the truck is great and our dealer was a OK at best, however we weren't given a special key for the lugs and then get told they don't have them and that I could go to a tire shop to have a tire changed....if I got a flat I wouldn't have the means to change it, it cost me almost $200 to have regulars put on.....then their office said it wasn't their fault, and that it didn't come with one. And got really rude and snappy. My thought is at least let the buyer know there isn't one beforehand. We also found out they're the most expensive "side road" care dealer in the area. Save your money go somewhere else

I bought a 2018 silverado day 3 of buying truck water pump went out. Also been to the chevy dealership several times to get ecm redone and now the engine blows. I will not ever be back to purchase anything from there.

I appreciate the customer service a ton, we were under the impression that our warranty had ended but our salesman reassured us that it wasn t, and sure enough it was still in effect. The issues were rectified and I look forward to coming here again in the future!

Bought truck from them a month ago and within 2 weeks of having it. I am replacing engine in it. They must feel real good screwing people by not disclosing full information on vehicle especially when asked. Would not recommend.

Great service Great rigs And Jay Waggoner is the man to know. He sold me a 14 ford fusion and its been absolutaly amazing. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or preowned vehicle.

Not happy my son in law bought a truck from there a few months ago it has transmission problems now the spark plugs have been missed with and they won't stand behind it and help fix it

The staff helped my wife with the purchase of her new (pre-owned) Chevy 2500 pickup truck. Nothing but shining reviews. All-around very good experience and highly recommended that you check this establishment out first in case they have what you're looking for. The guys run a great business here. Thanks again for everything. Now, if we can just find that white, police-style, GMC Yukon or Tahoe

Chance is very much a customer service person. Chance went above and beyond to make sure that his sale with my mom was exactly what she wanted. If you want a camper or automobile go and ask for Chance. Highly recommend him!!!!

Would not buy anything from these people they are selling damaged vehicles to people I have two friends that have bought vehicles that where damaged and it was not disclosed.
