Fantastic results! Had an issue with my homeowners policy, called and talked with Agent Brad and he not only answered everyone of my questions but also got me a better policy and better price! Very impressive and would suggest FCNB/Brad to anyone looking for knowledgeable and competitive insurance services!

Brad is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and will quickly get you pointed in the right direction. He is transparent with what he comes up with and offers to help however he can. He has a customer first mentality, I would recommend him to anyone.

Brad is definitely bettering this branch that was struggling.I highly recommend him. Also,any previous customers that left should reconsider this office now that Brad is the new agent.He was very thorough in explaining my coverages,options and policies

Friendly staff when someone answers the phone.the office in willow springs we called a dozen times in a week and none answered. So we called the main office in Tennessee and received fast friendly service
