We had a great experience. Very professional. Got our key fob programmed (we were able to order one online, which made it cheaper). They were honest with us and provided a quick, affordable service. I would definitely use them again if I lost my keys or got locked out of my car!

Great experience! He drove an hour to make a new key for our truck, at 10pm might I say! Definitely would recommend! He helped our family out tremendously!

If you want a place that is local, quick, and well priced (and far better than a certain global corporate business with a kiosk that breaks down all the time), I highly recommend this business. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

These folks have high tech equipment and knowledge. Whatever your lock and key needs may be, they can accommodate. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I recommend them for all your security needs as well.

Never used them but saw the harassment the guy put up with at that car wreck. He was professional and never told the wacko behind the laptop (yes he walks around with a laptop to film) he couldnt film just that he was in a bad spor. Good looking out for everyone's safety.

Ignore the review from James Fish. He is lying in his review. The employee never said anything about he couldn't film the accident. James just likes to lie and try to create drama for his YouTube channel.

Saw a video of one of the employees helping out at an accident scene, and having to deal with an idiot frauditor on the side of the road trying to provoke a confrontation. He dealt with both the scene and the frauditor professionally and admirably.

This place is the greatest. I recently had surgery and accidentally locked keys in car. I had no money on me so someone was going to pay with their debt card for me. They showed up very quick. Thanks for your generosity. ThanksGive them a call when in need #1 in my opinion.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would these guys are amazing. I lost the keys for my camper trailer and they saw me right away and did it real fast and cheap! I was expecting to pay a lot but it was very cheap for the service. You all are amazing and I greatly appreciate yall.

Called in on Saturday when locked myself out of the truck, he said he would be there within an hour because he had some other job to do first. In my mind I was like : well great, he ll be here when it s dark and cold Got a call back within 45 minutes saying he is on the way to my truck, arrived within 20-25 minutes spent less than fifteen minutes and my vehicle was open, no damage or anything. If there would be seven stars I d give him all 9!Great service is all I m trying to say.Thank you very much!!!

Absolutely amazing. Very prompt, had my vehicle unlocked in the blink of an eye and even cut me an emergency key on site! The dealership quoted me at $50 for an emergency key while West plains lock and key was able to cut me an emergency key for $2.75. That alone, it's totally worth it!

Fast and friendly! I needed a car key/keyfob replaced and they are much cheaper than the dealership. They even played with my dog. Great experience, thank you.

Fantastic service! I m located in Mountain Home and needed a good locksmith after losing both car keys. West Plains Lock & Key came all the way here to help. He helped save a good bit of money by cutting a key on a fob I already had. Not only that but he even put air in my tires! Service was quick and very professional at a great price! Couldn t recommend this company more.

Had a replacement chip key made here and I'm not saying that it was their fault but after we used the spare chip key the clock on our Escape basically quit working. Ask them about it and they pretty much said it was nothing they done let it go with that. Other than that, I guess it's an okay place. But for $75 for a spare chip key you would have thought they could have at least looked into it or something.

I needed a new key made for my truck. It was half the cost of what the dealership wanted and with no delay. Kind, Professional, Fair and does what they say they will do; you can't get any better than that! 5 stars!

they made me a ford key with transmitter and reset mykey for 80 bucks over half the price of anyone else thanks guys plus they got a couple ferrets to talk to while you wait

It s rare to experience service like they provide. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable work. Would hire them any day. Exactly what a locksmith company should be!
