially those who are tired of big automotive companies taking advantage of them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! As a women going into an automotive repair shop, you tend to feel talked down to. This staff is very transparent with what they are doing on the vehicle and why.

Moved here from Utah. 1st 2 things when moving into town, get a good lawyer legal troubles and get a good mechanic for car troubles. After finding these guys I now have both !!!! Trutworthy, honest, dependable I could go on and on

Thought we needed wheel alignment, but ended up being front tire with huge bulge on inside from broken belt. Could have been very dangerous. Needed truck done in less than 24 hours, due to medical issues. Tim and his crew got tires in and mounted, plus alignment, within time frame. Appreciate fast work and fair prices. Will not hesitate to use again.

My family and I have had many years worth of work done here. Every time they have been quick and honest. I am currently working with them on something where the dealership was less than helpful. I truly appreciate their hard work to getting my family vehicle back on the road!

I went in for a wheel alignment. They seen that my ball joints were bad and instead of doing the alignment they saved me the money and told me I needed them. These guys are very honest and very fair with there prices. I highly recommend them.

Great repair shop, The guy at front desk must of lived in a communist country. He never smiles and is generally unhappy when he has to do anything to help customer. Expect great work and a unhappy check after work completed

Had a tire repair done there. They had me IN AND OUT. Faster than any other shop usually gets you information just to tell you it'll be hours before they can get to it. The price was also CHEAPER than any of the others.

Needed to fix a caliper and hood latch. When I looked myself the hood latch part cost around $10. The caliper around $100. They tried charging me $290 for everything. Saying thr latch was $70 something dollars. Then as I was trying to write down everything I asked, "how much was the caliper again?" To which I hear, "Oh my god, okay..." In conclusion: They tried overcharging me and was very rude over the phone.

Best automotive repair shop in the eastern part of Lincoln County. They are the best for alignments. I have had several vehicles aligned here.

Called Stone auto about work that had been done on F150 I bought from mountain top motors extremely helpful even though I wasn't spending any money thanks again
