Awesome car wash! They have a great cleaning system and provide all the tools you need to make your car look great. I have the monthly plan and my cars look awesome,The customer service is excellent as well.Very nice and friendly.

I highly recommend Take5 car wash, and their highest package is very worth buying, Thank you Calypso! I love the scent of cleaner they use for cars. Absolutely amazing! 10/10!

I don't typically get my car washed a whole lot but when I did just recently get it cleaned & vacuumed a sweet young woman had assisted me, I believe her name was Emma. She had great customer service skills & I would most definitely recommend coming to this car wash again! She made it super easy & stress free!

All staff was kind and ready to help but Paul went above and beyond. He got us back through after the first wash didn t quite get it all. After he came back over after we parked and wiped down our entire suv to make sure it was cleaned to the take 5 standards. Go see Paul!

I highly recommend Take 5. All the workers were friendly! One of the workers named Emma, talked me into getting a membership and I'm truly grateful she did. I've always been iffy about getting a membership but it's worth every dollar and very convenient! She also informed me about the detailing station by the vaccums that I was unaware of! If you are iffy about getting a membership just do it! It's worth it!

I have been a Monthly member of Take 5 since it was previously owned by another Company. I have visited many locations. The West Plains is exceptional and I want to give a great shout out to the staff and especially Melissa for working with me to resolve the computer membership. This facility is extremely well-maintained managed and operated.

JH is a very nice man. They don t have tap to pay so he went and got a coupon thing so I could get my truck washed. Highly recommend this car wash company if they are in your area.

Went through the other day and had a great experience left my dirty dirt road driven vehicle cleaner than ever, doesn t even compare to some of these more local car washes. Was a bit confusing at first but Emma made it a lot simpler for me. Definitely reccomended

I have a monthly membership and come through weekly to wash and clean my car. Their membership prices are great! JH has assisted us on a handful of occasions and is always kind and helpful. Today the attendant was Alrik and he was also cheerful and friendly in his task!

Caleb at the West Plains location went above and beyond for me! I still had soap on the back of my car, he directed me over to the detailing station and wiped it all off while I busied getting ready to vacuum. Definitely recommend!

I originally bought a monthly pass for one car, but because of the worker's explaining all the benefits, I added another vehicle. Both vehicles were filthy and came out so clean! Highly recommend!

It doesn t really clean the back of an SUV too good. Wheels, of course, you have to clean by hand. The worst cleaning I ever experienced was on a very windy day. Other than this, I am very pleased with this car wash. One day, it was rather cold and an associate came out and asked if she could help! I felt truly blessed about that. Vacuums work very well and I appreciate the cleaning products anD clothes they provide. I do recommend this one in West Plains, Mo

It depends on who is scrubbing your car off at the point of entry. But most of the time it s good but I think the brushes in the wash cycle need changing my car does not seem to get as clean as it used to I can go through it and still have bird poop on my hood or side of the car I was in on Monday 2/26 that morning and the person scrubbing in cars off did not even do mine or my husbands windshield and barely got the front and back bumpers usually they do a good job and when going through the wash the brushes never hit the top of the truck and barley the sides and same with my car and it seems to send us through a lot faster than normal not much soap or rinse it was not a good day don t know if your machine was malfunctioning or what . Usually we have a good experience!Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

Don't go to many car washes but absolutely amazin! This lady named Malissa France gave me some of the most respectable and honorable costumer service in a car wash that I've never even seen in any restaurant. Service is great! The new manager helped regarding my incorrect purchase when everyone else couldn t resolve it. Favorite place to clean my car. I purchased a monthly plan here on August 31st however there was no attendant on duty at the time and so I was not given the needed sticker or registered properly.Today when I went for another wash all of that needed to be taken care of from my "previous purchase receipt".Today's attendant, Caleb was simply great! Took care of all of it with the help of a manager inside. And both he and the manager were very congenial during the process! Thanks to both of you!Only gave a four star because the front of my car still had quite a bit of bug residue but I don't get over there as often as I like so that was part of the problem I'm sure.

My Mustang came through looking even worse in some ways. Similar to if I would have paid my daughter's kindergarten class to dump water on it then use a hair dryer to blow the water off. Not impressed. I'd like a refund of my $20 plus the minutes of my life back.

I live on a dirt road so my van gets really dirty. I seen a little dirt left on the vehicle, no fault of theirs, and they came out and cleaned it all off by hand. Very friendly car wash! We will be buying the yearly pass.
