Called to order a pizza and the women that answered the phone was beyond hateful, kept interrupting my bother was huffing and puffing like a child. I m usually not one to write bad reviews people are who they are but this women stepped right out of her crib and went to work. Like come on huffing and puffing? Over a pizza because you don t wanna make it? It s ur job grow up I get better service at McDonald s which is filled with teenagers do better

I would give it five stars as I had never had issues and always had excellent service. I am giving it one star. Technically they deserve zero. Everyone please don't order pizza at this place. I have a few reliable sources. There's a immature unprofessional woman in her 40s that will spit on the pizza. That's very disgusting, very uncalled for, and very out of line.

I ordered pizzas at 2:30 p.m. to be done at 5 p.m. when I sent my grandson to go pick said pizzas up at 5 p.m. since I am disabled and can not do so, he was met with a very rude and snarky staff that told him we would have to wait until 5:45-6 p.m. for our order as they had 3-4 orders ahead of us. I have tried to call and cancel my order and request a refund only to be ignored and hung up on. This is about the third time this has happened and Casey s will no longer have our business. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed at this disrespectful mess of a company. This will also be going on google reviews so others will be warned of this. Update: finally got ahold of them and had to argue with them for over 10 minutes to get a tefund'

Good pizza, our most frequently ordered pizza. Better and cheaper than the pizza place down the road. Once they made a mistake on our order so they gave us a free pizza on our next order. But don't ask for this instead of that on a supreme, they take off this, but charge you extra for that. Kinda frustrating when on a budget to have an extra $1.75 added if you want mushrooms instead of olives or hamburger instead of spicy sausage.

Don't call them to make an order because they will not answer the phone. They also haven't had chicken in stock for going on 2 months now, so if you want any specially pizzas with chicken you're out of luck. Also watch out for them double charging you for things, they double charged me for vape pods awhile back.

Love my local Casey's they always take good care of my family and me while we are there. Management are wonderful people and always make the best pizza!! They love to tell you about all the deals they have going on through out the store.

I ordered a large taco pizza. there was no taco sauce in or any where near the box. I went back in and asked for some. the employee handed me a packet of sauce. I kindly asked for more and explained I had a large pizza and their was no sauce with it. she quickly got an attitude essentially called me a lier, moked me to the rest of the staff, proclaim she knows with out a doubt she put suace in a bag in the box. shoved a few more packets in my hand. if the staff wouldn't admit to a error and call customers liers and mock them. then it's not a business worth anything.

Wonderful pizza. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Good subs too and donuts. Good selection of snacks. The only thing they don't have is mid-grade gas.

They never get our order right because we always ask for light sauce and they always put extra on it so we end up just throwing it away

Use the app to order 2 medium pizzas, showed be 55mins before ready...showed up right at time to pick them up and they hadn't even started them yet, another lady was standing there waiting and they were 30mins behind on her pizzas as well...they offered her a 32oz fountain drink for her troubles an asked if I could come back, I canceled my order and won't be back

The store is clean enough. However the customer service not so much, and the manager is very rude and dismissive. I felt sorry for the employers under her.

Parking is awful for the area. Store is nice enough. Skip the gross pizza and order from Pizza Americana.
