Thank you O'RILEY'S for being open on July the 4fh. My shifter bolt broke, on my motorcycle, and you had the bolt to fix it. I would have been stranded without you.

The guys at the willow springs O'Reilly's are not very bright if I was the regional manager none of them would be working there in order to work in a parts store you should have at least some general knowledge and experience with automotive

My husband and I went to the Willow Springs O reillys this past Sunday at about 10:00 am. When we pulled into the parking lot there were about four guys in a circle just standing outside the store talking. My husband went in the store and about five minutes later I saw him come back outside and ask the guys if they were working and instead of going in the store to help him, they stood there and asked him what he needed! I was dumbfounded! The guy that walked into the store to help didn t even look like he worked there, he was wearing grubby looking sweatpants and a hoodie that didn t eve have the o reilly logo on it. The customer service at this location is horrible! They need some competition or they need new management because it is disgraceful.

Needed to run a diagnostic on my vehicle, I lucked out and had the part I needed in store. They had me all set up and out the door within 10 minutes. Great job!

Worst experience and they have lost any future business out of me after this experience. I went in this morning looking for help with a fan blower issue which to be fair O'Reilly has always been my go to. and it was always a pretty nice experience having guys like Cory go above and beyond for you sadly its no longer the case it seems. This morning I couldn't get even a welcome as they seemed busy putting a single order together focusing on that instead of a customer probably 5 minutes plus of them just walking around not even a greeting while the store manager eddy just watched things go down and did nothing. when finally when a young man asked me how he can help I asked if they would mind helping me by hooking up my wife's car which we use to take our kids to school.His response was both incompetent and unacceptable plus the fact the store manager didn't seem to care about the kids response being I don't know how to do that out of an employee which according to my wife is typical of this kid. So in my opinion they don't want mine or any one else business and that's fine by me I will share my experience and not give them any business this experience was deserving of no stars but I could not submit this review.

Rude! These people have to be some of the rudest people in the business. If you need assistance it's like I have interrupted their whole life. I was warned by others. It must be the management because several have the same poor attitude. I live in Willow so this is not good but I do vote with my dollars and Willow Springs, O'Reilly will not get one more dime of my money!

Everyone who works here is super nice and will ask you if you need help. They will do the best they can with the knowledge they have and try to explain things to you so you understand. They will help you put parts on your vehicle or make sure you know how. They almost always have the part you need if not they can order it for you.

Bathrooms are dirty, one of the 4 staff was rude. However, overall not a bad spot to pick up parts.

Bulbs great service, public restroom use auto zones tools and repaired in parking lot. Great worker gave me hands on assistance.

Like a normal trip to O'Reilly's you can always count on a return trip before your vehicle's fixed due to their lack of ability to give you the proper part the first time followed by a bunch of hollow empty I'm sorry no they're not sorry that you had to find your own way back to the store to completely be irritated by their lack of competence

They are always there and always have the parts on hand or can order them and have them the next day always very helpful you need a part this is where to go these are the people you talk to

I would give it 5 stars on customer service because the woman in there tries her best. She's great and very helpful. I give it a 4 because of the availability of something's are not available in store.

Usually helpful if not always the most knowledgable. Unfortunatley prices have jumped 30% to 50% over any other place on both parts and general supplies in the last year. I pay half or less than half on fluids at walmart and almost always half on parts from amazon if im willing to wait a little. Sometimes they will comp prices but its almost more work than its worth.

Staff at time of visit seemed very young and not very knowledgeable about the products they have on the shelf let alone the parts involved in the repair. Hoping it was just a bad timing thing rather then a normal expectation of services.

Good store have or can get fast most things looking for good friendly employees, some on shelf stuff little high but save time not going to other side of town for another stop for it

I'd like to thank Nicholas Ripsam. We blew out a trailer tire with 3 horse's at 63 & 60. Nick loaned us his personal floor jack, jack stand, & 4 way. He'd never laid eyes on us beforehand. Goes to show you there's still good people around. And GOOD PEOPLE make GOOD EMPLOYEES. Thanks again Nick. We'll pay it forward.Dianna Cliftononon

I sent my wife to buy a battery and the manager sold her the most expensive one he had after she asked for the cheapest. Taking advantage of the fact she didn't know there were cheaper batteries in stock. Needless to say we won't return.

Moving across the country and got some bad diesel, stopped by these guys 15 minutes before closing and they were chipper, helpful, and even fun. So grateful for their help!

I broke down in the ice & snow half way to cabool with my infant twins and they quickly delivered an alternator to us on the side of the road! They truly care about their customers!

Great service friendly,prices are somewhat Higher but that's common here because it's the only auto supply store in about 15-20 mile radius.
