I went there to just compare a price on a vehicle I was looking to buy elsewhere. Turned out that I was able to purchase a much better vehicle, newer less mileage, big screen navigation, 4x4, heated seats and spotlessly clean!!! AND with my trade in was able to stay at the price I needed it to be. Thank you Rick and the gang. Done deal today.

I tried to buy a vehicle here but luckily it didn t work out. The salesman tried to sell me a vehicle for a thousand dollar more than it s listed for online. It s sad that you can t trust anyone.

I bought a 2014 dodge avenger from Joey. The day after I brought it home, I noticed the radio didn't work..his reply to my question was" what do you think you get for less than 6000".. really!?! Now,before my first oil change, I have a knock that left metal shavings in the oil pan. 4000 for a motor!!!!!!! Well I did expect to get a motor that works for 6000..totally disappointed customer.

Paid $24,000 for 2017 CHEVROLET COLORADO drove it 200 miles and had to pay $1800 to repair transmission.. in discussion was led to beleive they would take care of it. But later found out they would only reimburse half of the repair cost which was never received. Extended warranty was offered $3000 but we declined because of high price. Buying the warranty is paying to remove SOUTHERN HILLS from any liability after the sale.

I have had my second great experience with these folks. All were great and personable that we have talked to. Shane Whited sold me a truck there roughly 3 years ago. He worked with me significantly given my situation and found a deal that we could both agree on. Recently purchased a second vehicle there and he was top notch then as well. Found the deal that was right for me and was transparent thr whole time. We will be back when we need something else! Give Shane a call. He will take excellent care of you.

I seen a car I loved online. Everyone one was super helpful. And they put their customers first. They went out of their way to make sure I had the car when I needed it. Very genuine people. Not your typical annoying car sales man. But instead talked to you like a friend, and made sure that I was happy.

Great dealership with excellent pricing and some tip notch salesman. Joey, Shane & Denny pull out all the stops to get you into the vehicle you re hunting. The owners and management staff there are approachable and work with customers to get the vehicle they love at a price they can afford. From brand new vehicles at amazing prices to lower budget pricing on vehicles with Love left in them at prices set for any budget, the boys here help you out on multiple lots and all kinds of budgets.

I can say bought rigs from them best dealer around . They treat u right and give u friendly service , I send people there to look because Jake and the rest are great at what they do there .

Great dealer! Joey met me there on his day off to test drive a truck. The dealership was very fair with the trade and transaction took minimal time. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend Joey and Jake to anyone in the used car market.

My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles off of Dealing Denny over the past few years. He has always given us a great deal and has been so helpful. We really appreciate him. Joe has always been honest and helpful. We have bought 3 vehicles from him and I don't plan on going anywhere else. I did go to someone else in town once and they were terrible. Ran my credit several times and not a good interest rate. Would recommend Joe to anyone!

Our family has always had such a great experience thanks to Joey Lacaze, for being honest, for going above and beyond to find the right size vehicle and the right price, between working deals and helping us find a way! You re much appreciated for everything you do! Such a kind hearted soul!I d reccomend him to anyone, it s not just a car deal to him, he truly cares about his customers. That says a lot!

Great dealer! I have bought 4 cars and traded in 3 cars this far with Joey. Very happy with my dealings them. Make you feel like they are working for you and not just trying to sell a car.

Do not waste your time. The salesman Joey is a great guy, but his manager will not uphold his side of the deal. Met with them on a Friday and when back the following Wednesday to accept their offer and was told that they couldn't stand behind their offer. I have never heard of a car manger/owner that backed out on his own deal 5 day later. Very unprofessional and discrediting.

I have bought two cars from Joey LaCaze at Southern Hills Auto Plaza. Both experiences were wonderful, very friendly, down to earth and honest! I'd recommend going to them first if looking for a new or used vechicle be sure to ask for Joey!

I recently bought a 2017 Ford F150 from Southern Hills Auto. We worked with Joseph LaCaze and he made the whole process quick and easy, he was very helpful and attentive to our needs, and he let us know he was there for any questions or concerns after the buying process was over. I would recommend him and Southern Hills Auto to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Without naming anyone.... VERY pushy salesmen. Wasn t really even looking to buy. Just stopped in to look at one specific vehicle, which turned out to be overpriced $7000 with rust, and misaligned body panels (1970 Chevy truck). Got talked into test driving a sedan and actually started paperwork. Asked to see Carfax... wasn t produced; CPO paperwork... not produced; with wife s trade in, payments were still going to be almost $400/month... NO. Went home and did some research that I wanted to do before starting anything and lo and behold, almost every ford dealer in the state had the exact same car. Most with fewer miles for $4000 less than this car (2016 Ford Fusion). And... the NADA had this car valued at around 3500 less than what they were asking. Brand new fusions of this trim are being sold for what they wanted for this used one. Which by the way, had a very large scratch on the back bumper all the way to the primer. When I was called, I informed the salesman that the price would have to come down further and apparently it went in one ear and out the other. We opted to go elsewhere. By far the worst car buying/shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life.

I would recommend anyone looking for their next automobile to go see Joey Lacraze at Southern Hills!! We have bought 2 vehichles through him down there.He worked hard to get us what we wanted at a payment we could go for! Never had anyone work that hard for us before and getting us our vehichle so quick!!!! When I buy my next one he would be the one I would go to again.

Used car salesmen have a terrible reputation. However, Shane is the exception. When you need a good vehicle, you need to call Shane. He will work hard for you.

I was looking for a SUV. Denny was showing me vehicles. He tried to sell me a vehicle for more than the blue book value. It wasn't in excellent condition. I wouldn't recommend him.
