Amazing customer service. I needed a hitch and thought ordering from a big box store was the way to go . Well I was wrong. CSH was recommended to me, and I called to see lead times on hitches were and pricing. Let me tell you, not only did I get a great price on a hitch, it beat the rating on the one I had initially ordered. I immediately canceled my order and ordered through Stan at CSH. The hitch came THE NEXT DAY! The big box store after a week hadn t even processed my order yet.Here s the kicker. When I went to pick up the hitch, Stan and his staff were able to install the new hitch right away for me. A+++++++ customer service. 100% recommend CSH.

We hit something that was in the middle of the highway and our tire instantly started going flat. We pulled into CSH and they immediately fixed our tire. They were so kind and polite and fast. The greatest service! Thank you!!

I recently (today) brought my 2018 Ram 3500 to the shop for fog light work. Travis stopped what he was doing to lend assistance to my wife and I. Stanley stepped in and between the both them, they completed the work in under ten minutes. Travis and Stanley are top notch at their craft. Both are polite, informative and pleasant to converse with. I appreciate their effort and time and I am thankful for it. I am looking forward to buying a trailer from them in the near future.

I am not from the area we were traveling through on our way to Arkansas and needed to swap out our spare tire they helped with everything and refused to let me pay them truly good people.

The only place around that I could find to rewire an old trailer. They were super friendly and helpful and even checked the life of my tires because I was worried about them. They were able to get my trailer in and out quickly. Not to mention they are very affordable.

I ordered a trailer from them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. They even did some customization themselves to get it exactly the way I wanted it. This is a great business that puts customer service 1st!

Visited with JJ here and he was able to recommend a company for trailer axle alignment. Big O repaired my trailer tire quickly which neither Walmart or Sams Club would repair... they sell but do not service trailer tires! Thumbs up to the guys at Big O!
