Completely useless, they messed up and now I can't use my car for who knows how long. Unintelligent and uncaring. Useless.

It was wonderful I had no waiting and no hassles the Ladies working there were curtious and made sure I was all legal and I was done, easy as 1 , 2 , 3.

The employees who work at the Willow Springs license office Are unintelligent with a superiority complex. I would not recommend using this place unless you have to.
