Excellent value and generally a great hotel/motel. Very clean rooms (seemed almost newly renovated?), a pretty decent breakfast spread (better than most chains), and very quiet. The employee at check-in was kind and patient, even late at night. There aren't many other options nearby, but we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here one night on another road trip.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The last few hotels with Choice Privileges I've stayed at have been subpar to say the least, outdated, not clean, etc, for the price paid.This facility was super clean, even the hallways smelled fresh, which is very rare in a hotel. The room was nice, updated, again very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Would stay here again. We were there for a funeral so having the hotel be so decent was good.Walkability: Close to everythingFood & drinks: Nice breakfast

We had a five night stay in December. For having a two star rating,, this hotel was a ten. Everything was clean and orderly and the staff each day was very friendly. Our son lives nearby and we plan on staying here in the future. Several places to eat downtown - all family run and good quality and the bakery across from the food store is excellent.

This hotel has a team with pride in what they do. Very helpful and friendly at the desk. All shifts I witnessed. Housekeeping didn't make our beds but I believe that was a misunderstanding. Not their being unwilling. Clean rooms. Clean beds. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Felt safe in the parking lot. Lots of options for breakfast.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable. The customer service was excellent even though we checked in in middle of the night, they were on top of there game. They made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. We travel alot and it is very rare these days to find a hotel these days that goes to these levels to male there guests this happy. Thank you so much for making our stay so great!!!!

Excellent service, clean facility, and friendly staff. Diana (front desk/receptionist) was especially helpful and attentive. I will definitely make plans to stay here again.The complimentary breakfast was the best hotel-food I've ever had. The eggs, bacon, and sausage tasted great and not like typical hotel-food. There was a decent selection of breakfast food and everything appeared to be prepared fresh. The coffee was also great....again, not typical hotel coffee.Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom/shower was excellent. That may sound a little odd, but I hate taking a shower under low pressure or with a shower head that doesn't work properly.The morning when I checked-out, the maids said hello as I walked through the hallway and all of the staff were very kind. It was obvious this particular hotel is operated very well.

We stop At this hotel at least twice a year as a halfway point to see family. The staff is so sweet and remembers us and our kids each time we come in. The last visit they were able to provide an extra pack n play for our kids and left a stuffed animal and blanket for each child and a sweet note saying "thank you for staying". It's little touches like that, that really makes them amazing. We will be back at Christmas!Rooms: Rooms are always clean and stocked with plenty towels. We had waters waiting for us along with a pack n play with blankets and stuffed animals for the kidsSafety: There is always someone up and paying attentionNoteworthy details: Staff makes you feel like family and welcomed

The Man Was Good, This Morning A House Keeper Showed Up At 9 Knocked Asked If I Needed Anything I Said No The Front Desk Called My Room Said They Was Calling The Police And Accused Me Of Smoking In The Room.(They Kept Bringing It Up Last Nigjt During Check In Smoking Fee 250$) Me N My Babies Went In N Went To Sleep . It Was 1am. I Have A New Born And A Two Year Old I Went Out To Speak To The Lady She Was SO RUDE! She Told Ke I Needed To Leave The Property But My Kids Was In The Room She Kept Being Disrespectful. She Hurried And Took 249 Plus Another $50 off My Card Before The Police Got There. The Officer Stated They Do This ALL The Time, n He Didnt Smell It. When I Asked For A Higher # She Said They Didnt Have One. The Officer Had To Give It To Me. This Is so FOUL and Wrong ! Wiped My Card Down To 3$ Meanwhile Me And My Children HOURS From Home.. Hope It Stops Happening . Sad And Ridiculous.

Such a nice oasis on a long drive, clean, smells lovely, friendly staff. Nice size room with amenities, fridge, microwave. Located right next to a good restaurant. Highly recommend!!!Rooms: Super clean and good size

Super comfortable bed! Everything was well-decorated and the free breakfast was delicious. Both evening and morning staff were very sweet and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I had the opportunity.Safety: The area is extremely safe, even though it seems remote; there are police patrols in the area frequently. I was a female traveling alone and made sure to ask.

Had to sleep over due to vehicle problems. The hotel was really nice, comfy. My room had 2 beds, a nice bathroom and tv. I set my temp for 62 and it stayed thst temp all day long. My bed was so comfy and felt like a little piece of heaven. Breakfast was delicious, such variety... consisted of various cereals, waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, and various juices. It was worth the stay.

Really nice place in the middle of nowhere. Samantha was excellent at her job,and made me feel right at home. Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Manager was super as well. She even went and picked up my dinner!! Will most definitely come back again. They also have a big parking lot for big trucks and a McDonald s a block away. No Pizza or Door Dash. So make sure you got dinner plans in place before or after you get there. One of my better places to stop. Super clean and comfortable hotel!

Rude women front desk. Flat out lied to my face. Man in the evenings, rude also. Both of them doesn't care about the people that stay there.Walkability: Located on the main road. Nothing close enough to walk

My wife and I got here late, so no exploration on the food front. Room was spacious. Bathroom was large, with enough towels for two night's stay. Breakfast in the morning was eggs ( scrambled ) and sausage ( links ), as well as the usual coffee, bagels, cold cereal, apple juice, orange juice, biscuits and gravy ( warm biscuits ), and very kind staff. A quick stay that left an impression. There is a steak house next door.

Excellence in Willow Springs. Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff especially Dianna and Neil. Breakfast had everything. Not a brand new hotel, but the owners are doing a fine job of maintaining an enjoyable experience.

Everyone was friendly an accommodating. The rooms were very nice an clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast was good an hot with a variety of choices. The steak house restaurant next door also gives you 10% off your meal when you show them your room key. The gym was nice an clean. I do wish they had a indoor pool like the website showed. There is a mix up there that needs to be fixed. Very clean area outside. We would visit again if the need should arise.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was nice and peaceful with no noises or noisy people. They also had a hot breakfast which was so tasty and good. They had eggs with cheese, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc. I had to print out some tickets for an event I had that day and I was able to do so at the business room they have there. The manager there was so helpful with me on making sure I got my tickets printed out.

Was a late check on our way to KY. Cortez, who was working the desk, met us with smiles, humor, and great customer service. Told us about the breakfast, which was great, and the pool and workout room. Overall, this one stay has made us BWP stayers whenever we travel.Rooms: Clean, neat, and smelled good.Safety: Lighted parking made parking easy and safe.
