First time customer, will not be my last visit. Prices for what I got were half compared to Amazon. Exceptional clean store. Josh a sales associate, saw me carrying a 20 lbs bag of bird feed and on his own volition brought me a shopping trolley. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the store.

I will NEVER shop at Tractor Supply in Willow Springs Mo ever again. There workers can t communicate with each other. They can t keep there word. I have been trying to get baby ducks for two weeks; we called this morning to see if they had any left, the girl on the phone said they had three. They were asked to save them and had my name, the girl was told on that we were on our way there to pick the three ducks up, she said ok. When I got to the store she had just sold them to someone else. Made me so mad and she knew it, she pretty much thought it was funny. I m almost positive that the lady at the checkout that had a chicken box was the person that had bought the baby ducks. My babies were very broken hearted, as we were walking out of the store they were asking where the baby ducks were at! Communicate and keep your word, you ll have a better store and happy customers. I m sure this review will be over looked.

Love my local Tractor supply! I just found out last night that they have a fully equipped pet wash!!!! Told the worker at check out I never knew they had one. She was awesome she explained that they even supply the towels, soap and so much more! I'm looking forward to being my gsd in for me to clean with the use of a commercial tub and table. Such a great price! $9.99 they keep that price an they will have a life time happy customer! Staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful I can't wait to go back. Sorry I keep saying that but I'm super excited now. I just paid a bunch at a self wash (pet wash) place at a car wash in another town. It was the worst experience for my dog and me as well. We had no time to do anything. That being said I'm so happy we spotted this little gem tucked into our local Tractor supply!! Thank you guys please don't change!

I think my wife found a little piece of heaven when she walked in here. After she came back from this store the first time she had a glazed look over her eyes like she saw an angel or something. For good reason though. This store has pretty much everything you could think of needing to run your farm/homestead/ranch except for the livestock (they did have chicks for a couple of weeks this spring). My kids love it too. Anytime we come in they go straight for the toy tractors and make up games with them. The staff is friendly and helpful, very approachable bunch. We come here often.

The store is clean and bright and very well organized. They have a great selection of feed for the menagerie and the prices are excellent. Nice variety of seeds, plants and other gardening supplies as well. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. What's not to love? Great addition to our little town.

I placed an online order for same day delivery because I no longer have a vehicle but needed pine pellets, and they're almost $30 a bag on Amazon. I was able to get 4 bags of pine pellets from TSC with a $20 delivery fee, which is a far better value than from Amazon. It was about $50 total for all 4 bags and delivery. I'm really grateful that Mike brought them all the way up my driveway for me.

Always friendly and they always have what I need. If you're not a neighbors club rewards member you absolutely are missing out on a ton of savings.On a side note, please start keeping toilet paper in your bathroom..

We were shopping for a small utility trailer and went to several places. While all the other locations had good sales people, Tractor Supply also seemed to have the best quality as well as the size I was looking for. Really helpful staff and good products.

Great pet food selection at reasonable prices. Love the pet wash station too...keeps my bathroom in one piece. The tubs accommodate several different dog sizes and they offer several different shampoo choices. Also carry animal vaccines for those who don't want to drag into a vet office (or pay vet prices).

Very helpful employees, went and used their dog wash. I have a 120lb. German shepard mix, so it was great to be able to bathe him and he loved it as well, no bending over, they supply everything!!!!

our new tractor supply is a really great one they have a dog or animal washing place where you can take your animal they have shampoos and conditioners therefore free well you wash your dog for $10 but the shampoos and conditioners and stuff on for your use they have a dryer there it's just a wonderful place to stand up and they have the professional dog washing station I think it's a wonderful thing that they have in the store the store itself as well stocked they usually don't have a lot of things that are not on the shelves but when they do their staff is very quick to help you and are very attentive to you and are willing to answer your questions at the drop of a dime I did suggest this place and it's wonderful

I am so happy that we finally got a local Tractor Supply! Great selection of merchandise and especially the pet department, the prices are excellent. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

Awesome addition to the Willow Springs retail scene. The store that occupied this location for many years was missed. This store has a lot to offer to the community. I am very happy that it is here and it seems to be doing well.

Great place for all of our small farm needs from incubators to animal food. Great selections of clothing as well as farmhouse style decor. Excellent customer service and friendly faces.

I normally like this location but today i came to get dog food and the forklift operator was so rude and discussing the guy with the dark beard and hair looks to be new here i was getting the things i needed when i heard a noise and he was letting out gass like a ill mannered infantile little kid making disgusting noises frome his bottom and grunting and laughing so inappropriate i can take my business elsewhere

You can bath your dog for only $ 9.99...and they have everything you need...shampoos..blow dryers...nail clippers..grooming station. They also supply all the towels u need and give u a waterproof apron as well. The bathtub has a door that opens on it and under the tub is a stepping stool so your dog can walk right in and out when your begining or ending your washing. MUCH better than picking up a 60 plus pound dog for sure lol :) EXCELLENT WILL 100% return for bathing my pup and much much more. Thank You to all the crew at tracker supply love your store

I had a problem with some feed I got there and did not have a receipt. I took in a baggie sample for them and asked to exchange for a different brand. The young man was very polite fixed the problem and even got the new feed for me and they loaded it in my car. Thank you and I will be shopping there in the future

Prices on shelves don't match prices at the register. Multiple times they've attempted to charge a higher price at the register, most recently, 2 out of 3 items rang up higher than the shelf or sign price. Also, their website claimed to have items in stock, only to find out after driving 40+ miles, they didn't have them.

Just getting some animal food. Even though one brand of duck food was out, an alternative was right across the aisle for a better deal.
