This place is awesome. They have everything and anything you could need. The food is so good!! and prices are low

These people feed off greed. They sell over priced items. They don't allow returns. The lady manager is so rude and disrespectful. The owner is just as bad as her. She tore the box on something my mom bought and I tried returning. So they said it was damaged. $236 she paid for one of the little buddy heaters. They know that people around don't have a lot of options. Especially after certain hours. So don't buy anything outta haste from them. You will find it somewhere very much cheaper. They have gambling machines they own and you never win. The boutique inside is overpriced as well. This place doesn't deserve a shot on Google maps.

The food portions were fine! I ended up feeling sick and I didn't eat more than 10 percent of my meal. Not the most welcoming place to visit! It is obvious that everyone knows each other, but the disdain for my presence was very palpable! I would STRONGLY suggest that if you don't have any business down there, don't go!

Now I shop local and I ve known these people and they re good people who have held businesses local for a long long time. but they are price gouging people with their products !!!!!we JUST bought a Mr. coffee coffee pot. It is the exact same one you can get anywhere for $20 and they had at $37 !!! I send someone else or I d have walked out and gone to dollar general. Probly where YOU bought this one!! And I get that you re going and buying this and you have to have some kind of increase because you re small, but you know make an extra 10% or something not a 100% markup!! Cmon Skip!! You don t need the money that bad.I m not sure I ll ever shop there again and I will return the coffee pot later.

Grocery side isn t bad. Customer service on both sides usually are awful.It was Sunday during Labor Day weekend, so I can understand the staff just being over it. I left Lucas oil with PLENTY of time to not miss my race. I waited 30 minutes for a Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. After missing the race and waiting, I asked the blonde cashier if she d called my name yet. She immediately said no then asked what I had. She went back and without skipping a beat she told me someone stole my sandwich. She did not offer to make a new one, nor give me my money back.My wife had went in to ask for the money back and the blonde gave her attitude. After the conversation my wife did get our money back but did not get an apology from the blonde nor the MANAGER.We will be back down here next year, but I will NOT be eating at the Cafe in the Hickamo again.

Hickamo is a great little store but they have an issue with always having rotten meat in their meat selection. Not only is it not pleasant to look at it makes the section smell horrible. Who wants to purchase a package of meat that is sitting next to several packages that are clearly bad with a horrible odor?

What a wonderful place. Lunch on one side. Groceries on other. The staff is so friendly. I will be back. Lots of truck parking. The lady that checked me out was just super nice. This is what we need more of in this world.

Everything you need in one stop. Deli meat and cheese is very good quality. Groceries and pet food, even a small clothing section. Prices are not outrageous like most convenience stores. Just what Wheatland needed!

An oasis in the middle of nowhere! Excellent selection of adult beverages, and I've always been able to find what I'm looking for when I discover I'm out of what I need to finish a recipe. The nicest clerks in the county!

I'm going to only say if you haven't been you have missed out on a very unique opportunity to shop at hickamo.It's a rule One of a kind store where you can get food to duct tape to home decor to an amazing restaurant called the Blue taco.If you haven't gone you most certainly must go.my favorite place to shop

This was a stop on our trip from KC to Camdenton. The store has many interesting products for 10 and 6 year olds to explore! Great place for a break and a snack. There is also an attached restaurant, but did not visit.

Asked for a shake and the guy asked me if I really wanted him to tell me what ice cream they had for shakes when asked what ice cream they had, and a lady asked what we needed and I started to order and she walked away in the middle of the order. And when I was finally able to put an order in the guy was mad that we ordered food. Service here went from amazing to completely aweful will not be back.

Saw a sign for locally made horseradish so had to stop in, they had a nice selection of groceries, clothing, clothes etc. super friendly staff.Tried the cranberry horseradish it was really good.

Very disappointed. We were doing asphalt job in area and we asked if we could park Trucks there overnight and stay in hotel across the road expressing we would top tanks off every day in exchange. They said policy is first night is free but $7 dollars per night after that. :-(Most of our crew just drove up to Warsaw and I know the neighboring motel appreciated that.It is clean and new.It appears as a truck stop but pumps shut off at $100 even with com-data! I mean come on, I can put up to 300 gallons in equipment when I stop. hard to fill up when you stop me at 30 something gallons. They just want to make sure u come inside. Second and final time I fueled I played along and went inside first, but they had to call card in and that took over 5 minutes.Rest of job I happily went to Casey s.

For being out in the middle of nowhere, this place is beyond expectation. You have a restaurant that's like a Chipotle, Chester's, and a Baskin Robbins all in one. You also have a grocery store, market, and souvenir shop in here.One of the servers; Jenny, has really awesome service and is extremely considerate about what you ask for.

Went late so didnt have much left to eat in restraunt..lost money in slot machines. Store has about everything you need..love the name n the coziness. Clean restrooms always a plus lots of parking area

I went in at around 5:30 pm to get sone food for my family. All I can say is how bad it was. The chicken dippers were harder than rocks. I couldn't even get my teeth thru them. They definitely knew how old they were. Awful Awful Awful. They were warm but just from the hot caseClearly barely anyone is doing their job right. My experience here was bad. I do not recommend coming here. Clearly the owner isn't doing a very good job.

BEST small town mini grocery/variety/hardware/five n dime/gas station around. Living in a rural area, it can be a chore to get parts unless you drive an hour to a larger town. But Hickamo is a wonderful mix and has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. We needed a toilet float late one evening and they had it. The prices are also very good, inline with normal venues. We really like the clerks who seem to know where almost everything is. From fresh fruit/vegetables to can goods, even pet supplies, this store is awesome. Check out some of their seasonal items, like plants or seeds.

Absolutely love stopping here great people and you can find fresh cut meat by the pound, hunting and fishing gear, groceries, among many other things all in one place.

Wonderful grocery store. The people are so very nice. I think they have just about anything you would want to buy. The boutique has cute goodies too. Always love to shop here when we are in town. Highly recommend this place.

Great convenience store... I highly recommend. Finally decided to check out the store a few months ago, I wish I had gone there the year before when it opened. A good variety of products at good prices, courteous and helpful staff and close to home!
